Great newly renovated hotel with a great location. Very clean. Helpful and friendly staff. We have nothing negative to report from our 6 night stay. Highly recommended if you appreciate cleanliness, great location but a bit quieter than Ocean Drive etc.

I would definitely stay here again. The room is beautiful, just like the pictures. It would have been nice if they had water in the room or at the front desk or perhaps a stocked minibar. I was incredibly thirsty and needed water. It wasn’t a big deal though since there is a Walgreens next door.

Positive: great location (close to the beach, restaurants and shopping) * clean (only once the cleaning lady forgot to clean the coffee cups) * nice pool with jaccuzzi * beach chairs and towels included * very attentive and lovely restaurant staff that went all the way to make my daughter happy, not forgetting her birthday and preparing little things for her * breakfast very tasty and beautifully arranged * Negative: poor to non-existing English level of the employees (one guy at the reception spoke quite good but he was an exception) * terribly inefficient breakfast system (we had to go and ask EVERY DAY for a voucher, as if they couldn‘t give us all of them on day 1; their explanation made no sense but it could have been the lack of English skills of the lady who was checking us in) * zero care for the environment (towels changed every day without giving me a chance of saying no, aircon switched on with an open window, despite me switching it off every day) * terrible check-in that took more than 30 mins because the lady tried to charge me for a cancelled booking, although I have prepaid the following one * hotel doesn‘t have its own restaurant so breakfast is served in a normal restaurant next door, where only 4 menu choices are given, 3 of which were sweet, therefore I ate the same every day for a week

Facility and staff were great. I’d love to see the addition of a bar at the pool. We would have spent way more time on property if there were cocktails available. Also, an ice machine would be a welcome addition.

This was our first time in Miami. We were a family of 8 celebrating our twin daughters’ 21st birthday and it was our Mardi Gras break. Con is parking. There is no hotel parking. We did end up parking in a parking lot close to our hotel, as on-street parking was full and limited. Being this was our first time, we rented a car, but next time we will not. Easier to Uber and there was plenty to do in walking distance. Everything else is pros. The hotel is fresh, updated and clean. We were immediately greeted by a very friendly front desk. They always welcomed us back as we went to and from the hotel and were very knowledgeable and helpful with suggestions or recommendations. This is a fantastic location. Our age group was 12 to 61. Great location to the beach, restaurants, Ocean Drive, Lincoln Ave (shopping). I felt safe which was important to me and I loved that this was a smaller hotel which seemed to give us extra care and attention (made us feel special). We booked a boat tour of Miami that picked us up and dropped us off in front of the hotel. The hotel provides beach/pool towels and chairs which was a nice feature. The roof top pool was clean and nice, but not especially impressive. Good area for small kids to swim and it does have a hot tub. It was ok, but we didn’t spend much time there. The hotel itself I would give a 10/10 and would recommend. We would definitely stay again. February was also a beautiful time of year to visit- perfect weather and not too crowded.

When we checked in the room, the AC was not functioning properly and notified the front desk. They said they were working on a solution, but never got back to us. The only way it worked was to turn system off and then back on for it to run properly. Also, there were no soap/shampoo supplies in the shower. We reported and they said they would correct and never did. Needless to say will not stay here again.

Super comfortable, clean hotel room. Beautiful bathroom and staff was excellent. Bruno gave us a good recommendation for dinner and shopping. The restaurant was beyond delicious with a great staff. Enjoyed meeting the new owners and wish them all the best. Will return very convenient for the night before a cruise!

This hotel was perfect for our family of 4. It is spotless and the lobby is so inviting. The staff are wonderful and got our room ready early, which we really appreciated. The location is perfect - close to the beach and Lincoln Ave and Espanola dining. Highly recommend!

Perfect location, wonderful staff, very clean property and superb pool terrace ! We got a ten percent discount at their restaurant (next door) which was amazing if you are into healthy eating. Weather was not great but we had a great time in our brief stay at the Nassau.

Amazing small Hotel ! Can't wait to be back. The place is at walking distance to all the most iconic places in south beach (the beach, Ocean drive, Lincoln road, Española way). Great amenities (roof terrace is someting else !), big rooms, amazing staff (Jorge was exceptional) .

Spent two days in Southbeach before the holidays with family and friends. The Nassau Suite was the perfect choice for us ! Rooms are spacey, very well equipped and beautifully designed. Location is fantastic. We walked for breakfast to Ocean Dr or Española Way ! Thank you Kimberly for the recommendations !

Spend one night at the Nassau Suite without knowing that it was brand new. It was a great surprise. If you like vintage modern, you will simply fall in love with this property. Unfortunately their restaurant is opening after new year's eve but the manager (Daniel) gave me a private tour of the facility. Can't wait to be back !

Hotel is conveniently located a block from the beach a few blocks from all the restaurants and clubs staff was accommodating in the room was clean could use a few updates. My overall stay was comfortable and I would look again

Room not very clean. Toilet wouldn’t flush at times. Bed sheets were very stained up & had holes in them. Staff were nice though but I wouldn’t recommend.

Friendly day staff. Great location lots to do and beach was close. Parking on site unlike some others in area (there was a fee but a parking fee is normal for the area). The breakfast and coffee were nice and saves on a meal. The room was spacious and clean. Loved that Walgreens was next door super convenient!

Nothing like the pictures on expedia these guys gave false advertisment. Rooms are not as big & a little on the dirty side. Its not a 4 star hotel.

Do not stay here. This hotel presented well online, however the room really doesn't look like the pictures. It is very old and not clean. The elvator did not work. We had to carry heavy luggage up and down the stairs, which was exhausting. The floors were with black grime in the grout. Everything was very dusty as well. We requested towels and were told that we could not have additional towels. The man at the front desk was very rude and would not give us towels upon request. I would suggest another hotel!

The staff were very rude. The elevators were broken. Dirty glassware on staircase. And it reeked of mold on the carpeted floors.
