Walking into this last minute for us hotel was honestly a breath of fresh air. It took me some time to find a hotel available last with a pool AND a hot tub- an amenity I prefer overall- and they both were nice. Breakfast was amazing, priced pretty well in my opinion for travel food, the waitress that morning served me and my family of 6 single handedly among about 15-20 other customers. She did wonderful, I hope she sees this! You were stretched thin girl -but you were absolutely wonderful and we appreciated you. The lobby was absolutely beautiful. The room we received was so spacious, for the price we paid and in comparison to our other stays elsewhere we were absolutely in love with this room with the pull out couch and king bed. The bathroom is goals for a hotel!! We will recommend this hotel, and most likely will be back for a random visit to Nashville and we will be staying here for sure!

Hotel was great. Easy check in. Service was excellent. Hotel was clean and everthing was in good condition.

It was a pretty good stay for an overnight trip for my b-day. The front desk lady tried not to honor my reward discount but the manager was able to override her.

Very nice hotel but won’t stay again and won’t recommend, because they now charge for parking. Have stayed there many times in the past and never had to pay to park. Now they charge. This isn’t a downtown hotel with limited parking spaces, it’s out in the suburbs, with plenty of available parking. Besides, I refuse to stay at any hotel that charges for parking. It’s just an easy money grab because the traveler has no option.

The property & room were both spectacular. No issues with my overnight stay from the time I checked in to the time I checked out.

Staff was very nice. The room was nice, however the sofa & cĥair was old & appeared unclean. Furniture needs updating.

This hotel was absolutely lovely. The staff were wonderful, the rooms were clean and comfortable. I love the shower soaps they offered. Highly recommend!

Beautiful hotel, slept so good, staff was awesome food and bar was really nice as well. I didn’t get a chance to enjoy pool and spa but I’m sure it was awesome. I will book again

The lobby is nice but the actual rooms are out dated. The couch was stained and dirty. The blankets had blood stains we had to call the desk and at first she said they don’t have extra blankets she can give us a sheet, when we told her it had blood stains she went someone to take the blanket offf the room next to ours and when we unfolded the blank from that room it had a big brown stain. I’m not sure why there isn’t extra blankets on hand. It sounds like all the blankets need replaced. Definitely not worth $230 a night. We won’t stay here again for sure.

In town with my family for a concert. Conveniently located to Nashville. Hotel was really nice and well maintained. Hotel staff was super friendly and helpful. Would totally stay here again

Overall we had a very pleasant 3 night stay..our son was starting his freshman year at Vanderbilt so we decided to stay here after lots of good reviews..We had executive lounge privileges which was very nice having access to snacks drinks daily hors d’oeuvres and breakfast items…the hotel has plenty of lounging areas to relax in and also an indoor pool..my only issue with this hotel stay was I found them a bit oblivious in the area of waste removal..for instance upon entering our room (454) for the first time we found an empty can of beer on our balcony okay no biggie but on Friday night 8/18/23 we hung out in an area of the lobby playing board games (their was 5 of us staying) and we ordered pizza..we had access to a small trash can near our table and chairs that was already almost full and after putting a few soda cans and napkins in from our meal it was over the top..the next day I saw the same overflowing can after passing that area..and on Sunday the day we checked out I couldn't believe that the “Same” pile of garbage was still sitting there! Kids play this game at home it’s called I don’t see it. It doesn’t exist. But for a hotel. Unacceptable

the shower does not drain properly at all, the water went up to my ankle, takes awhile to drain it out while showering, its bit gross when water does not drain at all and had to deal with it till I'm done with shower

The hotel was amazing and the staff exceptional!! Pricing on food could be better for quantity. But I will say, I am one of those that has to have a fan to sleep. I called the front desk to see if one was available and before I could get off the phone, one was delivered!! Best night of sleep away from home!!! I did have one issue that I took up with Gabriella, the Manager on Duty. She was quick understand and solve!! I will return!!!

The hotel is beautiful. The suite we had was set up perfectly. I was very disappointing to find that the microwave was filthy and had to be cleaned before we could use it. The area between to the refrig and microwave was also filthy. Everything else was as you would expect for a Hilton.
