Overall was ok. However, the bed was way too soft and so are the pillows.

We were put in a room right across from elevator. All we could hear all night was the ding every 2 min from that along with a lot of noisy people coming in and out of it. Walls are paper thin. Couldn’t sleep all night due to crying kids in hallway at 2 AM and next door. Never stayed in a hotel that had walls this thin before and I travel a lot and always try to stay at Homewood suites. This was an awful experience

The hotel is really old and the rooms are dirty and worn. We had two rooms for a large gathering and noone wanted to sit on the couches they were so dirty looking. The bathroom was not clean. It's in a terrible location. I thought I was booking in another location but did it wrong, I wouldn't make that mistake again. The pool was not open and my kids were so disappointed. They said we could walk through the parking lot to another hotel and use that one, which was small and terrible and we decided to skip that. The front desk staff was very nice though.

I really liked how spacious my room was. It was like a little mini apartment. I also liked how it was stocked with cups, silverware, a pot and a pan.

This property needs upgrades, however clean, comfortable and large rooms. Staff was very professional and courteous.

The entire building inside and outside smelled of nicotine and marjijauna- the pool Was freezing- shower leaked- carpets were dirty- surfaces, walls, baseboards etc havn’t been cleaned in s while if at all- after the day shift person leaves at 5 no one is at the desk or answers the phone

It was very good clean and customer service was very polite and nice the pool could of been a little bit warm other than that it was perfect

When we arrived they had to switch our bed from a king to a queen due to an issue and that would be my only complaint. They gave us cookies to compensate lol. The room was goregous, breakfast was great and the pool and gym were really nice. Definitely coming back hopefully we get the right bed

It was ok, there was some garbage on the floor behind the door. A few wholes in the couch cushion, the cabinet doors are starting to fall off. I’m sure there is more

No complaints. Great hotel. Clean. We travel often and it was one of the best complimentary breakfasts we’ve ever had. Would come back in a heartbeat when in the area.

Thought the room was nice until bed time. When I pulled the covers down there were pepper and sugar packets and tea bag packet all over the bottom sheet. Then found pubic hair in the tub. When I spoke to head of house keeping and 2 people at the front fesk they all apologized but did nothing to compensate. I would not tecommend this to anyone.

Easy access to where I was going, parking, clean facility.

Suite was cleanish. Some hairs along the tub. Tub needs updating. Sheets were ok. Wrinkles but looked clean. Cabinets and kitchen area was nice organized and clean. Biggest disappointment was the pool area. Pool was freezing. Couldn’t enjoy it

The staff was great, the breakfast surprisingly very good! The only thing that would have made it better would be more comfortable mattresses for the beds and pull out. They were very springy

Rooms were very nice. Hotel was quite and the breakfast each morning was not bad. Very good place to stay if your in the area.

We were a group of four and found the hotel to be great because it had a living room that we could hang out in during the evenings. The hotel could use some updates and some new furniture, but you really cannot beat the location and floorplan. The space is worth it and the staff (I believe her name was Cassie) was excellent. Very helpful at check in.

The room was perfect with 2 rooms and kitchen. The bedroom was nice and quietn.Everything worked well . Breakfast was great. The eating area was amazing in the dining area. The lobby was not impressive. The staff was wonderful, both night and day. We will be back.

Hotel is badly situated and hard to access after 8 pm cause they close road for construction. We booked a room with fridge and a complete kitchen to be able to cook food during our stay. We got a nice suprise after we bought our groceries and placed it in a fridge that wasnt working at all after realizing one day later that we lost all of our groceries. The hotel personal was informed of it and didnt really care when we told them .. an other point the shower faucet was defective and kept leaking., the noise got me going crazy at night. I do not recommend staying at this hotel.

This hotel is very basic, so don’t go in expecting much.. the suite we had was big enough and had everything we needed, however it wasn’t comfortable. We had 4 pillows which we thought would be fine but when laying down for bed we realized they became as thin as paper when you lay on them. We called the desk to ask for some more pillows and they said sure but you have to come get them. Any hotel I have been to previously would have brought them to us. We were in pajamas and in bed so we slept as is for the night and let me say between the pillows and the sound of the traffic from the proximity of the highway it was one of the worst sleeps of my life. We woke up and the duvet had fallen out of the duvet cover (which is so gross, they probably never clean the duvet insert). We realized you can’t actually secure the duvet inside the cover which is insane (why do hotels do that) and so unsanitary! Really grossed out by that. Breakfast was manageable but the food was cheap and hash browns were so stale I couldn’t eat them. Waffles were good and bacon decent! We ran out of toilet paper on 3rd night and the same as the pillows my husband had to go to the desk at 9pm to get more because they wouldn’t bring it up- ridiculous customer service. If avoidable, I would highly recommend looking to stay elsewhere. We travelled here to visit Salem and there are so many other towns nearby with character that are walkable (look towards Marblehead). We will stay in Marblehead or swampscot next.
