This stay was perfect for us. Rooms are clean, staff was very friendly and efficient!Breakfast was good and staff was attentive to all areas making sure it was clean and full. We will stay there again. So many choices for dining and very close to the highway.

We were given a handicap accessible room that we did not request. It was not the best keep facility and the staff was not the nicest!
We will never stay at this particular hotel again.
The experience was awful! There were people smoking cigarettes and marijuana right outside the front door! We are severely allergic to smoke and it set our sinuses off!

This location was too close to interstate traffic and inside noise from other rooms was probably due to lack of sufficient insulation. Could hear a dog barking in someone's room We had come in extremely tired and really wanted to rest better than we were able to.
Room was clean but hall floors did not look like they had been vacuumed in quite a while - lots of stuff on them that would not have been there if they had been.

They would not let her check in even with a confirmation number. So we had to book another reservation at the location. Very disappointed

I stayed alone and felt safe. The bed was comfortable.

Air conditioning did not work was hot and the bed not that comfortable. Our room did not have a microwave or mini fridge. Water was very hot. Our room was towards the back, we can hear the highway traffic. We did not get to try the breakfast. The ice machine on our floor 3rd was broken. Other than that quite, I did like the small convenient store like in the lobby. They have refreshments for sale, snacks, pain relief pills and cleaning supplies spray small bottles but convenient.

Overall, we considered this property and stay average for hotels. Beds were not very comfortable and room appearance was “ok”. No vent fan in the bathroom, which we found surprising. We also found the “we lock this door” sign on the main entrance a bit concerning. Apparently after dark the hotel is not located in a very safe area, or it could be just the city overall.

Definitely needs an upgrade. Walls and general decor looked old. My room had a strong smell of air freshener or something that made me feel like they were covering something up. I arrived late and was so tired that I didn’t ask for a different room, but if I had my family with me I would have. It wasn’t terrible, but I’ve stayed at many Hampton Inns over the years, and this one was below average.

We had a great stay. This is my second time staying and it has been awesome. The hotel is clean even though they are renovating. This visit we used the pool and it was just what the kids needed. The pool is outside and it was skimmed and clean. The hotel was a great find for a small family going to Atlanta to enjoy the baseball game and Six Flags. Do they have room to improve of course but rooms and lobby are very well maintained. Great places to eat close by also, Outback, Mcdonalds, Applebees, and Wendys.

Property is very outdated and the complimentary breakfast is just microwaved bacon, eggs and potatoes along with some old pastries and fruit. Otherwise it’s ok for a quick stay. It’s convenient and quick access to the mall and other surrounding stores.

The front desk was unattended when we wanted to check in but someone came after 10-15 min.
A really good guy working at the breakfast.

Spent three days and didn’t have anyone check my room. Was told if I needed more towels to come to front desk. Had some insects on desk.

Hotel is in fair shape nothing fancy for the price. We asked for fresh towels since room service was something they only offered by request but we never received the towels. Overall not a bad place to stay.
