It’s an economy motel and good for the price. If you only need a bed and shower it’s all good. Clean and economic.

The guy on the phone at reception is a rude lying scumbag. We had a booking for 1 hour and had to cancel for reasons outside our control and he would not even contemplate a partial refund. It's the worse form of profiteering from misfortune. Would not recommend this place to anyone ever! Disgraceful behaviour ...

The motor inn is in a great location.
I don't think the floors have ever been mopped, after we had a shower and walked on the floors our feet were black.
The bathrooms are very out dated, the pool was closed.as was the restaurant.
The rooms are very noisey and very bright with the bright outdoor lights being left on over night, and the air-conditioning units from the adjacent rooms are very loud. There's also thousands of bats in the trees close by to the property that are very noisey.

The rooms are basic and old style but comfortable enough. Good value for money. Walking distance to pubs etc. Parking outside your door. Pool looked good and clean. Staff not overly friendly on check in, which I think doesn’t create a great first impression. But over all I would recommend for a cheap one night stay.

Well Priced. Rooms outdated but cosy. Water pressure out of tap in basin and shower excellent.
Had issue with my tv reported to reception and when I got back to my room new tv in it.

50 rooms… most empty. We got shoved in a corridor between a filthy communal kitchen and a noisy ‘village’ filling three rooms the other side of us! They continually walked back and forth past our room to the kitchen loudly calling out to each other in another language till around 10pm when I had to go out and ask them to be quiet. I had called reception at 9pm but they didn’t do anything. Nowhere to sit outside. Very average for the price.

The property needed maintenance eg the light didn't work in our bathroom
There was no milk left and not enough tea / coffees

My room was cockroach infested, I have found five Cockroaches, one after the other they kept crawling up from the drains. The staff were nice enough to give me a bottle of insect spray.

Comfortable enough for a one off stay, unless you are a light sleeper. Shower pressure is excellent and bed is ok. Could do with some new towels.
The place is a bit old and dated as we expected, however the noise is what brings it right down; the fridge motor was intermittently quiet noisy and then, I believe it was the shower/ pipes noises from rooms next door sounding like someone was boiling the loudest kettle in the world, right beside your head at 6am. Not the worst, not the best.

It was very hard to get in and out of with very heavy traffic, I Was almost in an accident, it advertised having a restaurant but had clearly been shut for a long time.
room was filthy and very outdated. one of the worst I have stayed at and I travel for work in very remote areas that have cleaner rooms. The bed had crums or something in it so clearly were not changed or they were it must have been picked up from the floor while changing sheets, the room stunk and had an aircon duct leaking at the door, Very dissipated and will never stay there again -5 stars.

We were in singleton to visit and see. So we only needed a nice room. With shower. Good sizebed. Air con . And pool. And on ground kevel.
We got everything We needed and wanted..
Rooms a littled out dated ?. But we were very comfy. Safe and Quite . And enjoyed this place..
So highly recommend...

Windowsills and upgrade and parking ( I have to park will away from my car ) very much an inconvenience as I had to do several trips to the car

We were only passing through the town and we needed a place to stay.
That location was very good. The staff were most helpful in giving us some helpful ideas about our stay.
Although the complex was full for the night we never heard a sound. We would stay there again.

My room was old and very, very jaded .. laminate peeling off the vanity, scratched mirror, filthy window and glassware that hadn't been cleaned! Get the picture?

Bathroom was old, but serviceable. Parking was difficult. Booked a queen sized bed, but finished up with a double bed.

It was easy to find and had parking at the door with no stairs, which with 3 children and gear That’s definitely a plus!
However it’s the hardest bed I’ve ever slept in and gave me back troubles for days to come. I wouldn’t have been able to sleep a second night in that bed.
The room was neat and tidy and the hot shower was divine.

The parking was not available. The staff did nothing about someone else in our parking spot. We DID NOT stay in accommodation. The staff was very rude and not willing to do anything about it.

Wasn’t the best mister but for the price what do you expect I guess !! Although there was a big booger on the arm of the lounge and a few missing parts of tiles the room want too bad !!

Overall it is a suitable property to stay in overnight—great Staff and amenities. My suggestion would be best if there is something that can remove one kind of smell in the room. Other than that it is all good.
