I am so glad this is the hotel that I chose to stay in. I am a native of Maine and was here for 10 days visiting family. By the sixth day of my stay here I think everybody knew me my name. Every time I came back they greeted me, and every time I left they say goodbye have a great day. It was a very comfortable feeling. There was always a very nice breakfast in the morning. Anything I asked for for the room they were more than glad to bring it to me. The housekeepers were very friendly. The grounds were very clean and the hotel was very clean. When I come back to Maine I am definitely going to stay here again. I had a sweet which was very comfortable. They have a little grocery store in the hotel, and a very large grocery store across the street. Was definitely worth staying at. I stayed alone and I was very comfortable and not worried about being alone. I had requested a room on the first floor near the front desk so I would feel safe, they accommodated me with that.

My stay was great! The room was clean. The staff were wonderful and met every request I made. Breakfast was okay. I am not a fan of the turkey sausage patties or links but the scrambled eggs are delicious! The spinicho quiche was excellent!

Overall clean and quiet, not charmed that the front desk staff person- man working on weekend during the day) gave my 82 year old mother a hard time about getting an additional room key when all her ID indicated she was a rightful room resident. He was sarcastic with me (daughter) when I followed up on it. Most of the staff bent over backwards to be helpful.

Our first room was filthy. I like to santize our rooms upon arrival and the amount of dirt that was found was unexceptable. My sons feet were black from all the dirt. There was pee in the floor in front of the toilet. There were hairs in the bed and tub. Vents were filthy. Pillow in closet for pull out couch was dirty. Front desk said they didn't have another eoom then after I pushed they called someone and suddenly found a room. Second room was cleaner but the toilet would pump every 15 minutes. There was also a fan in that bathroom that would never stop. Pool was closed or construction zone for our entire stay. Staff at breakfast were the only redeeming quality at this place. I have pictures o can forward.

Very impressed despite some older negative reviews. Front desk was very friendly and helpful, breakfast was a hot meal with lots of foods including fresh fruit and individualized quiches, parking was good. The layout of the buildings was confusing and it was unclear on arrival which buildings were the Mariott and which not (poor signage), but no problem once you knew your way. There was steady noise from the interstate running right next to the property but I used earplugs and was fine sleeping; ask for a room on the opposite side.

Room smelled like cigarette smoke. Pullout couch was dirty with food products. Had to ask for linens for the pullout couch. Lack of parking spaces, had to park in a lot “near” the hotel. When asked to speak with a manager, was told there they were in a meeting and couldn’t do much with the reservation since it was booked through a third party.

Rooms are very large, well appointed and very clean. Parking is too limited.

All was great. The other problem was having to check in at 4:00 and check out the next morning at 11:00. This is not even a 24 hour stay. For the cost of the room 24 hours should be the timeframe. Checking in earlier than 4:00 would have definitely been appreciated.

2 bedroom with fireplace was perfect for us. It was a short stay so no negatives. Breakfast was good

Front desk attendant was super friendly. Location is perfect for food options and getting around.

Very upset after checking in and getting the kids ready for the pool going downstairs to the pool being closed for our entire stay. I would have liked to known the pool was closed prior to booking.

The location is ideal for my needs though sound from turnpike noticeable.Facilities could be updated but rooms and public areas okay. Breakfast menu limited, more variety please. Staff were very friendly and helpful, impressed!

The room was terrible, so dated/old. Show NEVER stay here. I didn’t consider others’ reviews, and choose to book this hotel. So I paid for my mistake. The hotel has been neglected and so horrible conditions to stay during vacation. The front dest staffs were as cold as winter in Maine. It horrible

The staff was friendly and accommodating. The continental breakfast was robust and yummy. But, the pool was closed due to repairs and a back ordered part. And, while I understand this happens sometimes it did not deter the disappointment for not having an amenity we were looking forward to.

Hotel is directly next to I-95 and did not seem to have any sound dampening qualities. There was a ton of road noise as well as we could hear the people moving upstairs. The bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable. The shower had bottles for shower gel and shampoo mounted to the wall but they were all empty. The coffee station was positioned right next to the kitchen and the woman working breakfast seemed very irritated that people stood there. We requested a mobile key through the app but it wasn’t activated until we went to the check in desk well after check in time.

This property has previously been renovated. Have been staying here for many years and als ways friendly staff make you feel welcomed.

This hotel is in need of a renovation. Pool was broke the entire week we were there.

Staff was excellent. Pool is still broken as of 8/16 they should not include it as an amenity here. They put Kraft paper up on all of the windows surrounding it. Excellent location and safe area. This property needs some TLC and some money put into it.

Room was okay. TV did not work at checkin and 1 bathroom clogged after 1 day of use. Room was not cleaned the whole time we were present. Pool was not opened. Should have informed guests or update website ahead of time. However, service was fast whenever we called for fixing

It was OK but could use a facelift and a good scrubbing in the rooms. Breakfast was rough but it's free so....pool was closed which was disappointing to my kids and people were smoking marijuana at the entrance regularly where the patio area is. Getting ice at the front desk was a pain. Why not an ice machine on every floor?

Our room was clean and spacious. However, the bathroom did not get adequate cleaning. The tub did not drain well, at all. Towels were left from last guest hanging on back of door.

loved the fact I could get a 2 bedroom suite and full kitchen for my family that has many food allergies and requires us to have cooking capabilities on trips. very disappointed with the "fake" friendly staff who seemed behind the gun or overworked. Some room features were difficult to use. The TV's that could only be directed by remote control had very poor response time. Getting internet access through wifi was difficult and had to figure out how to bypass the networks security feature. Kitchen could be re thought with more eater friendly bowls, pots and pans. Cleanliness was an issue as one of the rooms was poorly cleaned, but the staff was right on it when we left. The beds and shower were exceptionally comfortable and nice if that's all you need to be happy.
