Extremely happy with our 3 nights stay at Trident. Room is spacious and facilities are as expected from a top hotel. Hotel staffs are very courteous too. Dinning option at the hotel predominantly Indian and Rajasthani cuisines which I absolutely loved it.

Had a good stay would rate it satisfactory as expected

The property is very beautiful although the rooms a tad outdated and a Bit tired but large and clean So no complaints. I was emailed on online check in so did my check in that way which took quite a while as needed to upload documents but when we arrived we weren’t checked in so had to sit in the lobby for 15 mins getting checked in with all the same details which was annoying. I also got very sick (not because of the hotel at all) and so Was unable to leave my room for 2 days and therefore also couldn’t eat anything but was refused a refund for the prepaid breakfast because “missed breakfast” cannot be refunded which I felt was a little annoying so I’d not bother pre-buying breakfast in future. Otherwise a very nice hotel in a good location with very lovely staff.

Exemplary staff, fantastic location opposite the palace on the lake (Jal Mahal) and accessible to anything else you may want to see. Staff were marvellous as was breakfast. Teeny issue for me, who can’t tolerate spicy food, is that the non spicy selection at dinner was very limited but I’m not even going to mark down on that as everything else was superb.

This was my last hotel that I had been in during a five week trip around Southeast Asia and India. It was by far the best. Great food In restaurant, serviced rooms and superb swimming pool.
Attentative staff.
Agreed it was the most expensive hotel. But still well worth the money. Highly recommend.

We had a fantastic stay, and an enjoyable staycation.
We would like to see some more facilities to help the disabled or those with medical conditions be able to enjoy the pool.

This was my first stay at the Trident . I would say honestly the property was little striking on the outside but inside was simply elegant. Room size was a decent. But what made a huge difference was the warmth and excellent hospitable that i was subjected to. I was a single mom travelling with my 3 kids but not once i felt unsafe. The reception staff was soo helpful and the dinning room staff inder the care of Mr Naseem was just soo mindful of the tinist of details.. i met a few more like Rohit, Rishi and Sylvester who went above and beyond to make me and my boys welcome and taken care of during eating hours every day. The taxi service by the hotel was simply outstanding.. especially our chauffeur Mr Vikram Chundavat.. he was very knowledgeable and kept our security his priority. Would love to visit again soo Jaipur. You are a city world class apart

We had an excellent stay at The Trident. The staff was very welcoming and attentive. Special mention for Kshitij at the restaurant who we thought was quite exceptional at his job. Kshitij, Suryajeet & Muskan were all wonderful, patient & caring especially towards my 82 year old father.

It was a pleasure for us to stay at your Trident hotel and we enjoyed thoroughly. Hospitality was of the highest standard and we can not thank enough for everything staff have done for us. Special thanks to you GM Mr Punit and the staff involved in helping our son with coconut water, ORS and medications when he felt sick. Even kitchen staff served him special meals like soup etc as he was not well and did not have much appetite.
Why are you all so nice ? I have to commend the training team at Trident, how nicely they train the team to be nice and efficient side by side.
We will certainly come back to Trident @ Jaipur when we visit North West India next time.
It was an immense pleasure to be at Trident and we thank all of you again for making our stay so nice and comfortable.

Excellent stay. There was a night market for two of the nights we stayed which made it noisy until midnight, not the hotel's fault, but they still left us some ear plugs to accomodate without asking.
We had to leave early morning (around 6:00am) for our flight when we checked out, but they were great and packed us some breakfast in boxes for our trip!

Superb service, particularly by the team in the reataurant and housekeeping. Treated like Royalty. Shout out to chef Manish, host Yaseem, server Rohit, housekeeping Roopa, and the management team.
Clean and safe hotel

This hotel feels old and smells stale on the floors with guestrooms. On Saturday and Sunday night there is very loud music from the night market across the street from 5PM to 11.15PM which one cannot escape. The staff was inconsistent. The manager Kelvin and Trainee Somya very nice and professional. The hotel caters to buses but it did fortunately not affect service at breakfast, perhaps the quality of the food. The location of the hotel near Jal Mahal seems great but with the noise associated w it, it is not good. The rooms and bathrooms are small and we did not have a nightstand for one of the beds because there was simply no space.

What a stunning hotel! The service at this hotel is unmatched to anything I have ever experienced. From walking in the door, you are immediately treated like royalty until the moment you leave. Everyone is so helpful and kind. The hotel itself and rooms are beautiful and clean. A must stay if in Jaipur!

The Property: Trident Jaipur - One of the most beautiful & grand hotel in Jaipur
The Staff & Service - Top Notch,
The quality is top notch when it comes to hospitality and management, loved the warmth they treat their guests with. Start from welcoming the guest and until the guest check out. This hotel has best people with amazing service in every department and they all make sure that you have a great stay at the hotel, the servers in the restaurant are very efficient and attentive to each and every guest. Room service and the behaviour of the staff makes the guests feel very comfortable and welcoming.
Food - Excellent Buffet breakfast with vast variety of Indian and continental food. Chefs takes extra care of your liking and disliking or allergies if you have any.
Location: Right in front of Jal Mahal. Great location with ample parking space. Amer Fort/Palace, Jaigarh Fort & Nahargarh Fort are at 15-20 mins travel distance.
Room Amenities: You have everything and if you still feel you need anything just let the staff know and they will deal it promptly. During my stay I found the quilt was not large enough to cover three and on the very next they arranged extra quilt and a heater in the room.
Kids club area is very good with lots of indoor/outdoor activities for kids. We went for shopping keeping our kid in the club. They have pottery, dancing, musical chair game and many activities during day time.
Highly recommended !!
