Front desk personal were awesome. Hard to control hot and cold water it also had very low water flow along with even slower shower draining. Had 2 large cockroaches in the room during my week stay. Cleaning personal kept roon made but failed to properly close the door to the room leaving all my belonging unsecured.

They asked for a cash security deposit but failed to tell me that I'd have to wait for staff to arrive so they could inspect the room before returning it! No delay in check out if credit card is used.

Close to the airport. Good restaurant attached, very good home style cooking. Great, friendly staff. Sofas in lobby were a little worn.

The manager was rude & disrespectful. He also belittled his employee in front of us. If it wasn't for the officers i rather had got another hotel.

We've stayed at this location several times when we travel to Shreveport, in the same room. This time we were in a different one, no problem. However, there were some issues. I KNOW this is NOT a 5 star hotel, but it is/was still "decent" and at good prices. There was water leaking from the bottom of the cold water faucet, we kept putting a towel there. The shower clogged up while showering; a cigarette hole in the sheet the 1st night, but no issues afterwards; chair and ottoman looked BAD, hope it wasn't blood stains; and well, a few SMALL roaches were in the tub a couple of times before I showered. Other than these issues, no problems. I did Microban THE ENTIRE ROOM a few times while we there; habit. Front desk staff was super friendly, very helpful. Cable TV was great, my fiancee got to watch some movies ALL NIGHT LONG on HBO and Cinemax. LOL It's gotten run down as time has passed, but they have ALWAYS come through for us.

The information is misleading, the pool has been closed a couple years, i picked this hotel for the indoor pool, wifi works only outside the room, the shower/tub drain stops up and the sink, i got a non smoking room, it smelled of smoke, its says no. Pets, the next room had a dog run outside,, ,not Enough plugg ins,,corridor door stays open ,;;curtains are old and not black out, i didnt tell clerk, the other rooms was probably the same,they got my card information n put 50$ on it if you damage the room they keep, money, this isnt put up front on description, a very uncomfortable stay im glad its over, i will never stay here again, this is a truck driver's hotel

It was a great stay! The staff was friendly and very helpful. They always greeted me by name and with smile.

Had one issue that was easily fixed. The staff went above and beyond to fix it. Got free food because of our inconvenience, which was really nice. Got a suite for the price of a standard room.

Very clean. Needs an outlet near the nightstand to charge electronics.

I was charged 15 dollars from my deposit for sleeping in a little late.

They have bed bugs.. My girl an i had 6 or 7 bites a piece on us after 3 days.. They hold your money for 14 days but tell you 5 to 7 buiness days..front desy staff have attitudes.. Just tragic

This is the second hotel on top of Oreo that stated something about a deposit. There's nowhere in the contract that says anything about a deposit. The area in amount of money that I paid for this room I could have booked a room at a casino. They tried to charge a $10 early check-in fee so I left came back and my room was still not ready. Cover that I still will not receive my deposit money back until next week.

Very pleasant for a last minute stay for me I enjoyed the rase of checking in & out.

It was a spacious room, but sup-par in every other way. Our “non-smoking” room was super-smoky… I’m not sure if that’s what set off my allergies, or if it was the lack of cleanliness. There was a dead bug and some type of wrapper (not ours) between the bed and night stand. Wayyyy over priced for its condition.

Very unclean... Room had everything you needed, but hasn't been updated since the 80's. Not to mention the insects... Sorry I stayed but will not be back...

Small in the extreme. Bath so small could hardly sit on toilet with door closed. Overall appearance was unclean. Would never ever stay there at any price.

Our stay was quite nice the room was clean with fresh sheets on the bed. The bed was really comfy and we slept very well. Check in was no hassle at all and check out was a breeze. The owner was very nice and supportive of the lady working at check in because he had to go explain something to her she didn't know how to do. I thought it was kind of him to be so good to her.

Decent hotel

I reserved a suite on hotel.com and when I got to the hotel…. The lady said they were out of suite so she had to give another room but it was not a suite… just a regular room…. It wasn’t worth $150 but we were out of town and needed a place to rest….

The photos online show a very different hotel than what we arrived to. These pictures must have been taken 20 years ago. The pool wasn’t open. The indoor pool area that you walked through to get to your room did not have air conditioning with a constant temperature of 90 degrees. The shower drain was clogged so badly we had to change rooms. The staff was very nice but can only do so much with what they have. It was a stressful time as we had evacuated for hurricane Ida and arriving to this did not make things easier.

Absolutely horrible accommodations! This wasn't a pleasure or business trip, Hurricane Ida evacuation. I didn't have the opportunity to really look into what I was booking but I trusted hotels.com and this was one of the few places with rooms available that didn't have a $200+ per night/per room price tag. The horror began as soon as we walked into the lobby, the air conditioning was broken and the front desk staff had little fans to keep themselves cool. We arrived at 3pm for check-in and had to sit in the hot lobby for 35 mins because our room was not cleaned and ready. Once we were fully checked in and received our room key, we had the pleasure of walking through the very, very hot hotel to our room. The air conditioning did not work anywhere in this building and no access to the rooms outside of the building. The room was cleaned and that's about the only plus i have to mention! I plugged my phone charger into the wall outlet and blew a fuse or something. Lights out in my room. I proceeded to the front desk to inform them of had happened and I was told that maintenance needed to be called and they'd be there when they get there. I then asked to speak with a manager and was told, "sorry, can't do that." I waited for almost an hour in my dark, hot room with my 5-yr old until we couldn't take it anymore and went back to the front desk and asked if I could please have another room and that was followed by no, unless you pay for another room! Area was horrible and scary.
