It was fine. Our vehicle was broke into. Not to happy about this.

The front office lady was not to good we want a roll over bed and she denied the service she doesn’t have a good reason and we ask for more blankets and she said that maybe someone is coming to give us fewer but not one come for the money we pay we deserve better services the beds are to small and uncomfortable the mattress are so bad and small and the couch mattress was terrible

The front desk staff was super helpful and friendly. Great tasting cookies. Room comfy and clean. Few of the bathroom features need updating by loved the location and food. Housekeeping kept place really clean loved the sauna and gym and hot tub all indoors for daily use despite the weather. I will definitely be staying at doubletree in the future. Super easy to check in and out.

I think the rooms are arranged very poorly. The bathroom is too small and don’t like the sink where it is.

Property is showing it’s age but still good hotel; seems suited to conferences; breakfast quite pricey so went elsewhere; pool not very big or attractive compared to other hotels that are less money; stayed here occasionally for decades but likely this was last time

Physically it is nice but the service is poor to mediocre. When we checked in they managed to put our two rooms on the same floor but that was it. They didn’t seem concerned at all with our request. The pool was GROSS and it smelled so bad we didn’t even want to swim in it. The hot tub wasn’t working, and we specifically searched for a place with a hot tub. One day someone was smoking in the room next to one of our rooms and so our room stank of smoke. They sent up a can of Lysol. Their answer for everything was “sorry for the inconvenience.” Not “we will make it right” or “let us give you a discount for your trouble.” Our waiter at breakfast the one day we ate there was sarcastic (and not in a good way) and seemed unhappy to be there because it was Easter. The place has potential if properly managed but there are several other hotels nearby and I’ll choose a different one next time.

Stay was okay, toilet was very slow to flush almost thinking it would overflow. Frontdesk did not care to much, just spoke that she was there to check you in and leave her alone.

Was great stay comfortable, they offered a free shuttle to take us to Oliver garden and the mall. Pool was fun cute the kids & hot tub was nice & hot for adults it was right next to pool so great to keep an eye on my Tweenie’s.

Custumer service was not good. Staff is very unfriendly and unwilling to do their job. I needed help with my reservation and they made me call customer service instead of doing it themselves.

We’ve been staying at The DoubleTree Southcenter for years. In 2022 we stayed and it wasn’t as good. Like most businesses, and hotels especially, they were hit hard and their maintenance suffered during covid. We got a really good deal recently so we decided to try it out and I’m please to say, it was in very good condition and the staff was very friendly.

Had not one but both comforters stained with what looked like bodily fluids. The worst part is that the sheets were hiding the filth and our children and ourselfs slept in it. Called the frint office and were told they would clean the room and replace all linens, shortly after room service arrives with only a comforter and tossed out in the counter. I let him know that we were told the room would be recleaned and he said I'm only dropping off the comforter and walked out. We were on our way out and had to make sure we would get all linens replaced yet again. So disappointing so much has changed since our last stay. We love the location but Would not stay at this location again.

People loitering in and around the property, smelled like marijuana, huge group of people shouting in the room next door, I left and went to another hotel

This hotel has a swimming, pool, hot tub, and sauna which is a nice addition for relaxing at the hotel. It also has a fitness center. The hotel is about 500 feet from Southcenter mall which has many restaurants and shopping available.

Really enjoyed our stay. The evening front desk person was very kind and helpful as well as the restaurant gentleman during breakfast.

Arrived late due to canceled flight needing to book a room with a short notice from the airport. Chose hotel based on price and location. Had a big living room and a separate bedroom. Rooms showing age and wear - could use updating carpets and furniture. Check in person efficient and friendly and check out person less so.
Sheets were clean and crisp, making for a good sleep.

Very convenient. One of your drivers was very rude and disrespectful. I mentioned this to staff and asked to hear from the manager but never did.

I love staying at the property and have many times over the past few decades-yes, decades! For the first time, I noticed the place is aging. For the first time, I also noticed the noise associated with the open center. It was New Years Eve and there were kids and teens running and yelling around the perimeter. No one seemed to address this.

We have been staying in Tukwila for years for soccer games and tournaments. We just found the Doubletree with racket ball courts and a big gym. This is where we will be staying every time from now on. It has a pretty good restaurant and bar too

Not so friendly upon check in. We had had flight delays and issues with the ice storm so this was not a planned stop, stay over. Room was nice. Dirty washcloth was left hanging on shower curtain/rail. Bartender in restaurant/bar area was working alone and was doing the best he could. Hot tub was lukewarm. Sauna was nice. No coffee in the lobby, not even in the morning. Housekeeping staff woke us 2 hours before check out by banging on the door. We had the swing latch engaged and it got pulled so hard that I had a hard time swinging it back so I could open the door. I was unable to get back to sleep. Overall, not a good experience.

The breakfast we had was not great. Eggs were bland the bacon was way too salty and the “fresh” fruit was not fresh.
The area that the pool was in was super cold but understand it was below freezing outside but the hot tub (spa) was ice cold. The pool was warmer than the hot tub.
There were rips in the bedding for the sofa bed.
Saying all of this we did not complain because we were only there for one night. If we were staying longer we would have said something to the front desk
