Expedia shows this hotel as "pet friendly" but does NOT disclose the $20 per day fee for having a pet in the room. This is hidden fee. I called the hotel about the charge to my credit card, they told me its their pet fee, and they told me they had contacted Expedia and asked them to disclose the fee so it appears to be Expedia's fault. This addiitonal fee is something everyone needs to know about in choosing a hotel, so it is clearly something Expedia needs to disclose with no further delay. With upcoming legislation, they are going to have to disclose hidden fees or pay fines, which I hope will become a policy that is enforced for the traveller's benefit.

Front end staff was excellent, bfast was good , room very clean. This is my 2nd stay at this hotel. It’s convenient and affordable.

Easy on/off for access to Dining options. Staff is always welcoming and rooms are comfortable and very clean. We stay here a lot when traveling or visiting family.

I arrived after dark, so have no opinion on the surrounding area at this time. The front desk clerk was pleasant and helpful. I appreciated her giving me an inside room rather than a room that connects to outside, like a motel. It made me feel safer where I was traveling alone. The location is great in that there are a lot of restaurants and shopping nearby.

Staff were friendly as always. The property is clean.
I stayed in a room with an inside and an outside door this time. I see the convenience for my dog but also wasn’t really to my liking for sleeping (too many entrances to think about).

The location is good and the room was clean, but the property is showing signs of wearing out. The desk/table needs an outlet for charging computers, but there is an USB connection oon the bedstand. The bathroom was acceptable, but there were some blotches on the bottom of the door.

You get what you pay for. The property isn’t bad and served the purposes for a quick stop through town but it is dated and right next to the highway.

The staff member that checked me in was very friendly and quick.
The door to my room had to be pulled a few times to be properly shut from the outside and inside.
The breakfast was disappointing. It was much better at another location in Nevada. Particularly the potatoes were cold and the sausage was not tasty. I suggest having a microwave to warm up the food if needed. However, the orange juice was good.
The mattress is clearly cheap. I think it’s time for a new decor as well.

We were checked in for over 5 hours and then management came and let me know the room was double booked. We were woken up by this and had to spend an hour getting it all sorted out. I don’t understand the problem but it all worked out it the end I guess. Overall a nice place to stay

When I arrived to check in for 2 rooms, I was asked for my ID, which I provided. I was then asked if someone had checked in earlier in the day, since on e of the rooms was already occupied. I asked how that could happen if an ID was required for check in and got no answer. In addition I requested one room to be handicap accessible, and was not informed until check in that no accessible room was available. After about 15-20 minutes we were accommodated on the first floor, since the hotel has no elevator, still without an accessible room. Breakfast the next morning was disappointing, since the hotel was continually out of various items, and guests had to remind the attendant to refill, eggs, sausage, coffee and other items. Not a good example of hospitality.

Our check-in experience was excellent. It is just the condition of the property that is lacking. There are also was just a general musty/strange smell in our room. We stay here when we come through Sheridan, but only to save money.

Clerk refuse to tell me what my price was, scanned my credit and didn't tell me how much, even though the room was prepaid through Hotels.com. Also the breakfast was lacking in quality and quantity. Very unpleasant stay. The only positives were a good shower and comfortable beds.

Great location right off the highway and also not loud. Lovely receptionist. Pillows were quite firm but other than that a great stay.

There was a snow storm, which required shoveling. It was done, but every hour or more during the night. It kept waking me up since I was on the first floor, and since there was both a door inside and an entrance from the room outside, the shoveling was very loud. I would suggest putting an awning around where there are outside doors for this reason. It also made my dog bark a ton. So, my family did not get much sleep.

We booked for five and received accommodations for four with the attendant giving us blankets so that the fifth person could sleep on the floor. The light in the room did not work. The bathroom door got stuck so that it was hard to open and let a child out, scaring the child.

Dirty! The chair in our room was filthy. Neither of us would sit on it. So gross. Would not stay here again.

Older hotel, room clean, AC worked well. No smoke alarm in room, just wires where it should be. Breakfast was in a small room next to laundry room so hot. Typical eggs, sausage, potatoes as hot choices, but over cooked and ehh. Breakfast attendant hesitant to restock, grumpy at an elderly lady that asked for help with waffle maker. Stayed one night because price was right for sleeping, but moved next night. It was fine for a sleep night, clean enough, just not a newer quality inn experience

The A/C was broken so the room was so hot and humid. It never cooled off and made it hard to sleep at all due to being so hot.
