The check in was not good. The front desk agend. Was dry and unimforative. Didn't tell us where the elavators were so after walking around a while made it back to the front desk then asked where they were. The young lady that was working.overnight was awsome. Hotel was dated and then wanted $4 for a cup of coffee. Beds were harf and the blanket was ragged with no cotton in it but you can see where there used to be cotton.

Great area to stay. Motel had lots of amenities but everything was at a cost including breakfast. Hotel needed a good cleaning and the pool water wasn’t clear and pool itself at the waterline was filthy

room wasn't ready at checkin. they didn't provide the necessary towels or linen. waited over and hour for room service, once we got it the order was wrong. the pool was cloudy and they rushed us out before it was time to leave. don't recommend.

The hotel lost power, and it seems it was internal electrical problems, they had no backup plans, most of the hotels emergency lighting were not functioning, we had to walk in dark stairwells.

The lobby looks nice, the rest that is questionable....... rooms needs to be updated. We was under the impression we got breakfast but apparently we did not and it was going to be $22 each, ok no big deal we went out to eat. The bed was clean, the curtains had mystery stains, the toilet had been broke beforehand and had a terrible repair job, bathroom door was splitting at bottom and needed replacement, sink looked like a cheap home repair with a marble top, also the whole room needed a good dusting. Check in was fine first night, next night was going to ask for more towels and desk clerk was on the phone with i am assuming management, but gave us the one minute finger sign did not tell management to hold on or let me take care of guest just went on with conversations about how many rooms were left available, i went to the room and my husband waited another ten minutes and came back with no towels as the clerk was still on the phone when he walked away, we both worked for a big name grocery retailer for 20 plus years this was bad customer service. Parking lot was trashy and our floor smelled of cigarettes and weed smoke. Not to mention the elevators were sketchy. For 160 a night this was the second worst hotel room we have ever had. Do not recommend.

There for the weekend. Would definitely stay again. The staff at the service desk expressed exceptional customer service! Only problem was the sink in our bathroom made a very loud noise each use.

When I got to hotel to check-in it was around 10pm and was told i had to waite that my room wasn't ready despite check in being 3pm, and wasn't able to till 11pm. It only had towels for 1 instead of 3, so I had to go down for more. Saturday fell over wastebasket 🗑 housekeeping left in middle of floor by the dresser, and didn’t do anything else in room. No housekeeping whole time I was there. I had to keep going for towels. I had 2 service dogs with me and was hasseled every day we went for breakfast and was made to sit away from others eating. I was argued with when I tried to educate lady at dining room checking people in, and she even made rude comments to others coming in to eat, especially on Monday. Major Disability Education needs to be done when it comes to Service Dogs and Laws. Im a legally blind disabled veteran who feels discriminated against due to having 2 service dogs with me and my guests.

Never stay at this hotel unless you like to feel uncomfortable. The lobby has molding ceiling tiles, the hallways have dirty carpet and beat up walls, the elevators are sketchy, the furniture in the room looked like it was picked up off a street corner, and the bathroom had a cracked sink and disgusting shower. I would recommend spending the extra money and staying at the Sheraton next door!! I checked out of the hotel without a refund because it was so gross. The worst part was that the staff didn’t seem surprised.

The hotel really shows its age. The hotel really needs some updating. The rooms were pretty clean and the beds were pretty comfortable.
Options for breakfast could be much better.
Half of the staff at the front desk were not that welcoming. The other half were pretty good.

There was mold on the bathroom ceilings, the pool was nice and warm, but it was incredibly dirty in the pool area, and the ceiling was just horrible looking the vents had dust all in them. The staff and the service was incredible day treating us like family. They gave my kids all the free cookies really great people for service. The surrounding area is pretty rough. There are a lot of people wandering around the streets of the hotel and security/please are there monitoring all the time. Definitely couldn’t walk around due to safety.

Messed up my reservations. Keys don’t work multiple times to my room door or from outside entrances. Got no main service 2 days in a row after asking for it. Was told towels would be be brought up to our room and they never were.

Was over charged for a convince fee!! Pool and spa both closed. Facility refused to give a waiver with hotels.com representative contacted them about the over charge.

Everything was pretty good, room was clean and quiet (it was a Wednesday), reception was cool. There was an incidentals fee, but that came off the second I checked out (pretty standard for most large hotel chains). Room had a great big television with direct tv, wifi could be better but it’s free and the hotel is large so I didn’t have high expectations on the speed to begin with. Also there a lot of food places around it and a movie theater. On the other side of the street. Would book again.

Our favorite place to stay in Columbus. Cozy rooms, nice pool, hot tub and workout room. Front desk staff always friendly and helpful.

We were in Columbus to visit for the holiday.
We were very satisfied by many standards. The staff was very nice, the breakfast was good and fresh. The space was very clean.
The only thing that surprised us was that we could clearly hear the couple in the room next to us. They were having quite an amorous stay. They were very happy.

So the tv didnt work. I had only a few workibg channels. The picture in the room was broken. The phones for guest services didnt work and the voicemail box was full. The bathroom door was warped and coming apart at the bottom. The maintenance guy just walked into the room withiut knicking and then didnt even fix the rv. But since the ohone didnt work i didnt call then. So they were already aware of the problem and put me in the room anyways... yeah not coming here again.

This hotel has a roach problem. Found multiple in my room. I was moved to a higher floor and they are supposed to comp me for a night (we shall see.) I had pictures and they never asked to see them or gave me any issue with being comped. It seems like the staff knows this is a problem.

The guy in the front desk was extremely rude. I booked a room in Expedia and when I was about to check in, the guy in the lobby said they are overbooked and I didn’t have a room. When asked why they did not inform me beforehand, he was very aggressive and told that I have to talk to Expedia and that he can’t help with anything. At the same time, there was an African American guy who came after me and denied a room. However, after 10 minutes the guy in the lobby arranged a room for him while he was not even interested in giving me a proper response. Never go to this place

Do not stay here Had 2 rooms
Room 1 took 4 rooms to get a clean smoke free room with king bed.
Room 2 took 2 rooms, 1st one was clean but had a used CRACK pipe in bathroom
No body wash in shower, no bar of soap in bathroom, in 5 days never did they clean the rooms or take away trash. No towel rods in bathroom to hang towels. Had to stop by front desk to get clean towes, more TP and request to have some loud music turned down.
Breakfast if terrible.
Stay away until #ParisHilton stops trying to be a DJ and returns to the business with her name on it to fix it.

Over all it was a nice stay the lady at the front desk was amazing we had issues getting into the first room so we had to be put in another room that had no towels or garbage bags in it

Although I had a confirmed reservation through Expedia, when I arrived I was told that the hotel was overbooked and that I would have to call Expedia and have them call the hotel direct to resolve the issue. Expedia did follow through and got me to another hotel nearby. This occurred Thanksgiving evening. Unfortunately, there were quite a number of other people who arrived, or who were before me who had the same issue, and a number of them were irate and volatile. My rating is based on the fact that a confirmed reservation was overbooked, and consequently I had no room. This put me, and others in the precarious position of being out of town with the possibility of having no place to stay.

I can overlook the slow elevators and the paper thin walls, but $18 for a handful of tortilla chips and processed cheese from a can! Infuriating!!!

We’ve stayed here before and are very satisfied with the accommodations, clean, quiet, good condition, modern and very comfortable .
