Just needed a place to crash. Good for that. Room was non-smoking, but rooms next door allowed smoking so mine was stinky too. Cigarette butts all over the sidewalk. No coffee the 2nd morning. Ice machine worked great. Parked in the back so that felt safe.

Room was supposed to be non-smoking but reeked of cigarettes. Bath tub was clogged so it drained very slowly, same with the sink. Power went out for over 4 hours and the hotel did nothing to accommodate the loss of paid amenities.

Door cards did not work after 4 trys.
Waiting for a refund.
We left without using the room.

Very clean rooms ask for a room in the tower ,$20. Difference . I stay in tower that's the six story building ,staff is very polite and willing to accommodate any needs asked, my room was very clean, very nice comfortable .I had my room on the 6 level have a nice view from my window there's no disturbance I was able to have peace of mind, much appreciated .

A woman whom I’m assuming maybe living there..? She was screaming and cussing her head off at 2:30 am while walking by everyone’s rooms. I didn’t get any sleep. The busy road is noisy and I could hear the other people in their rooms. Never going back. I should have stayed at Marriott.

As Motel 6 goes, pretty good. One inconsiderate guest, but the people were very sweet.

it was fine and clean. I had to leave a night early as I had an emergency. I didn't have time to explain this to the front desk so i left my key with her since she was busy with another person. close to where I had to go.

I advised management of the backup in both the shower and wash basin but it was not fixed.The location is easily accessible to convenient stores.

The room floors need to be mopped, not just swept, and the counters wiped down. Also, there was not hot water available; however, I could not afford to fit the bill for another hotel last-minute, then wait up to 14 days for a refund from Motel 6. I feel like I should get a comp to try Motel 6 again; and hopefully, have a much more comfortable stay.

The front desk called us in the morning to tell us there was no hot water. We appreciated the call, but not having hot water wasn’t the worst part about the place. The bed felt like it was sloped away from the wall.

Property and room was showing its wear, but the staff was friendly and efficient and the bed was comfortable. Traffic noise was a bit of an issue, but i was able to get good rest.

Motel 6 that we stayed was nothing fancy but very friendly staffs and she was very helpful if we needed anything. Thank you.

They were unable to produce a statement or receipt for my stay, claiming that it had to come from Expedia. They couldn't even tell me how much I had paid. The place is run down. No fridge in the room. No Kleenex. The light over the sink is so dim. The mattress is soft. The noise from the freeway is very loud.

Broken towel holder, holes in the bathroom door. Bath tub dirty, smell of smoke in the room, in a conclusion to you get what you pay for. I will not come back.

The hot water system was broken that day. However I would recommend this hotel. Becausepeople in this hotel is very kind and hospitality. Very good to customer.

A nice, clean Motel 6 worth staying at. Clean pool, a convienient walk from Walnut Creek Bart, plenty of restaraunts around. One of the nicest Motel 6's I have stayed in.

A bit outdated.
The matress could be replaced.
Water preasure in the shower was the best part, .......most hotels you get very little water preassure. I was able to get a good shower and rest.

I tried to cancel but greedy Expedia said no. Debbie the manager called after I didn’t check in and I explained I booked the room for visitors but they had a room already. Debbie explained she could refund me since I never checked in but then berated me to be more responsible next time! I told her to forget the refund and don’t talk to me disrespectfully hung up.

The property has suffered fire/smoke damage in at least three rooms on the second floor, and is in general in a state of disrepair. Rooms that are habitable are worn. TVs and AC units are worn.

The location of Motel 6 in Walnut Creek is great. The facility itself is a bit rundown and without amenities (there is a pool, which I did not try). The bed was not very comfortable, and the bathroom door opens out and blocks the sink and the light to the bathoom (it should be changed to open in). Wifi worked okay. Front desk staff were friendly.
