I will say this is one of the best stays ever! Extremely easy check in with such a friendly staff! The room was absolutely spotless and clean and comfy! We will be booking stays at this chain more often and definitely in Alpharetta GA.

I loved our room. It was very clean with fireplace and separate bathrooms fully personal fully equipped kitchen appliances and breakfast 😋 was delicious for the staff they were very friendly and helpful

My room smelled distinctly of tobacco smoke. At 2a.m. Had to call the front desk to ask room above to stop banging around. Took 20 minutes to check in. Key to get into building would not get me into the building side entrance (closest to my room), so I had to go to the middle entrance to gain access to my building (and my room). Rooms very roomy and great price point but check the aforementioned and determine if this is for you.

The room was nice. Not well equipped with small kitchen. Elevator broken for the 5 days I was there. No one offered to bring bags up so I had to go up stairs on my own with heavy bag. Staff was very friendly!!!

Room 120 was beautiful. Unfortunately it had been smoked in at some point and smelled of stale cigarettes.

The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was really good. Other than that the 2 bedroom suite we had absolutely wreaked of cigarettes (it was a non-smoking room) and the a/c worked on one side only. We also chose to use the stairs the remainder of our trip after being stuck in the elevator for what was five minutes but felt like hours. It was pretty scary. The outside of thw property was nice, and it felt like a safe area, and close to the amphitheatre...but a one night stay was too much for me.

We had never stayed at a Sonesta before this trip, so we weren't sure what to expect. This hotel is just OK and for the budget traveler. The front desk service was fine. They only clean the room every seven days, so we asked for extra towels on our second night because we were only given three for our room for a three night stay. They had no extra towels or wash cloths, so we were given pool towels. The condition of the hotel common areas is not great. Lots of worn looking carpet and beat up walls. The hallways do smell like food and sometimes pot. People had dogs in their rooms that barked occasionally but left large piles of poop in the mulch of the flower beds outside the building door that was never cleaned. The pot smell and poop are not the hotel's fault, but just be aware. The room was OK. It was clean, but just worn looking. I booked through hotels.com where there was no mention of a parking fee. When we got to the hotel there was no mention of a parking fee from the front desk, but we were given a paper with breakfast times that also mentioned there's a $6/day parking fee and you need a parking pass. We asked the front desk about the fee that night and were told that sometimes they charge it and sometimes they don't. Still not sure if we were charged the fee or not because we booked through hotels.com where no fee is showing. Overall, it was ok for the price, but we won't be staying at a Sonesta again.
