There was no electricity hence lifts were not working. My room was on fifth floor. I had to climb to fifth floor. I am high blood pressure patient hence I booked room in near by hotel. Please see if you can refund my money.

Very happy with our stay TVs can use an upgrade and fridge in the room would be a plus. We stayed a couple nights and didn’t have a fridge to store cold drinks.

I have never been to a hotel where you have to pay $10 to get a refrigerator and no microwave. Half a toilet roll only and installed way off the toilet pot. Almost empty hand wash bottle.

Decent stay, hotel is on the older side but everything is clean. No microwave in the room and no fridge in our normal room as well.

I stayed in a two queen bedroom.
The beds were too old and not flat.
Both of me and my wife could not sleep well.
Before it is fixed or replaced by new beds, I will never stay again.

Everyone was polite and professional one thing that was not pleasant was the water temperature to take a shower was look warm, aside from that all else was good.

Do not make my mistake of booking through Expedia. If you book with Marriot directly, the refund and cancellation policy is much, much more flexible. FYI.

The room is good size but it does not have the Microwave and the bathroom is not separate with the toilet.

I liked the spacious room but I did not like that there wasn’t one microwave on the property that’s really weird for a 3.5/4 star hotel

I wanted a Balcony room which is why I came here but they were "booked out"? Parking lot was empty and there was no one there though.
The one good thing I can say is that the receptionist are nice and beautiful.

to be a Sheraton, I felt that the stay was not up to the standard of a Sheraton, of the 7 days that we were in the place, 1 only day they gave us service, and they did not fill up, nor shampoo, nor conditioner, nor Cleanex

Hotel property itself is kinda dated and starting to show its age.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. There was a leaky faucet the entire time and the drainage of the tub is a problem. The restaurant/bar not being open on the weekend was bad and anything I wanted to purchase from the front desk was out of stock! $60 for an hour early check in is completely ridiculous. If you want a clean room for a night or 2 I would recommend but don't expect any type of service or anything more than that.

Sheraton San Jose is in an unassuming neighborhood. Close to lots of business parks and restaurants. This hotel was probably top notch in its hay day, but some elements make it feel dated. Parts of the room were worn down due to wear and tear. Regardless, I enjoyed my stay and was very comfortable. The lobby and courtyard was very pretty and the staff was accommodating.

Staff here don’t go above and beyond . I forgot my wallet at home with all my picture ID. I showed them my picture ID at my phone. We were told it’s not acceptable and they couldn’t check us as in because it’s a California policy that without physical Id then they can’t do that. I asked for a copy of that policy, they couldn’t produce it. At this point I was fuming mad, because there’s a lot of ways I can prove my identity. Apps on my phone - my bank , credit cards, etch etc . Or they could have told me checking in with my phone is an alternative. Anyway, my husband asked if he could include himself in the reservation, they said yes. How do they know he’s my husband.

We didn't know upon checking in that we had to pay the parking fee, until checking out.
Front desk clerks were ok, but others: cleaning workers, esp.those who carried bed spreads & blankets around with big carts... were super kind and sweet.

I liked that it was quiet and there was a lot of parking spaces. The staff are great. Our room though as soon as you enter the room has an foul smell. Im not sure where it’s coming from. The pool is not a heated at the time we went it.

The lampshades in our room were broken and looked dirty. Staff stole my headphones. Staff was very rude

When I made my reservation it said free self parking on their website. The lady at the front desk charge me for parking.

Beautiful property, nice pool area and very clean room with super comfortable bed.

Check in was confirmed with anointing rooms that morning for 3pm. Upon arrival they gave our rooms to someone else and then stated we wouldn’t have a room available til 4pm or later. They stated they would reimburse us for inconvenience. I don’t see a reimbursement of $60 per room.
