Excellent stay. Your doorman was outstanding. Tell him to keep dancing.

We loved the property and our room was very nice. The artwork was exquisite.
Unfortunately they were short of staff for the valet, bellhop and the restaurant. Our waiter rushed us through our whole meal and continue to complain that they were short of staff.
I would also recommend staggering the hours for the pool and hot tub for children. Staying at a five star hotel. It is important to be able to enjoy and relax in the spy area without continuously being interrupted by children in the hot tub. It was a little disappointing for the price we paid to stay for one night.

Everything was very clean and neat. Restaurant was very accommodating. Food was great too!

I travel often and have stayed in to many hotels to remember. But this one has to be in the top 1 percent of excellence. Extremely clean and well maintained, even to my standards as I pay attention to details. I mean, the floors were clean and shiny even in the tight of a corner. I would highly recommend this hotel.

2-night stay for a business conference. Staff was friendly and professional, food was very good, and rooms were large and comfortable. A solid choice for business needs in Dearborn.

Beautiful hotel. The customer service was poor. I had booked a King bed, my reservation said a King bed, and when I asked about it, I was basically told that I would have to take it up with expedia (who I had booked through). When I called expedia, they too had me as a reservation for a King bed. Instead I was in a room with 2 double beds for a romantic evening away.... it was the worst hotel experience, because the hotel didn't seem to care that I had booked a different room.

Everything was wonderful except the Check In experience. It was not so welcoming.

Arrived at 10 pm, the air conditioning in room didn’t work, since it was so late and by time I realized it wasn’t cooling off O just stayed in that room. Didn’t sleep well and was very hot in room when showered. The room was dark despite the lamps on.
Hard to see to read even with glasses on.

The property was excellent and we enjoyed our stay at the end of a frantic conference week. The property has amazing artwork throughout, a fantastic dining room, well laid out rooms and modern bathrooms. The property is a very short drive to the Ford complex as we were keen to visit the museum and do a factory tour.

Why is housekeeping knocking on our door at 9 am???? I might expect this at a one star hotel but not at one of this quality. We were at a wedding at this hotel so went to bed fairly sleep only to be rudely awakened by the housekeeping staff. Awful!

Easy parking with a short walk. Luxurious feel upon entrance. Staff was nice. Ascetically beautiful with plentiful art work not only in the lobby, but hallways leading up to rooms. Room was decently clean. only complaint is that the shower tile grout looked a bit grimy. Favorite feature along with art, was the very nice restaurant/bar that stays open late on weekends.

Beautiful property. Everyone went above and beyond to make us feel welcome.
The Valet Marty was fantastic as was the bartenders. Melissa and Dean. They all treated us like friends and welcome guests.

I was excited to take my kids here as it looked higher end and accommodating. It was pretty dated. The front desk was rude and not very helpful. Called about 9pm for help getting a snack and she said she was the only person there and couldn’t bring me a paper menu because and they don’t offer one online. She said they could get me asparagus for my 8year old. Told me to DoorDash McDonalds. The hot tub was disgusting and the carpet smelled. The art work was beautiful but we will not be staying here again. Especially for the price. Very disappointed.

Book two nights ended up staying an extra due to weather. Beautiful hotel and great service. Valencia at the front desk was very nice and made great recommendations regarding restaurant. Close to the Henry Ford & Greenfield Village. Room was clean, nicely decorated and quiet. Pool, whirlpool and workout facilities great. Only negative is the restaurant so go off site there are great options.

I’m not a complainer but this was a terrible stay.
Between the 2am room change for a broken heater and the intermittent and deafeningly loud banging on the walls, this is not a place for rest while you’re traveling.

Enjoyed the room and the overall property. Food was not great. Service in the restaurant was not up to par either.

There was question as to wether I was the person on the reservation once I checked in and was in my room? After presenting photo ID and my credit card for incidentals…Which was perplexing to say the least…there was a mix up in room assignments with me and another guest….so after traveling all day I’ve now showered and had to come back down to the front desk to handle the room discrepancy….also upon check in asked for the room to be cleaned the next day…..went out for most of the day and early evening on Sunday to come back to a disheveled bed, same towels etc….where I was left to do it myself because I refused housekeeping after 8 pm….overall the staff was nice…especially in the restaurant and bar…..I intend to travel here often and the location is in perfect proximity to where I need to be…. Not saying I wouldn’t book again…just wish the customer service was more accommodating, especially when the hick up is internal. Thank you.

The washroom sink/toilet/bathtub are all very old scratched broken and looks dirty. The pillow is not at all comfortable. The bed was not properly done it was clumsy and the blanket was very light and small.

The Henry is a large hotel, and they do a lot of weddings. That meant that we had to park far away from the hotel entry.
More importantly, as a fairly high end hotel, I was surprised by the nickel and diming of things that one usually takes for granted. For example, the coffee in the lobby was $2, not free like everywhere else. There was also a Starbucks machine in the store with $6 coffee options.
On weekends, there's no a la carte breakfast options, only a $25 buffet, which was more than we wanted or needed.
The hotel is close to the Ford museum, but getting anywhere from the hotel requires a drive.

Great hotel. Amazing staff, especially the bell/valet guys!!! Restaurant inside is pretty good. Location not great. It’s in a mall parking lot, and malls just aren’t what they used to be. You have to travel to find great restaurants. I still love the hotel and will stay there whenever I’m in town.
