The toilet had no water, the room very dirty, parking lot garbage all over.

Booked on our drive to Orlando and was exhausted. Showed up at check in and the service counter guy was so rude when he asked for our credit card and I said we booked online. Then sent us to the first room and the bed where not made and sheets were on the floor. Second room one bed was made and the other one had no sheets and no towels. Third room had hair all on the floor. Potato chips on the floor and one of the beds had brown stains on them that looked like smeared poop. Went back to the front for a refund and was denied. We never even got our luggage out of the car. Had to book another hotel. Was not impressed with the customer service on this site as well. Called and was told it was up to the hotel to refund or not. So I basically paid for a hotel room that we couldn’t use. We have booked so many hotels on this site, but will go directly to hotel for better customer service in the future.

Shower curtain did not fit causing the water come to the bathroom floor. Missing safety lock on door entrance. Sheets and pillows were dirty.

Room was not clean, it had old sheets on the bed and I had to wait til the next day for clean ones. Also have roaches! I personally stood outside the room if check out and watched a homeless woman clean the room and just took the old sheets that I changed from the day before and left what I put on the bed and didn’t change them!

Booked two rooms, two nights. Motel has seen better days, but the rooms were clean and the beds fairly comfortable. We booked this motel because it was budget-friendly.But was a bit more low budget than expected. Bring your own toiletries. Towels were very threadbare. Check-in was a bit awkward due to very thick plexiglass - could not hear the staff member very well. Overall, if you are aware you are booking low budget motel then there should not be any disappointment.

This was a comfortable last minute reservation due to vehicle troubles & after having dealt with that all day it was nice to check in to a hotel that was clean, comfortable & easy to get in

They will take your money your company charges guests stays to collect extra money and it's not fair I will never refer anyone to use this company and the workers stills out of your room anything thats value keep it on you dont leave it meth heads is the housekeepers

When I got there the door was already opened to my room. The lock wasn’t working..Water was super HOT ! The light was out and I was told there was not anymore bulbs. Also the sheets had stains on them and I didn’t receive new ones like I asked for. When I asked for another room I was told that I would be charged extra and that makes no sense because it wasn’t my fault. Worst hotel ever !!!

In a non smoking room there were cigarette burns in the sheets. Hidden under a little pillow, didnt notice til morning the black smudges and holes.

There was a condom hanging on my lamp with stains all on my bed. There’s no lock on the door no towels and everything is nasty. I have pictures to prove it but can’t post them.

All the electrical outlets sparked, walls looked like they were patch and painted in that one spot. The bathroom towels looked like one was used by a mechanic and then washed and put out there to use.

When I first arrived at the OYO I had to wait an extremely long time to get into the room that I had booked online. I booked ahead of time so they should've known I was coming. By the time I finally got into the room I noticed that there wasn't any toilet paper or soap. The room was very hot and the a/c was very dirty with dust and black mold. I wouldn't recommend bringing your kids here. Also seen a cockroach floating in the pool. Was very displeased about my stay

Horrible experience, If you’re looking at the pictures it’s definitely nothing like that when you actually stay. The shower didn’t work. The room was disgusting and they charge for children to stay. 50.00 deposit that we still haven’t gotten back. The person that checked us in was super rude. 0/10 definitely wouldn’t stay even if it was free.

Although the outward appearance is not so great at the moment ( there are major renovations going on ) if finances are an issue , this hotel offers the same service as most others at twice or more the price. I have stayed here on several occasions

This hotel is HORRIBLE. I do not recommend anyone stay here. The owners are RUDE and they will cheat you out if your money. They charged me for an extra night and would not refund my money! There were also bed bugs and they would not change my room. I slept with my own blanket which now has to be washed. Do not stay here!

Everything was great. I had lots of fun in Texarkana. Saw friends and family and ate lots of good food at local restaurants. The Motel was fabulos and close to activities.

If you don’t care about anything other than paying as little as possible, this hotel is for you. The toilet ran continuously, the towels were stained. The most positive thing I could say about it is that the bed was quite comfortable.

Where to begin I booked for two weeks for work when I got there they had no hot water it took a week to get hot water. Then they charged me 90 dollars for some reason then to top it off the last three nights I was there the satellite TV went out so I couldn't relax and watch tv

Clerk was nonverbal, nonfriendly, did not smile ever during several interactions. Upon inspection of room - found dirty towels with two different colored paint type stains & filthy discolored washcloths/towels; pubic hair on toilet seat, filth around toilet rim, dirty shower floor (did not use), counter & light switch dirty. Huge old DAYS INN sign propped against building near pool - unsightly. Staff provided clean towels & we're friendly. Take pride to sanitize room.
