Finding staff was hit or miss. The breakfast cafe didn't have much to offer. The pool was closed. The rooms had no refrigerator or microwave, but the beds were nice.

Raccoons at front door popping out of trash can and no heat in room no sleep nor was able to take a shower because no working heat in room

The room was not functioning, light switches did not work. Outlets to plug in hairdryer or curling iron did not work. The hotel phone did not work. Bathroom door did not shut completely and the door was falling off and screws exposed.

The place was clean and neat. The front desk was mostly empty but when waiting for someone to talk with the wait wasnt long and the people were very friendly. The room was for the most part in good condition but the toilet handle was broken and had issues with flushing. The parking was very awkward. Small and the lines weren't clear when parking. Overall good experience with minor issues.

Staff is wonderful and saw to our needs. Hotel is currently under renovation. Room is heavily worn. This one needs updating. Price should be lower. Room was very small . Sofa bed was horrible for my daughter she couldn’t get comfortable.

The front desk Joseph is one of the best I ever met in so many business travel. He helped me change the to the quite room directly and fast. Highest level customer friendly and efficiency

A great place to stay! Easy access to the freeway and several food options nearby! The property is dated but currently undergoing a remodel but overall a great place.

First our iron did not work. Had to get a new one. Second the elevators were working well due to construction on the inside. I did not see ice machines. I had to ask couple times for clean towels and to get trash out my room. No housekeepers or no hot food on Monday morning. Front desk clerk said she was the only worker there. Everybody was out for holiday. Not good. Service could have been much better.

I liked being on the first floor due to having a roommate who was in a wheelchair.

The staff on 8/17 was not accommodating on my request on extending my stay for few hours on my check out day. I’m traveling from out of state that’s situation is very inconvenient on my part.

My stay was ok. There was nothing to look at on the TV. There was hair in the sink. There was no breakfast included with the stay and the breakfast that you can buy is extremely over priced. I went to Starbuck's and bought the same breakfast for at least $10 cheaper.

Coffee maker was dirty and never cleaned. One bar of soap for 3 people when we arrived. Pool area was dirty and had no towels. When they did clean the room on the 2nd day of our stay they finally gave us body wash and another bar of soap.

My stay was fair. There was no one at the front desk when needed. There was a leak in the bathroom presumably from the room above.

We spent $189 for a room that was clean. Went down for breakfast, which by the way is included almost everywhere, no breakfast unless we paid more money for it. is this going to bee the new norm with Marriot

There was no free coffee.. Unless you make it in your room, it costs $3.. and only between 6 and 9 am.. beer $5.. I am not used to paying for coffee and the chances of me waking up in a three hour window are slim.. Everything else was great and I will stay there again.. Next time I will prepare my coffee before I go to sleep.

Driving cross country and needed a reliable safe environment. Everything was great however the wifi was not working. Other than that, great stay

room was very nice, but.....toilet was loose at base, kids were taking over the exercise room, had to pay for breakfast, and kids running up and down the hall after 10:00pm

Beds were uncomfortable & I couldn't get fresh coffee. My stay was just ok but not like a typical stay at a Marriott Franchise.

Maybe I was unlucky but there were unsupervised kids roaming the hallways at night making noise. I couldn't sleep so checked out and moved to another hotel.

I was surprised at how nice the room was the staff was very nice the food that was offed was vast and there were REAL glasses in the room. I also loved the setup of the room. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
