I rented a non smoking room and was told not to smoke or I would be charged. The room was smoky. I reported it to the front desk. It was the last room on the 1st floor and the elevator was broken. The public restroom was labeled out of service, as well. I went and got room deodorizer and sprayed the room and brought the minimum of things inside. Long story short, the bed sheets were dirty, the toilet was plugged, there was only a 1/2 roll of toilet paper provided, sink knobs were broken. I went and asked for clean bedding and was provided one sheet that I wrapped up in when I went to sleep. The next morning there was NO HOT WATER for a shower. I packed up, as is and went to ask for a refund. The manager was not available. I called the number for the manager and he did not answer, I left a message and he did not call back. I called again this morning, he wont be in until after 11 a.m. I have initiated a credit card dispute. The location is close to the airport is the only good thing I can say. I cannot blame them for the people in Room 136 that decided that they needed to have a fight when most people at a hotel are trying to sleep. Regardless, it was a lousy night of sleep and I couldn't even clean up in a hot shower.

Looked nothing like the pictures online, sheets were worn & looked dirty. Bathroom May or May not have been cleaned. Breakfast was a joke in terms of options.

first: front desk rep was right on point ~ even with a guest yelling at him second: didnt see any bugs however, skunk-weed smell in the entire building, nighttime was drowned with cigerette smoke ~ even though was supposed to be in a non-smoking room, floors stained, box spring stained, remote to tv didnt work but we could reach up over our head to work the buttons on the tv, could hear people walking/falling from the floor above, shower didnt get very hot..... glad we were only there for one nite to sleep

Bare bones hotel. No coffee or extras provided. Only 2 towels provided for 3 people. The first room smelled musty and like perfume. The man at the front desk offered to cancel our booking but said we needed to call hotels.com. The only number provided on hotels.com was the hotel itself so we took a different room. We needed a fridge with a freezer but there was only a tiny refrigerator with no freezer. If i had known these things I would not have booked. At least they gave us a diferent room. Also the amount of water pressure for a shower was non existant. Took forever just to get wet.

customer service was beyond horrible , the rooms weren’t clean , it was blood on the bed cover , the shower was disgustingly dirty and they had roaches !!!! when asked about a refund because who was saying in a roach infested hotel , the clerk became very rude and disrespectful as if it was our fault that the hotel was disgusting and had roaches . literally will never book w this company again based off this horrible experience .

Poor communication. I booked this stay for my son. He has dylsexia and apparently swapped the 4-11pm check-in window with 11a-4p. He checked in at 2pm without issues. However, his deposit was $75, and after his stay, they refunded $50. I called to ask why the other $15 wasn't refunded, and they noted it was an early check-in fee. The fee was not communicated to him at check-in (otherwise, they would have just gone to eat/relax before check-in). The surprise fee was NOT appreciated. OK otherwise.

0/10. Would not recommend. Not only were the towels and the bed sheets dirty. They also charge my card an additional fee after checkout about a deposit that was never explained to me. The customer service was poor quality. Enter at your own risk, you’ve been warned.

So so so dirty. Only one tiny trashcan in the room. Bed had hair in it. Fridge was rusting and frozen over. Bathroom nasty. Seems like they need a new cleaning crew. Breakfast was just a couple of poorly presented items. Worst of all is that, like others have mentioned, this hotel seems to have people housed there through some program. We heard a lot of yelling about people being kicked out without their stuff; a huge guy came in and hollered at the front desk about people who weren't allowed to stay anymore. I don't mind having a housing program, but the yelling and the roughness was almost scary at times. Maybe some security guards would have helped?

The hotel was smelling with the whole time. It was very disgusting. I said I having dizziness and I didn’t like it and we don’t like the hotel. We want our refund back.

I had to change rooms more than once. The first room #134 had a broken door. The second room #122 the toilet keeps running and I had to unplug the refrigerator because it kept clicking through the night. The second rooms mattress needs to be replaced also. It had a bubble in it on the left side. It is not my responsibility to be maintenance and housekeeping for this establishment. It’s a nice place close to the airport and very close to downtown Richmond. The staff and guests just need to report repairs needed in a timely manner.

The room was nice. Very clean and halls were quiet. Breakfast was offered every morning but with limites selection. Overall satisfaction stay

This place is terribly dirty. I was just looking for a non fancy, clean place to stay. The property was not older so furnishings were worn. I can live with that. What I couldn’t live with was how filthy the place was. I had a couch in my room that I did not put anything on, let alone sit on it. The bolt on the door was broken. The entire hotel smelled like weed. The manager did try to find me a cleaner room but nothing I saw was clean. I stayed one night as I got in late and was very tired but had to cancel the rest of my reservation.

I stayed at the hotel for only one night and honestly wish I didn’t have too. I got a non-smoking room and the room smelled horrible. My children were having a hard time sleeping. The TV would not work and had no sound. When I brought my concerns up to the from desk, they acted as if it was normal. Would never stay again.

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL! If you do, be armed to protect yourself on the walk from your vehicle to your room...I would suggest not utilizing the elevator as it is faulty (door opens/closes randomly and returns to floor). Room was filthy, noisy and unkept. If you partake, you can purchase your drug(s) of choice without leaving the hotel. Room states smoke free...but don't worry, they won't be able to tell based on the multitude of smells already preoccupied. On the plus side, you will become VERY familiar with the flight schedule at Richmond International.

This hotel experience was a nightmare. The place smells like cigarettes , is unclean , and has had no maintenance performed. Whoever is running it should be ashamed. I do not leave reviews like this often but please be aware of pest infestation; there is a high chance of bedbugs in your room. Ours was infested with roaches. I left feeling unclean and unsettled; often pests like these do not make themselves known until after dark. The blankets were scratchy and thin ; not even comforters. Worst of all they were completely covered in stains and cigarette holes. Like ; these blankets were literally garbage and should have been thrown away. How expensive is it to replace comforters ?? The beds were stiff and the pillows barely there. The bathroom had roaches and the sink was stained. No one was ever at the service desk when I was and I had places to be so I could not contact. There was yelling and fighting in the hallways all night and the door would not even properly open. I am not being hyperbolic when I say this was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had ; and I travel often for work. Sorry to be so negative but it was truly a nightmare.

To start, the room they gave us had a broken air conditioning system and the cover for the fan in the bathroom was laying on a shelf. They moved us to another room and even though the air conditioning worked, the TV remote didn't turn the TV on or change the channels, there was a bug in the bathroom, and the dead bolt on the door didn't even lock, and there were kids running and screaming down the hallway at 3am.

Roach crawled out from under fridge. Housekeepers suck. Hair all over bathroom floor n they need new towels asap!

This is simply the worst hotel I have ever stayed. It's right above a roach motel and that is being nice. The hotel is ran down, people hanging out at midnight when we arrived, the lobby is nasty, the bed is old and worn out, the pillows are flat as a pancake, the bathroom is out dated. Oh, and don't let me forget to mention, the smell of weed seeping through the walls and vents at 2 am. Not impressed and sure in the hell not worth the $.

Not so good the halls smelled really bad the rooms had stains on the furniture bathrooms weren’t really clean and ac wasn’t working properly my tv remote did not have batteries I tried to call the front deck it was no answer people were loud police as in the halls breakfast wasn’t much to offer

This facility was absolutely gross. There were blood stains on the sheets and other various stains on the carpet. The entire building smelled of cigarettes. The parking lot was not well lit and made my family feel unsafe. The conditions were so poor that we left to find a safer and more sanitary facility.

I couldn’t use the towels or wash clothes looked like they were washed in oil..The tub look like that haven’t cleaned it in years..The sheets and on the bed were dirty when I flipped the blanket back..

Terrible place. Room was dirty , bathroom had rust and the sink had hairs. A lot of sketchy people coming in and out. Hallway smelled like cigarettes. Didn’t felt safe and left immediately .

Smokey building. Nice reception person. Just OK breakfast. Too many people in lobby. Couldn't take breakfast to the room.

The location is fine, the people who work there are fine. But it was not clean at all. And the people hanging out in the hotel made us dead bolt out room and take our bags with us when we left. If we needed it for more than just a place to stay for the night while our friend was in the area and it was too far of a drive to get back to our home in one day, we would have absolutely left.
