Little older, people around the hotel are suspect and the staff couldn’t care less about you. But it’s clean enough

Non smoking room smelled like smoke. Carpet dirty. Parking lot dirty. Outer doors propped open. Noisy area, people coming and going all hours of the night.

Other then falling real bad in front of housekeepers laundry the stay has been great. Love Tanisha and Tony

Wi fi was out, no ice in the ice machines, holes and stains on sheets, and a dead dried up cockroach in the alarm clock.

I didn't like the how unsanitary and dirty it looked, felt, and smelled

When I arrived Iwas notified that my reservation was given to another guest. This was upsetting after driving from out of town for 4 1/2 hours. The staff never verified my reservation confirmation, even after I offered it. Then I was notified that there were no more non-smoking rooms only smoking rooms available and that the room was clean, however the sheets had cigarette burns, surfaces were dirty and the room smelt so bad we could not sleep all night. I had to find another toom at another hotel for the rest of my stay which was an expense i did not expect to pay. I was also.charged an unexpected additional fee for the room at Quality Inn Tulsa. On top of all that, I reserved a double bed room and was given a single king bed which was another inconvenience. I will never be staying at this establishment again and will never recommend to anyone. In fact, inrevimmend people stay away unless they like a rooms where bags of trash are kept outside their doors and dog poop on the walk ways. Worst experience ever.

Everything was great from staff to room

My ankles have several bites on them. I think my room has fleas. The staff at the desk was very friendly but I would never stay there again. The sheets were dirty, i have several bug bites on my ankles, and there was standing water in the bathtub

The room was fine, but the breakfast offerings went downhill after the first of 5 breakfasts. After the first the refrigerated egg and muffin offerings along with fresh fruit never appeared again. The biscuits and gravy seemed to be the same ‘slip’ reheated each morning. On the last day even the orange juice ran out. The hotel was otherwise fine, but don’t buy high expectations on the breakfast.

The room was clean and the people were nice. We just had a problem getting in the room with our key. We called the office and let them know and they told us they would be right there. The night guy was fast getting to us and still couldn’t get in with a programmed key. He let us in with the master key. The bolt lock was broken. I mentioned to the morning person that there was a problem with the key lock and she said she would make a note to check the lock system on the door.

Horrible customer service. Nobody picks up the phone when called. No TV remote in the room. I asked for remote and they still didn’t send it. Limited items for breakfast.

Looks outdated with very little maintenance and upkeep. Also neighborhood is questionable.

Older place, Homeless people around sleeping and gathering in area

The rooms smelled bad. Like a dirty locker room. No cleaning service provided on our second day. There was something (probably Rats) that made noise all night in the walls.

Just an overnight stop on a long drive home, hotel was fine just too many local people hanging around the parking lot after 11:00pm. Lots of loud talking and walking back and forth by my window (1st floor) and between the cars in the parking lot. I was too tired to complain to office but they should have been aware if they were monitoring cameras.

Stay was ok . Convenient to interstate. Services were ok . The pool that was on the motel site was not filled with water so that was a disappointment. When u advertise there is a pool at least let guest know if its working or not

This was just a spot for my family to sleep overnight. It was in a location we needed to provide easy access back onto the highway and by gas. Everything went smoothly, so nothing really to be negative about for our needs.

Poor lighting, entrances are not secured, the room was not clean and completely run down. There was still mascara on one of the pillows on the bed-it’s clear they don’t have an adequate cleaning routine or they aren’t being cleaned at all. The woman yelled at me from her chair instead of greeting me when I arrived-did not even look at me during our interaction-very robotic. I did NOT feel safe due to the overall feel of the area, the interaction (or lack thereof) with staff and the layout of the hotel. I will never go back and would not recommend.

From outside the motel looked loke new. The disappointment came after we opened the door - dated, smelly, old furniture, the bedding felt like haven't been washed...

Do not take your family to stay here. This is an older facility and quite filthy on the outside. Our room was noisy, the door lock did not work, the frig did not work, and a light blue was missing from a night table lamp. We had much better accommodations for a similar price during our trip west.

I liked the ease of getting to main streets and highways. Breakfast offerings very good. My room smelled of smoke, the bath tub had cigarette burns on and in it. There was a water leak from the room above in the bathroom, the towels directly below the leak were soaking wet. They were not replaced. There was a frozen breakfast sausage in the freezer in a quarter inch of frost. Will not be staying in this hotel again. Thank you

Well when I got there to check in the lady behind the desk was rude as hell it was unbelievable how rude she really was she took forever in a day to just get to me to check me in because she was worried about doing her stuff and it took her a minute because she was severely overweight severely but it took about 30 minutes to finally get checked in and even though I paid online I still had to pay a $50 deposit which is insane especially the way she told me she was just rude crude and disrespectful and does not definitely does not need to be behind a desk waiting on people for how rude this lady was once I got past there and in my room the room was very very hot whenever I went in it of course they don't ever turn on the air the only thing that was good was the breakfast that was absolutely it everything else the bed sucked like I said the front desk lady sucked it was loud as can be nobody could just go to bed and be quiet they had to be slamming doors and everything else but the only thing like I said was good literally the only thing was the breakfast that was it

Overall experience a plus

Just absolutely terrible. The entire property was disgusting. Our room had not been deep cleaned in probably 20 years. It stunk SO bad. Carpet was so black and disgusting that the bottoms of my new white shoes were black, everything we owned stunk SO bad that I am now at home washing it furiously after a three-day stay. It smelled SO bad. Transients/hookers and drug addicts everywhere. Please do not take your family here. Safety issues and severe noise concerns. We wanted to leave but had already paid so we’d decided against it, but ended up leaving on Monday anyways after not getting any sleep. So smelly and gross. I would never stay here again!
