They bumped me to another hotel nearby because I was only staying for one night. Very disappointing.

Zero view. Lackluster decor in room. Nice pool table in lounge area. The breakfast was amazing

It was wonderful, the staff are so polite ans helpful. Everyone is so accommodating. We loved the milk and cookies at night!! It has everything you need for a quick stay.

Overall the rooms are nice, but you can definitely tell the building is old (being downtown). The only thing I didn’t care for was the elevators. One felt like a slink shot off each floor, one was working and one wasn’t. Our last night there only one was working so it took forever to get to our room

Everyone from the valet to the front desk were welcoming.

Amazing from beginning to end. The staff was very accommodating and kind. The room was SO comfortable! Already starting a list of other Tribute Portfolio places to stay at!

The overall stay was amazing. There was a issue with there card reader. I ended up getting charged twice ($200) for some fees but they were dropped after I checked out

The stay was okay, room is clean just that a bit old

Hotel was okay. No fridge in room. Only one robe for two people.
Bar was great!
Parking was horrible and car was broken into.

Ideal location, beautiful property. Had a comfy room on the 12th floor. Perfect weekend! 💗💜💗

Friendly staff and comfortable room. Breakfast was great.

I booked this room because the pictures looked nice and clean. The room needed a deep clean and the bathroom set up was completely different than the pictures. The water from the shower completely dried up my skin it just wasn’t enjoyable

The African American women at the check in counter was very rude to me and my children, she was mugging them and rolling her eyes at my 6 year old daughter when they went to the lobby to get a cookie. I really didn’t appreciate that nor did my daughter deserve to be treated that way.

This is a nice business hotel but definitely not a unique boutique hotel. We appreciated the room size and extra space it provided but there was nothing special in the decor or design of the rooms. The closet space was very limited, more designed for a limited stay. The bar, restaurant area was basic more sports bar than lounge area. Decent for the price

The night bar tender from Chicago was AWESOME! (Night of Jan. 14, 2024). The Front desk staff was also friendly and efficient and accommodating

Comfortable and convenient. Check-in and check-out were quick, there was great coffee steps away, and we found super cheap parking at the garage on 1735 Stout St. Staff was friendly and helpful.

I love this hotel! They let me dog stay for free and upgraded me to a suite because it was available!

Location was perfect for what we needed to do in Denver

Great location and nice room with fireplace. Walking distance to everything we wanted to do and great downtown restaurants!

I didnt like how expedia took a crazy amount of time to push my booking through both times. Had to wait at the desk for 45 min to get my booking confirmed. The staff is incredible and super helpful though and they know that expedia is slow.

The hotel is very pretty, staff was very friendly. Beds are not very comfortable and one of the beds had a big yellow stain on the blanket. Sheets are very stiff and beds are broke down

Room was outdated. Floors creaked, furnace was loud. Bed was very comfortable.

Beautiful property with a great location to downtown Denver. Parking is horribly priced whether you self park for $30 or vallet for $50.

Overall the stay was satisfactory Breakfast was a disaster, coffee served cold, server replaced... we waited over 30 minutes for order and finally gave up...server came over twice to apologize for delay. Finally she said order would be free but we were so frustrated at that point we left now over 45 min since seating.

The customer service was not very friendly. We ended up on a floor that was closed to the public due to remodel the chemical smell was awful. We got a different room and this one wasnt vaccumed the carpet was frayed and the closet doors didnt work so half was unsuable and the tub was stained. There was only one elevator and i thought it was going to kill me as well.It isnt a place I will be going to again. For 150 a night it could have had better upkeep.

It’s close to everything, parking is easy as the parking garage is within the hotel. Walkable to all the major Pro Sports Stadiums.

For $400 a night, the place needs a reno. It has some charm but $250 would be a max price in current condition.

Nice hotel

Our room was gross, stains on the carpets and wall (hello, vomit!) and the elevator was in shambles. For the price we expected so much better. Only good thing was it was walking distance to Coors Field.

Everything was nice, but aged. ie, the elevators are small, and slow. We were on the 5th floor, and it was faster to take the stairs to the lobby, than wait for the elevators. The rooms are small, but they use the space well. The bathroom is more spacious than most, but only had 1 sink.

Came here for a 3 day weekend. Had a good room with king sized bed. View was pleasant but street noise in the early am was a bit louder than expected. That being said, the staff are what sets this apart. Fantastic customer experience from the front desk, restaurant thru maintenance and valet.

Wish there was a mini fridge and an exhaust fan in the bathroom. Could use one casual living room chair.

Property was old and smelled like smoke / mildew in our room. Asked to move to another room and they placed us by the noisy elevator.

Room was dirty? $400 a night…not for that price…would like some kind of refund please…area unsafe

The idea of the building was neat & unique. But when we got there, our first room was dirty- like clearly hadn’t been vacuumed and the shower hadn’t been cleaned. We went downstairs to ask for another room. To the credit of the staff, they were very accommodating and apologized. They upgraded our room.
That all said , the hotel is clearly dated and not well maintained. Even though we had a suite, it was not “cozy” at all. The couch had stains and the floor under the vanity in the bathroom was dirty- I noticed when I dropped something and had to retrieve it. There is no vent in the bathroom, and limited hooks and lighting. The place needs a huge makeover for me to stay there again.
To top it off, as we were checking out and leaving, the automatic doors got stuck and literally wouldn’t open even after we pulled on them. A MAJOR fire hazard. We had to go out the side door through the restaurant in the hotel.

Tv didnt work the entire 3 days we were there.
Valet isnt 24 hours.
Found a pimento bug in the shower.
Window shade wouldnt open.

The photos were great, but the hot water was out for a scheduled repair (on a Friday night), there was only one working elevator, and the hotel was just generally pretty run down and self parking was a bit shady. Location was convenient to walk around downtown Denver.

The property is very old and its age is showing. While everything was clean, it didn't feel polished or put together. In our room, there was exposed PVC pipes, and the air conditioner was disturbingly loud. If someone closed a door 3 floors down, you could hear it. Also the elevators were very slow and very small. The staff used them to move their cleaning carts from floor to floor, so if one of them was using it, you couldn't really fit anyone else in there. Besides that, the staff was nice, but they seemed very overwhelmed and unprepared for the amount of people there - there was a large Suzuki gathering and a ton of airline staff as well, so we felt lost in the midst of all the groups.
