We stayed at suite one bedroom. Really quiet and comfortable room. There are many good restaurants close to the hotel. We love this hotel.

We started for two nights in a family suite. Best bang for your buck if you ask me. Room was clean, staff friendly and warm pool. Ask you can ask for

We checked in around 7pm and that process went smoothly. I had reserved a non-smoking, double queen w a sofa bed. There were no extra bed sheet sets in the room. I called down to the front desk and requested an extra pillow along with a set of sheets. I waited an hour, never saw my request get delivered. Called back down to the front desk and was told she will msg housekeeping again. Waited close to another hour, and my husband had to go down to see what the hold up was. Front desk never received confirmation from housekeeping that request was completed. Apparently, housekeeping had gone home for the night??? Would have appreciated better communication between front desk personnel and housekeeping.

Some of the furnitures and beddings are not adequately maintained. Assigned rooms in a contiguous fashion even though there are plenty empty rooms available in the property (few cars in the parking lots. As a result, not able to get a good night of sleep with noisy neighbors on both sides of our room. Will not recommend this property!

Housekeeping didn't come the entire time we stayed--we were told "they come early so if you're not out by 8am they won't clean your room." Walls are paper-thin so we all woke up at 2am to a full-on brawl next door, followed by the loudest snoring I've heard in my life. In brief, if you're a heavy sleeper and wake up early, you will love this hotel. If you are a normal sleeper and might jolt awake in the middle of the night to people literally screaming at each other and then snoring louder than jet planes, and then jolt awake yet again at 8am to Housekeeping banging on your door, you will definitely want to stay elsewhere.

I am amazed by how cost efficient a stay here is and at the value given for the cost. The room I stayed in had two rooms - one with a couch & TV and one with the bed. There was a door separating the two rooms. It was cozy! And the bed was super comfortable. Clean and artfully decorated. I think there's local art to be found all over the hotel. It is truly amazing and when I go back to Chicago, I will be staying there again. Plus, shout out to Sunny who offered to help me get my luggage to my car and helped me with Breakfast. He was so kind and helpful!!

Bathtub has black fungus marks around the edges, fire alarm in building went off twice , housekeeping knocked on door I asked if they could clean bathroom only they said no, extended one night but front desk wouldn’t assist in adjusting key cards and had me come back 4 hours later because systems were “configuring”. They use to be a great hotel a few years back but something must have happened

I ABSOLUTELY HATE HOW THEY NUM 1 REFUSE TO GIVE YOUR INCEDENTAL FEES BACK!!! THEN REFUSE ,BECUZ I WENT THROUGH HOTEL.COM TO BARGAIN HUNT, TO GIVE YOU A ZERO BALANCE RECEIPT TO HELP YOU GET YOUR 50$ A DAY INCEDENTAL FEE BACK THE NEXT DAY!!! I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHY THEY HOLD YOUR MONEY HOSTAGE. DOESN'T MAKE SINCE!!!! WHEN THE ROOM IS THE SAME AS WHEN WE FIRST CAME!!!! TIRED OF IT. THIS WILL BE THE ONLY REASON I DON'T COME BACK HERE!!! GIVE PEOPLE THERE MONEY BACK!!!!!!!!

The building itself looked hip ..the front desk area , gym was nice. The room was good size studio .
The comforter was blood stained and dirty.. the extra comforter in the drawer so Soo dirty .
The room was close to an elevator and we heard every elevator dong... We could hear almost clear the guests next door who were up talking and watching loud TV till 2 am ...and the other side woke up loud news on TV at 5am...
So overall.. will not stay here again.

The elevators are not enough for the building, there is too much waiting - especially in the morning and evening. The couch was stained. Bathroom was outdated, the plank was falling down.

wonderful people who were gathered here for a family celebration. It is big and spacious enough for families to enjoy each other and meeting new friends. It is on my list for a return visit.
