The room was not ready upon arrival (4:30pm) even though check-in is at 3:00pm. There's no restaurant or food service at the hotel. And parking is $10 a day at an open lot. The selection of channels were limited and there wasn't a sign-in for Netflix or movie channel, so don't expect to watch anything decent on the television. Despite my somewhat negative review, the beds were comfortable and the rooms were relatively quiet.

Beautiful property! The restaurant area was under construction but it didn't bother us and it was a very comfortable stay. The staff are amazing!

Didn’t seem as good inside as it did outside and it there was some people hanging around the parking lot that shouldn’t have been there. not as clean, and noise all the way until past 3am. not fun it’s a toddler

The room itself was nice, as usual for a Sheraton. I liked the bed. I found it odd that the tv did not have guide to see what was on it, having to scroll through all the channels. The hotel is located in a large business park. As I have found in California, the sinage for the hotel is discreet, meaning, it blends in too perfectly with its neighbors. The hotel was in the middle of a large renovation. That was apparent as soon as I drove in. However, there was little signage indicating where registration was located, and it was not well lit in the dark. I am sure that will all change when it is completed. I was very surprised to be charged for parking. Although it was listed on the site's web page, the location of the hotel and the fact there was only surface lot parking was (like any suburban hotel) it wasn't worth the money. I will say, I used my Hotels.com rewards, so that my only cost was taxes and parking.

The hotel is under construction! Arriving in the evening for check in made it a little confusing on finding the temporary "check in" desk. The staff at the desk was helpful when I was having trouble with my room key. The hotel room was clean and comfortable.

The locaiton was under construction and I asked to see the room before I checked in and they refused. I didn't want to check in, but they charged my card anyway. I assume they had the number through hotels.com because I did not give them my card. I have disputed the charge with my bank. Bad business practices at this location. Avoid until they get better management.

Most of the property under construction. Room was nice, bed frame stuck out but was hidden by bed skirt, ran into it twice. Rooms under construction were open, mattresses left uncovered. No breakfast or lounge/bar area available.

We arrived to smell a strong marijuana smell in the hallway and a dog barking. The weed smell continued to the next day. The following day was a strong smell of cigarettes. There was an entire parking lot of construction materials and two dumpsters. A male was dumpster diving at 1030pm on our first night and approached me to ask if he was being too loud. I told the front desk and they said he should not be there.

Staff and service were great. Staff attended promptly our need. However the washroom bathtub was rusty; water don't drain when taking shower. Toilet was not flush (not enough pressure)

Everything was average, but fine. The hotel was under construction which would have been good information to deliver to the customer in advance of decision-making on the booking, given the on-site restaurant and bar was not in operation. Upon check-in, I was assured the construction would not interfere with my stay, however, the property has six buildings and I was assigned to a room next to the building entry/exit/stairwell facing the parking lot of construction storage and equipment along the main arterial Hopyard instead of being placed (perhaps?) facing the inner courtyard garden and pool. This is not my first stay here, so I'm disappointed given the choice to intentionally stay here. Will not book again.

No cold water in the bathroom sink. Ice machine not working. No elevators. No iron or hair dryer in room, requested one from front desk and never received it. Confusing access to outer buildings. It is under renovation so maybe that will be more clear once completed?

I have stayed at this property in previous years and it was good. This time however, the property is under renovation and the available rooms were in a back building behind parking lots filled with construction containers. The parking lot was dark and unsafe, random groups of men that did not appear to be hotel guests were hanging out there at night. It was also dirty, cigarettes butts and dog poop outside of the entry door along with an overflowing trash can that was not emptied during our multi day stay. The non working refrigerator in our room was replaced promptly. The room was okay, stark, with no trash receptacle. The last night was very noisy with a very loud (screaming) fight going on in the hallway and nearby room. Never saw or heard any security personnel. Line for checkin was very long and slow on the first day.

It's probably because of renovation the accomodations here were poor. I just wish either they prepared for our large group reservation and not had some of us wait for hours (after check-in hours) for a room, gave us room that were prepared (some of us had rooms with either no bed sheets, there were bugs, no hot water).

This property is under MAJOR renovation and this was not disclosed. My room was clean and acceptable, but there are no elevators on property and you have to walk outside to get anywhere (there's no connected hallways.) We had a major work conference that was continually being interrupted by construction noise. I would recommend this hotel AFTER construction is completed.

This is a decent hotel, in a great location with fairly low prices. However, be advised this property is currently under remodeling and there’s a lot of construction materials in a section of the parking lot. As for the room, most of the basics are there but my room had no clock and the phone was not working. That’s not a huge problem, because I have a watch and can just use my cell phone, however this seems odd. Furthermore, the room I was assigned had plumbing issues in the bathroom sink and bathtub, which meant I was standing in pooling water when I took a shower. The bathtub also looked like it could use another scrub or maybe needs touch up paint? There was also no bar soap provided, but a pump with hand wash. I understand that hotels are trying to be more environmentally friendly, however a small bar of soap is still typically provided at other properties. Finally, noise levels are dependent on room location and other occupants in the building. My room was right next to the ice machine so I heard it almost all night, though I don’t think it woke me up. What finally made me check out one day early and go elsewhere, was the couple that was screaming obscenities at each other at night and then again at 6am. I let hotel staff know, but they didn’t seem very concerned.

Upon checking in, the desk agent gave me a key to the room when I opened the room and walked in there was another guest in that room and a dog almost attack me, I immediate walked out, this is very dangerious because the guest would think in a intruder and if has a gun would shoot and kill you. Then I went back to the office the lady on desk did not apologize just said one word mistake. this kind of mistake could get someone killed. then she gave me keys to another room ,when I arrived in the second room and turned the light on suddenly I saw something like small trangela running by the bed it was not spider, so I step on it, beside my stay for 3 night had never the room done by the maids, I brought up to a genthleman at the office and he gave me the manager Card to email him about the situation. The bed and pillows were uncomfortable. The bathroom was molding and had paint peeling off the ceiling. The tub did not hold water. The room seemed clean and ready for guests, but I can't imagine that the cleaning staff did not know about the mold and the paint.

People had dogs AND cats in the next room. Barking during the nite. Gap under room door was like 2” so we can hear EVERYTHING and everyone who entered the hallway.
