Bathroom was the smallest and most outdated I have ever experienced. Hotel is grossly overpriced. We stayed at the Ana InterContinental for part of our trip and it was far better…cheaper, had a better room, and included breakfast.

Great service from the time you check in to when you check out. Will stay at Otani hotels again.

Overall good, this is a quite big hotel with a mix of business and tourist presence. Room big enough for us (family of 3), appreciated a toilet room separated from main bathroom. Room and hotel looks a bit outdated but everything working. Breakfast quite basic in terms of choices and quality.

Bill staff is exceptionally helpful and go the extra mile. They helped with so many things and we are really dedicated to customers.

Excellent concierge service , hotel very clean. Plenty of restaurants With excellent food except for breakfast buffet could be better

This hotel is in a nice neighborhood. It is one of the three buildings in a large joint complex. There are many good restaurants in the complex. The Japanese garden is one of the main features. Overall services are good. Washroom is a bit outdated. The light control of turning either all lights on or off is a little inconvenient.

Beautiful hotel, amazing staff, great location.

Room lacked drawers for clothing and had to request iron/board instead of having one in room handy.

The hotel was very lovely and the cypress bath was perfect after a long day of walking around. The staff was very friendly, but best of all was a man named Yohey! He was extremely helpful and helped me feel very welcomed as a solo traveler. He answered every question I had and always with a smile. His professionalism was superb. Will definitely be coming back!

It’s like a universe unto itself. Lots of fun. Would definitely go back.

We booked this hotel mainly for the garden, and it has a nice garden which is lit at night. Hotel is a short walk from mobi The room itself was okay, with a nice view but wasn't anything special for the price. The hotel itself was very large and sprawling with many different areas to explore (mainly shops and restaurants), which could have been detailed a bit better as it was difficult to find the menu's of all the restaurants (in the end it was easier to eat elsewhere!). Staff were friendly throughout the stay.

Hidden gem, close to public transport, well maintained and very attentive staff. Only downside - you have to walk a bit before you can reach some good spots for food. I would still stay here for value for $

Renovated rooms only and then a great location and service.

Hotel decoration is old. No 4k TV and major streaming service. Bed is not very comfortable. Stuff is very kind. Shops and restaurants are all attached in hotel building. On Google map, the akazakamotuke station needs 11min by walk, but actually only need 5 min

A classic hotel with fantastic grounds, restaurants and courteous staff. My favorite hotel in Japan and Trader Vic's
in the tower is a big factor in my 5 star rating

The property is so large with so many amenities it is like a small city. The gardens are the most stunning I've seen in a resiort property. Many restaurants but no lobby bar or similar for a late night drink. Easy walk to the subway.

The hotel has large rooms, well appointed amenities, comfortable bed and choice of pillows, multiple dining options (all quite pricey, but the hotel is also within walking distance to the nearby restaurants of Yotsuya, a business district, so one is spoilt for choice) and efficient staff. The Japanese garden is gorgeous, and you do feel like it is an oasis in the centre of bustling Tokyo. I came here with family and I really enjoyed the experience.

The swimming pool was closed even though the weather was still warm. However, the Tokyo Gymnasium at Sendagaya has a public 50 meter pool with a modest daily admission fee of 700 yen.

An excellent stay at a hotel with a unique history being built for the 1964 Tokyo Olympics and being one of the filming sites for the James Bond Film “You Only Live Twice”. I would definitely stay here again!
