I am writing this as I’m getting ready to leave. I am pleasantly surprised by this hotel. I checked in pretty late on a Friday by myself. The guy at the desk checked me in and his customer service is amazing. He made me feel welcome and safe. Traveling alone can make me have mixed feelings . I came to the room which was on the office side and the room was clean, the ac did amazing. Great channels on the tv as it has direct tv. I spoke to the manager as was on his day off still working. Haha , we all do it. I laid out at the pool and studied. The breakfast has great choices for everyone. I have been here 2 nights and haven’t found 1 thing to complain about. The rooms have everything you need. Pillows and mattresses are comfortable. The rooms were recently redone. I will definitely stay here again. No question about it !

Very comfortable. Loved the window shade - a famous Eagles song comes to mind..."On a dark desert highway...

We arrived late and were greeted with a smiling face. Room was welcoming.
Unfortunately the next morning we left a laptop in the room. The hotel called us and is holding it until we come back through Blythe next week.

Good enough for the purposes. An overnight as we travel to Austin

Housekeeping is not the strength. The property is showing its age. Room lighting is off balance, leaving the desk/sitting area largely in the dark.

A good choice with decent breakfast, and easy to get to from I-10. Minor things: bedside clock did not work (constant blinking, would not set no matter what buttons were pushed) and noise from adjoining rooms is an issue (when the toilet flushes above or maybe next door, it sounds like it's from the room's bathroom). But breakfast had good choices and started at 5am which was very helpful. Check-in was quick, and the internet worked, nice things. You can walk a short distance to Denney's for dinner.

The hotel was nice it self but the grounds outside are in need of major clean up. Trash everywhere and weeds

Very nice staff at checkin. Clean and comfortable lobby. Room was very clean and well equipped except for the toilet being unstable on the tile. Used earplugs to drown out the highway noise and slept like a baby. Breakfast was standard fare. Overall it was perfect for an overnight stay where you could feel comfortable and clean for a good nights rest before getting back on the road. I’d definitely stay here again.

Good experience, clean room, basic neess.
The women that checked me in was the most professional and nice employee I have encountered at hotels in Blythe in a long time. She handled an upset customer with grace and seemed to care about her job. Happy too see that. I wish I got her name.
I travel for work all the time and stay in Blythe 3 nights a month. I will be staying here from now on due to her.
Room was nice, had everything needed. Bed was good, sheets were clean. Price was average but I have paid more in Blythe amd received worse. Walked to Subway 2 minutes or less away for dinner.

It was what I expected for this hotel. Traveling through. We had a suite, which worked great for our party.

We stayed because we like choice hotels and the location was great to be able to go to Quartzite

It was a really good stay. My biggest complaint is the mattresses are extremely firm so sleeping wasn't ideal. The light around the mirror is very blinding. Breakfast was amazing, they made sure everything was fresh and always filled. Check in the lady at the front desk was chatty, polite and gave a great recommendation for dinner. Overall I would definately stay again

Comfortable, welcoming environment. Very pleasant experience, beginning to end.

Super hard beds! Really noisy! You can clearly hear conversations next door. They have a awful window blind of a road in the desert. The last thing I want to look at after staring at a road for hours to get to Blyth is a road. Why?
Rooms were clean, breakfast was acceptable. Staff was friendly.

They don't clean their floors. The floors were filthy. I usually don't complain on reviews but this has to be said. I hope the manage reads this. We called the front desk about TV not working and floors were dirty. The manager showed up and used a squirt bottle and swifter mop. I told him I used to own a janitorial service and that swifter mop doesn't clean a floor, it only spreads the dirt around. I took a wet small towel and proceeded to mop up after him in front of his face and showed him how much dirt is on the floor. The towel became black. I did this twice and the second towel was just as black. This let me know that the maids do not have real mops and that the laminate floors are not being cleaned at all. The floor changed color right in front of him as I showed him how to clean a laminate floor. Laminate floors are designed to "hide" dirt but that does not mean don't ever clean them. I hope they read this. The hotel is decent, has a good breakfast, so why not clean the floors??? I can't recommend this hotel since they do not have a clean policy. F for cleanliness!

The door lock was difficult to operate. In order for the deadbolt to engage with the jam, you had to lift the door and push. The safety lock was also askew.

Very basic but easy to see that it was clean. Bed comfortable. Ample and rapid hot water. Old heater but not noisy like so many of their vintage. Generously sized room.

The girl working late shift that night was wonderful, room door wasn’t completely close when we got to our room. Shower pressure, water temp & shower head need to be fixed

The reason for the poor rating is while the website states pets are allowed, they fail to state cats are not. Upon checking in, after 8 hours of driving from El Paso, Tx, I was notified cats were not allowed. This forced me to relocate to the Best Western next door (awesome by the way). If their site clearly stated cats were not allowed I could have saved myself and the hotel staff the inconvenience of my booking.

No check in wait. Friendly.

Check in was fine, everything else was not. Such as no cold water, TV didn’t work, very loud freeway noise & cold coffee at breakfast. I’ve stayed at other hotels in Blythe but will not stay here again.

The luggage we had left in our room was rummaged through while we were out. When we approached the woman at the counter she listened but did not seem to really care. Said to come back tomorrow and speak to the manager. We left that day though because thanksgiving was the next day.

The property itself has trash all in the parking lot. There’s a homeless camp on the other side of the fence of the back lot. It smelled like urine while I was walking the dog this morning. Overall the room was average with an inflated price. Continental breakfast left a lot to be desired.

Bed, Pillows were only subpar. There was not even a coffee table in the room. Water pressure was unacceptable. Parking was very convenient! Noisy A/C

Surrounding area was a ghetto. Property was old and outdated. Homeless residents in parking lot.

Full breakfast, tho basic. When ran out of potatoes promptly refilled. Property and room very clean. A little pick up 9n far side of parking lot needed (probably windblown trash). Staff very helpful in advance: got groundfloor room we needed, A/C turned on so it was cool. Definitely would recommend & we will stay here on future trips to Tucson & beyond. Thank you! Next time, we'll enjoy the pool. Has covered halls against rain or sun if walking your dog.
