All around a most pleasant stay

This was a very nice stay Highlighted by Extremely nice staff at both the hotel and the restaurant, daily cleaning staff in rooms and all-around.
The food was quite good at all meals, with weekly specials and the hotel is in walking distance of other fine food establishments for a little variets.
The manager arranged some special deals for us. Belize is especially appealing for scuba and snorkel groups rather than just beach folks. Gym across the street.

I stay here often. It is reasonable, the location is great, the staff are courteous and friendly, and it is always clean. The pool is always clean as well. The bar and restaurant staff are always friendly and accommodating. I think it's a hidden gem in San Pedro.

Sunbreeze Hotel was perfect for our stay in Belize - great location in San Pedro, walkable to many restaurants, shops and activities/docks. The common areas (pool and courtyard) were lovely - clean, inviting, well-appointed with seating. Our room was clean and comfortable. The staff is wonderful - friendly and helpful.

We loved our stay at the Sunbreeze! The staff is super friendly, especially Rian. The room was very clean and we love the atmosphere, like the hammocks and the sand filled court yard. It was right on the water which made walking to our diveshop super easy. It is also conveniently located right by the airport and walking distance from some great restaurants.

It was a very nice hotel for the area. We are used to higher end chains, but they are not quite on San Pedro yet. We looked at a bunch of different hotels and chose this hotel basically because it was in the center of everything and we were not disappointed. The staff was friendly and we were quite pleased with everything. It makes sense that the chains we are used to are not there...there is so much to do and see that you are not spending your entire time in the hotel; you are out exploring. However, we did take a few days to sit poolside and walk along the beach, and we noticed not every hotel has a pool, so this is a great plus.

This is just a great, really well located hotel.
Luxurious but not over the top, with a wonderful view restaurant that serves quality food at reasonable prices, and right on the beach. It also could not be closer to the airport, which is literally across the street. Having said that, noise is not bad at all from the airplanes, which only come and go occasionally and they fly in the other direction so there is very little noise at this end of the airport. Ryan, a young guy who takes care of the place seemingly day and night, was super nice and accommodating as were all the staff. You can walk to all the restaurants, though streets in San Pedro can be a little dangerous with all the golf carts rushing about. We would certainly stay here again.

Me and my best friend stayed here for a few days and we had an amazing time! It’s right by the airport and close to everything but the actual property is quiet and relaxing. They have a restaurant on site which was convenient. The room was large and clean. Most importantly, the bellman, Ryan was the best! He was so kind and gave us a lot of amazing recommendations that made our trip amazing!

I highly recommend the Sunbreeze. It may not be the fanciest resort in town but it has everything you would hope for at a reasonable price. The staff were fantastic to work with, extremely helpful in organizing trips, recommendations, and babysitting services. The location of the hotel was perfect- Right near all that downtown San Pedro has to offer by foot without feeling too noisy. And I felt that it was very reasonably priced. Would 10/10 come here again.

I have stayed at Sunbreeze several times, and this time did not disappoint. I like its convenience to the airport and the middle of town. They are constantly cleaning. The staff learned my name and greeted me each time. The restaurant is consistent and quality. It is popular, so it is important to make a reservation on special food nights. Also, I really like the way the room is lighted. The bathroom is very nice and looks like it is newly updated.

Convenient to the airport but busy and noisy. Only real issue was that I tried to contact them with questions before my trip a couple of times and didn’t receive a response.

No hot water (went from cold to like warm), no working mini fridge (our food spoiled), air conditioner was not functioning properly, many mosquitos in the room or dead on the wall, room was very dated (which was the least of the issues). Very dissatisfied with this experience and would like an Expedia manager to contact me to discuss how to go about being refunded or credited.

Sunbreeze is an excellent place to stay right on the beach in San Pedro. The atmosphere is great and the bar and restaurant excellent. It is a very convenient location within walking distance to the water taxi and all the tour operators. Whether you want to dive, snorkel, swim with the sharks or do a trip to the mainland to see the Mayan Ruins and cave tubing excursions it is all located right along the beach front within a couple hundred yards of the Hotel. We will definitely stay again next trip to San Pedro Belize.
