Very nice hotel, secluded yet easy access by bus or taxi to Palma Nova etc. Very good buffet breakfast, including English breakfast. Rooms are very nice and very clean. Spa and pool are excellent. Nice pool area and secluded beach. All the staff where very pleasant.
Highly recommended and would certainly stay again.

Everything you could ever need for escape and relaxation, beautiful hotel, staff so helpful and accommodating to your needs and the surroundings are beautiful lucky to have such warm weather and spent time using the lounge beds, booking premium room gives you access to a small dipping pool and very comfortable beds🙌

Great hotel with great service. A bit smaller (and therefore nicer) hotel and poool area. Perfect with pool bar, great assortment at the breakfast as well as alternatives for the lunch. An extra plus for the ability to order food to the pool area.
Easy accessible with bus just 5 minute walk from the hotel who takes you easily to the airport or central Palma.
A minus for the neighborhood, not many alternatives for food, shopping etc if you don’t walk to Palmanova, which is about 15-20 minute walk from the hotel.
Another minus for not always recognizing the gold status of Hotels.com-guests and therefore getting privileges which comes with the membership. (For example room upgrade if possible)

Great hotel in a lovely location. Relaxed & quiet atmosphere with private beach with jetty but only a short walk to public beach, restaurants, bars & nightlife. Food excellent, reasonably priced with good choice. I would upgrade your room so you get a sea view as some balconies overlook the road, thats what we'll do next time which we're already planning! Recommend đź‘Ť

Clean, very well maintained and effectively property located in a quiet location by the sea with excellent facilities (indoor / outdoor pool, gym, spa, etc.). Excellent breakfast and dinner buffets. Clean and comfortable rooms with good linen. Friendly, sincere and helpful staff throughout.

check in was long, very long. the gentleman was doing his very best and was very courteous and helpful at the end. a large crowd was checking in as well. beach very near, 2 minutes walking. A little distance from the nearby town, but not far. pretty much everything is near by, so no need really to go there for a short 2/3 day stay. it is a 10 minute walk, but uphill so if you are older or not in shape, this can be a challenge. staff very nice and would STRONGLY RECOMMEND this hotel.

The property on the whole was very good. Most facilities were good and well maintained. Tennis court had an inconsistent bounce especially around the service area but was were ok'ish.
Spa and gym were very good and highly recommended.
One of the best breakfast selections I've had.
Most of the staff were great, especially reception and spa. For breakfast the female staff were fantastic. This makes it a real shame that when we tried going for lunch the two waiters ignored us for 15 minutes when the restaurant was not very busy, walking past us without making eye contact. When my friend asked for a menu one of the waiters shouted at us aggressively in Spanish waiving a plate that he was carrying and then said busy. We left. This was lunch time (4th september)
A few other guests agreed that the facilities were great but let down by some staff members with shocking service.

Nice hotel, separate adult lounge area with small pool for Superior room quests was positive. Great breakfast buffe. Nice clean but outdated puplic areas.
Hotel announces to be 4+ hotel, but doesn’t reach this expectation. Very unfriendly and ignorant staff at reception both check-in and out.
Some professional and friendly staff at restaurants, but overall disappointed with overall service level.
Food at restaurant generally not up to expectation.
Announces free parking at webpage, but this was not true. Announces free gift at check-in but this was not accurate. Received an email a day after check in for a free drink, orange juice or cava.
Overall a nice and rather quiet hotel. Would not visit again.

Great hotel, nice facilities and friendly personnel. Food was very good, restaurant lovely and clean, spa was great with a choice of 4 saunas and also any massage you want.. overall a great holiday at this hotel, would definitely come back, highly recommend

Miami vibes hotel. Really clean, great spa and gym area. Breakfast buffet had lots of options and all tasted great. Great to have a 12pm checkout too. Room was a good size and very comfortable bed.
Internet speed and coverage was the only thing that wasn’t great. As someone who needed good internet to do some remote work this was unusable in my room and slow in lobby.

This hotel is really nice, a nice bar, nice pool and the breakfast is pretty good. Only downside is that the staff at the front desk don’t really seem to care that much and we weren’t even briefed on what we had access to, where things were, what time breakfast was, which was a let down to the whole experience. I get it’s a hotel and things will be more expensive but 3 euros for a small bottle of water is a bit of a liberty; better of going to the supermarket and filling up your room fridge instead!

Great for access to restaurants in Palma Nova, the staff and property were brilliant. Rooms were comfy, only thing missing were room views and movie channels but I'm trying to find something negative!

Oh my goodness; this place is just wow! Me and my other half booked this stay for May, a little out of season so a really well priced room. We were lucky to get some nice weather which only added to the amazing experience. The staff are helpful and friendly and accomodated a room change so we could check in early to the hotel. The breakfast buffet was well presented with an excellent selection of food and drinks.
The bar and pool area was clean, had enough sun loungers for everyone to use and the service was quick and excellent. The food and drinks were well priced and the pool was a lovely temperature on a hot day! The little private beach was a gorgeous added bonus for when you didn't want to walk into Palma Nova for the busy beachfront..
Just wow! The rooms were a good size, clean and had a well stocked mini fridge, a safe and lovely soft towels, bathrobe and slippers. The spa downstairs was easy to book into for when needing a little relax or when the weather wasn't too sparkling.
