Stay here when in the area. Always a good experience.

The elevator got stuck, and when we finally got into our room the fridge didn't work. Ended up having to fill a trashcan with ice in order to keep things cool.

Unfortunately, we won’t be staying here again. We travel to this area 2x a year and usually try most hotels in the surrounding area. This property didn’t match the photos online. Everything seemed very outdated and our room wasn’t the cleanest. There was stains everywhere, holes in walls, etc. The staff was friendly. However, everything else was a huge disappointment. 1 star rating.

The hot tub was amazing, but we had to ask twice for clean towels even after putting the dirty ones in the hallway. The breakfast bar was good, but no microwave to warm up muffins that were there. Room was comfry and warm. Access to dinning within walking distance.

Room smelled like vomit. Cockroaches in room. Tv converter did not work. Just disgusting. I would like a refund.

Bed was very stiff. The breakfast has the usual waffles, sausage, eggs! I was going to eat some eggs they were watery. There sanitation grade is a 80, so I just ate cereal and some water.

Very nice and clean room. In the middle of town so everything is walking distance and lots of options to eat and shop.

When I book a Hotel, one of the first thing I look, at is past reviews. Everyone looked pretty satisfied with this place,so we booked. Thankfully, only 1 night. The lobby seemed to have been updated, as well as the hallway carpeting. The room was dingy, in serious need of paint and a good cleaning. The sink stopper was stuck, so it wouldn't drain. They managed to pull it up about a 16th of an inch, so it drained...slowly. The base of the toilet was disgusting, needed some fresh calking. There was one grab bar OUTSIDE the shower and the tub was extremely slippery. So much so, that I went across the street to buy a tub mat. The faucet in the tub almost pulled out of the wall when we turned the shower on. Two very thin towels. The couch had stains all over it, 1 nightstand, plenty of phone jacks, but no phones and NO USB ports!
The bed might have been the only saving grace...comfortable enough.
I skipped their complementary breakfast because of there sanitation rating. Looked pretty awful anyway.
I would not recommend this Comfort Inn to anyone.

Hotel was nice and clean. Parking was a bit tight, a lot of pickup trucks from guys working in the area so we had to park on the other side of the building-should have been the other way around. Room was comfy but was a bit outdated. removing of the wall paper and a fresh coat of paint would make this place better. Bathroom sink faucet didn't work -- dripped , but tell Mgr during check out. Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly during chking in and out.

I was on the front side of the hotel and the road traffic was loud, but the hotel itself was clean, quiet, and easy to check in/out of

Wouldn’t want to stay here for multiple nights! The bed was nice and comfortable but the fitted sheets were cheap and wouldn’t stay on. And the AC, like seriously, loudest I’ve ever had to deal with. Woke me up multiple times in the night and then kept me a wake for several hours in the the early morning.
The staff were super nice and accommodating. Just wish I would’ve gotten some good sleep since this was our pit stop for the night on the way home from TN.

Very good overall, and conveniently located near lots of commercial locations. My only gripe was the Wi-Fi was very spotty. Had to use my hotspot most of the time just to complete my work.

The first thing that greeted me at the doorway was a ratty torn carpet. Next, the bathroom which the water in the sink wouldn't stop running, 1/2 used conditioner, broken handle in the tub, no exhaust to vent steam from shower. Also, after 2 nights without room service, I requested it while my son and I spent the day at the zoo. Never happened. Meaning we had to use dirty linen to shower with.

The seal around the door to my room would cause the door to stick and not easy to open. I had to ask the desk clerk
2 - 3 times to open my door after I had left the room.
The counter in the bathroom had some gritty residue on it.
Wash clothes were not available in the room.

The internet did not work and I had to go outside to get reception. This hotel is old and outdated
