A short one night stay after an exhausting day. Beds we’re comfortable, pillows were great. Noise level was minimal. Only things missing we’re drinking cups for taking meds. Front desk was happy to supply them however.

The hotel was in okay condition, but when I got to the room I was extremely disappointed. The room smelled like they sprayed air freshener in the room. When we came back from dinner I thought I smelled cigarettes, but I couldn’t be for sure. Well when we woke up the room reeked of cigarette smoke. And it was worse in the bathroom. I strongly suspect this is an ongoing issue at this hotel. I believe the air freshener was covering up smoke from a previous guest, and then someone around me was smoking. It is disgusting.
The room was pretty run down. The bed was messily made and very uncomfortable.
This hotel caused me a lot of stress. We had to leave. All our clothes smelled so I was washing laundry at the new hotel. I felt like I smelled like cigarettes all day until I could get into the new hotel and shower all of us.

Our second year in a row staying at this hotel while in town for the arnold classic. Wouldnt stay anywhere else now. Its convenient, the price is right and the service there is outstanding. Very nice and helpful staff.

The staff is amazing, my room personally was super clean as if I was the only person who's stayed in it. The staff makes you feel welcomed from day one and like family. Glad that I chose this extended stay and it's literally 5mins from work couldn't have picked a better place to stay.

I found bed bugs and they did absolutely nothing about it

There should be a sign where the ramp is so no one parks there. It was raining and we had to make several trips because we couldn’t get the cart down the ramp. Several of the clean towels had hairs on them and the tub needed scrubbed but all in all it was a good stay. Very friendly staff and helpful.

I had booked 2 rooms. One under my name and one under my daughter's names. When we arrived my daughter stated she did not have her ID. Shonate was extremely helpful by advising me how to change the reservation with hotels.com. She is very personable and explained the hotels policy in a very easy way to understand them. Upon checkout she was still there and congratulated my granddaughters on winning their competition for cheerleading. I would definitely consider this location again if I need to return to the Columbus Ohio area.

They were having trouble with their hot water, but failed to tell us on check-in, and the water was only lukewarm in our room, which they couldn’t fix at that time. I’ve stayed here before with no issues.

Each staff member was spectacular. I wasn't expecting that. The room was nice. The water temperature/pressure in the shower was wonderful. The bed was comfortable and the AC/heat (used them both in the fall!) worked really well. I'd suggest a talk with the internet provider to get more stable service. Reliable, high-speed internet access shouldn't be an issue in November 2023.

Our room was very nice with a comfy bed. We did hear a lot of overhead noise from upstairs. Check in and out was easy and the front desk staff was pleasant.

The night attendant did her best to help but I booked a queen online, it was not available when I arrived she had to call support. Sadly it took me longer and I lost sleep time

When I walked into lobby it smelled of weed. This continued on and off through the stay.
I hated having to ask for Everything
Hair dryer( really?) dishes.

The staff was excellent. Property was outdated. Something black was stuck to shower wall, I was able to wipe it off with rag. No hair dryer in bathroom. Reasonable accommodations for the price.

The room was spacious and had everything we needed. The "breakfast" was an overstatement and shouldn't be listed as offering breakfast: if you consider muffins in plastic, granola bars, oatmeal and coffee, breakfast, I feel sorry that your breakfast expectations and experiences are so low.

Front desk person wasn't the most personable or welcoming. Checking in felt as though we were interrupting her. She had her shoes off and was very short in her tone. I understand everyone is busy, but it didn't make us feel welcomed at all. When she rattled off the amenities, it was so fast we didn't understand a word she said. Next thing we knew, she shoved a paper under the glass that told us about the amenities. Thankfully, it was only one night and close to where we needed to be. Overall, the hotel was dated but clean.

Property and room clean enough, with slight lingering skunk odor. Front desk clerk surly and confrontational. Refused to accept federal ID. Asked "who pissed in my coffee this morning" when I never touch rmthe stuff.

Great hotel, friendly staff. Beds are firm hubby loved it, i did not lol. Quiet, hardly heard anything through the walls. Tv could have been bigger, wish more hotels would get the shower nozzle that comes off the wall for all rooms. Breakfast was a grab and go, no juice or milk for the kids.

Has all the necessary amenities. The hotel looks like it has been recently update on spots. The staff is wonderful. Don’t expect much for breakfast.
