Extremely friendly, helpful and courteous staff—front desk, management, housekeeping and maintenance. Everyone seems to love their jobs and it shows. I felt safe and very much at home, away from home. Their variety of delicious breakfast choices was a welcome surprise. I will definitely stay at this property again when visiting Danvers, MA.

Poor service room infested with flies refused to help gave us a can of fly spray killed 15 first night then more came the next day. Management told us so sorry.

Carpet bugs!!! It was gross!! Dishes in the cabinet were dirty!! Breakfast was also not good!!!

We chose this hotel as the hotels closer/in Salem were much more expensive for less room features. If you have a car, you’ll be a nice 10 minute drive away from most of Salems activities. The room felt like staying at a studio apartment which we enjoyed. It was nice and roomy. Only thing I disliked was the bed and hot water. Bed was a bit stiff and you would need to crank the hot water on high to get a nice hot shower. Besides that, loved the experience here.

Really happy with our recent stay. My hubby is picky and said he’d rate their breakfast 10/10. Cage free eggs was nice to see being used. Our shower could have been a little cleaner downstairs but honestly it was comfy, spacious, and the accommodations were excellent. My kids enjoyed the outdoor pool and we wished we had the chance to use the beautiful fire pit! 18 minutes to Salem, 30 to downtown Boston. Highly recommend!

Had a great stay here while in town for a convention. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable, and the property was well maintained and quiet. I felt very safe here and in this area. But the best part of the stay was how wonderfully friendly and helpful the front desk staff were. Just genuinely kind. I would definitely stay here again and probably go a bit out of my way if I needed to.

Facility is old and outdated but very nice layout. The 2 bedroom was nice for space, but it was very dark and I was traveling with visual impaired daughter so we could not stay there. The front desk and manager were awesome, no questions asked and even offered to find us another place to stay. Gave us a full refund. Very refreshing

All the staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was great and so were the staff taking care of it. The rooms were clean and well maintained. We will definitely stay here again when we are in the Boston area.

My mom and I had an amazing experience. All of the team members were kinda and went a love and beyond! They even gave my mom a birthday cake and card!
They really treated us like family! I would highly recommend!

The unit was spacious and up to date. The friendly and accommodating staff made out staff wondeful. It was good to see a full hot breakfast back hotels again.

This was a wonderful experience. The staff was awesome! The facilities were great! The breakfast was out of this world! Loved the pool! Loved having the grill available. Beautiful fire pit. Easy parking. Would definitely stay here again!

Great stay. Was here for a week. Room was very clean, comfy bed and pull out couch. Super friendly staff, quick to help. Laundry on site was a plus, didn’t need to pack to much. Love that rooms are housed a few to a building. Location was great, easy to get wherever we were going. Excellent rate.

They upgraded our room, and our teenager had his own room on an upper level! We were only there one night, but it would be a great place for a lengthy stay if needed. Full kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Plenty of closet space. Clean spaces and friendly staff.

The hotel was pleasant and very comfortable. The only “issue” was the carpenter ants in the bed room and kitchen.

the hotel is old and in need of renovation desperately. The carpet was dirty, the upholstery on the furniture was also dirty. The room was non only dated but gross.

I feel property is overpriced for the area. I canceled a reservation for another hotel to stay here at $250 more thinking I would be getting a larger room. I was in the area for a few days and needed a kitchen.
Walked into the room smelled like cigarette smoke. I was tired decided to live with it. Went to use the bathroom, it is extremely small. Toilet / bathtub shower. When you open the door it's about 6 inches away from the tub!
Finally sat on the couch, looked up plastic bag around smoke detector. Just got a weird vibe from this place.

the only complaint is that I had no idea we would have to climb 20 steps to get to our room. having 2 knee replacements it was not easy. also the floors were not very clean.
