Pleasant location high above a river. Excellent room with room for a table and two chairs. Easy walking distance to leagues club.

Close to the shops and restaurants of Kempsey with beautiful views of the river

Loved views of river and that it was soo quiet. Bed was ultra comfortable! Check in friendly and efficient.

My stay was very pleasant. The location on the Manning River is very quiet and peaceful. The rooms were very clean and tidy. The service was excellent. I would definitely stay here the next time I am in town.

Receptionist, not sure why, snapped at me when I came to reception, even I had a booking. Swimming pool was far away, and completely unusable. Was brown and disgusting, you'd expect a swamp monster to appear any moment.

It would appear that this facility is some sort of mid-way house as there appeared to be some persons who may have had some dealings with the police. Police attended this facility to speak to persons whilst I was there. It did not appear to be for personal reasons. Also I was woken during the night by a noise created by a person looking into my vehicle.

It was a clean. comfortable motel room in a quiet location, a short distance from town. Town is a comfortable 15 minute walk. I think this motel room and others would be better if a power point near the bedside table for the electronic phones and other time pieces most travellers now have, was available.

The motel wad well priced and in a good location in walking distance to shops,supermarkets eateries. Everywad all we needed for a short stay.

Late check in is an extra fee of $20 yet when we arrived there was no or little indication of what room we had paid for. I had called reception & emailed more than twenty times. Poor communication. Arrived early morning after our 7 hr travels & spent 20mins of trying to figure out how to make contact as the outside reception phone has no dial tone, I found a tiny note on the window that had my initials & room number - so I paid for a room to be left open, with a key in room. In all my travels of the world NEVER have I ever paid for a late check in that to which I wasn’t able to make contact to the manager/owner either. We also had other family stay at the same property & to my disgust the manager tried making compliments at my sister, asking if her partner due to having a long beard was going to make trouble on the premises & then asks him to assist with some handy work. Unprofessional, Rooms clean but interior & facilities super dated. Manager was creepy. Odd. Weird & always looking at who was coming in & Out of the rooms/carparks. Completely uncomfortable & will NEVER stay there or recommend the premises!

We were only using it as a place to rest our head but it was very clean and convenient.

Situated on the river it was nice and quite cool. The establishment and the rooms were clean and tidy. It is located in a quiet area. Checkin was good and the man at reception was most helpful.

Even though it is on the old highway the motel is set back from the road so you do not hear any traffic. The room was very clean and you parked directly outside your room. The park was very wide so we could open both doors to get to luggage etc.

Comfortable stay for one night. Great that they supplied wash cloths.
