Last minute satisfaction.

It’s was the worst the hotel had mold on the ceiling in closet and area where you sleep. The smell would’ve knocked you out also the floor wasn’t clean

The outside walls and walkways were dirty. My room did not have a microwave. I went to check out Sunday evening but front desk was closed. Room was ok.

The initial room power was not working, we got our room switched with no hiccups. Also, the next day the key stopped working. We got it fixed immediately.

Hotel is dirty and smells like cigarettes

This place you only go to when your a step above homlessness. And it has roaches.

Bugs in the room, no shower handle, room smelled, bed was wobbly and uncomfortable, room was dirty

Toilet didn’t work when shower was running. Door didn’t lock because someone previously kicked in the door it seemed like and broke the trim so it doesn’t sit flush. Apparently you’re not allowed to stand by your car having a conversation after 10pm bc the “property manager.” The room smelled like a trap house and it was just filthy inside. RUN!

Goood quiet place

This place is so nasty. Bugs in the room in the bed sheets dirty towels filthy. They said guess need to wash they own shy and towels. It was so bad I had to move my daughters to I new place to stay the next day. And the will not refund my money. They are just taking people money for that trash place and everything in the room is dirty and broken

Absolutely filthy. Had to squash multiple cockroaches and the floors were disgusting. Also no trash cans in the rooms which feels kind of odd. Came into a room with no pillows and the room looked like it’d been abandoned. Shower valve broke when trying to turn on the water and one of the front desk people insinuated that I broke it and they’d have to investigate since “it wasn’t like that when you got there”, even after the after-hours maintenance guy suggested I get a different room. Absolutely terrible experience.

Tina the manager is awful. I am the director of a Girls Travel Basketball Team and booked this hotel for a 4 day stay. When booking I was shown they had 3 rooms with Queen Double beds. Once the travel party arrived we were told they couldn’t accommodate us due to not having any double queen beds. Due to the team having a game they had to leave but I provided my contact info and was told I would be given a call if proper arrangements were found at a sister property. I later received a call stating a sister property could accommodate but the beds would be TWIN beds. (Which is not what was wanted) I declined those accommodations and told her we would find decent accommodations that fit our needs. The following day we were charged for a night due to 24 hour cancellation policy. Why should we have been charged a cancellation fee when they didn’t have what we booked/needed. 0/10 do not stay here.

The room smelled like cigarette and marihuana! The room was non smoking and it seem like if the people smoked in there all the time. The floor, curtains, kitchen and shower were dirty. The AC unit didn't work properly therefore the room was muggy! All the neighbors smoked out side and the smell went into the room. It was like I was smoking. I will never stay there ever again!!

The ac did not work, no towels to use when checkin in , also tons of roaches was so scared that our luggage would get infested

I'd booked a NONE smokieng room at this hotel a month ago, and twice spoke with hotel manager Veronica to verified my stay. By the time I got to the hotel, the courtesy officer refused to check me in and told me I do not have reservation. After I'd call the hotel's own 866 customer servicer numbers to complaint, 2 staffs had to physically broke into a SMOKING room. At 3am, I'm just way too tired to argue and just want to sleep. Next day, the courtesy officer told me that no one can help me until Monday. I'd reached out to Expedia team and involved a supervisor, both were able to help me neither. Finally on Monday morning, I went to the hotel office and met Wendy/Assistant Manger. Whom changed my smoking room to a none smoking room. However, after I walked into the room in less than 20 minutes, I had killed 2 cockroaches. I went back to Wendy, she apologized for my experience and offered me refund. I've not seen the refund yet at time of review 6/04/2023 11am on Expedia site. I'd travel around the globe many times with Expedia bookings, this hotel is the one I will not return.

Lady at the front desk was very nice and accommodating, maintenance man was quick and fast.

The whole staff is amazing Ms. Wendy and Mr Brandon go above and beyond and they're very professional.

I had no air conditioning, no tv remote, no microwave, It had roaches, and the bed was worn and broken? And after all that they didn’t offer me a dime back. And It was a week stay. So over $400 for that! I will be taking this further. Plus maintenance came to fix the air lol 4 time’s disturbing my stay with all those noisy tools?? And the air still never worked?? I’d like a full refund. Room #142

I recommend you not stay here. The low price is an indication of the poor condition of the rooms and service.

Booked through Hotels.com. Called that morning to verify check in hours.(at which point they were given my name) They did not mention they had overbooked. Called me HOURS later as I was in the middle of bumper to bumper rush hour traffic to tell me my room was cancelled because they had overbooked. Overed no apology or attempt to rectify the situation. Very dissatisfied.

Love this property

Room smelled like smoke and it was a non smoke room. Bed size was suppose to be a king and it looked like a twin. Poor customer service. Room didn’t even look clean. Terrible room. The room was really hot. Room did not match the description on website. The bed is super small than described.

My refrigerator didn't work they came and fixed it still didn't work. The bathroom ceiling leaked.

They didn’t have my room that I had discussed with the manager at eleven in the morning,and booked and paid for in the morning as well.Place is a dump.Everything is trashed.Windows,cabinets,everything.Sub standard is an understatement.
