Its was a great stay, my family had a ball. I wish they hottub worked.

The hotel.lobbybisbvery nice. The front desk lady was very sweet. When i walked in the room appeared very neat and clean. Within 5 mins of putting my bag down i had to kill a roach. Im hoping inwont see anymore throughout my stay. Ive been trying all the hotel in the area and this is the first time i seen one. Im certain i wont book again.

The front desk was very nice and helpful. Check-in was a breeze. The room was clean and well designed. Love that half moon sofa bed. So cool and comfortable. The bed was very comfy as well. Security Deposit fee is very reasonable. And parking was free as advertised. The only hiccup was one ice machine was down, and the other was acting up. Compared to how much I enjoyed my stay it means nothing. When I needed new towels they didn’t hesitate. Just good hospitality. Great job, and that’s to the entire staff. You’re awesome :)

The rooms did not get cleaned during our stay. The hotel doesn't provide enough water bottles if you plan to stay for a couple of days. The good part is there is a Walmart nearby where you get everything. The hotel doesn't provide complementary breakfast.

Toilet seat wasnt cleaned for while. It felt as though it had a film of dried up hairspray. Tub was dingy, unclean.
No tv menu, restaurants or things to do listings. Pool out of service..

There was a loud siren in the hallway and or next door in room 309 that kept going off waking us up from 4am in the morning until 7am so we finally became overwhelmed and left the premises at 7:15am this was unacceptable!!!

Dirty comforter which they could only replace with a scratchy low quality blanket. Extremely noisy neighbors, asked front desk at 11:30pm AND 1:30am to do something about… but because when the “house person” walked down for 2 seconds and the neighbors weren’t making noise… there was nothing they could do! We paid extra during reservations to have a hot breakfast for 2. Well that person called out so there were frozen bagels and so so coffee. At check out, I asked what could be done to make our experience right… “nothing” “you booked through Expedia so there’s nothing we can do.” I do not recommend this hotel! I hate leaving bad reviews, but I feel others need to know what might happen to you.

I stayed for a night with my family. The room provided initially was looking good except I found something that looked like a bark from tree next to the air conditioner. After I reported about that, they provided another room immediately. Staff were polite and responsive during the stay. Except for that one issue with the room, everything was pretty good. There are ample parking space available outside and was convenient to locate the hotel.

So I’m still not sure what happened. But I’ve never been more harassed in this hotel than I was this time. I prepaid for my room and I guess they didn’t realize and tried to make me pay twice. Also so many people kept walking in to my room I felt uncomfortable. Also the front desk person hung up on me. While I was trying to explain the situation. Just horrible.

I had a pleasant stay at the Courtyard.. Pleasant and helpful staffs made checking in fast and easy. The a property was clean inside and outside. I would stay there again.

Comfy bed and good internet. Didn’t like their $3 charge to park in this suburban location with plenty of parking. Also key card to exterior doors didn’t work reliably, so had to walk around to enter in main entrance.

Everything was great until they wouldn’t let my guest who was already there come back in. I don’t know who the girl was but she was asking very invasive questions and it made us feel very uncomfortable.

The front desk staff were nice. The hotel was clean. My room was very nice and clean. I wish they had microwaves in rooms again and also the indoor pool was closed. That should be on their website because that was one of the main reasons I chose this hotel.

Awful, we wouldve never booked had we known pool was out of service and has been for several years. Staff was nice and everything else was fine, but we had told our 5 year old about the pool and were very disappointed that the hotel did not disclose they have moreorless eliminated the pool

I wish there were lunch and dinner options other than the market. The pool was closed and I was not informed ahead of time.

We had no major issues. Our room was clean and staff were welcoming. However there was an issue with the door to our room which had difficulty opening, particularlyfrom the inside. I informed the front desk about it and they were very receptive.

Pool and whirlpool closed. Short staffed. No Housekeeping. Asked to have my room cleaned and linen changed; room was cleaned bed was made but linens were not changed. Held 5 conferences during my stay. Conf. service was sub-par. Hotel ran out of paper towels in the public restroom for two days.
Staff was friendly and responsive to best of ability, but one would expect more for the money spent.
