Floors were not swept. Every time the AC kicked on it was very loud and woke everyone up. Room with pullout bed, wasn’t really a pullout bed. Would not stay again.

Didn’t receive the room we booked which was a more expensive room but the guy was so nice who checked us in & we told him this was a last minute booking since the other hotel refused a service dog he apologized so much about not getting us what we booked but we didn’t care cuz he made it worth while

Unfortunately there was an issue with the hot water in my room. Morning 1, ice cold shower. That afternoon it was warm. Morning 2 ice cold shower. It was a problem with the plumbing valve. They gave me a key to the suite across the hall and I had to pack and move all my stuff. The staff were nice, but I requested a break on my bill and nothing was done. There are two things which are critical when staying away from home, a comfortable bed and a hot shower. Two out of seven nights they failed on 50% of what I needed.

The room was nice and clean. The breakfast was a disappointment because there wasn't much of a selection. Our family stayed in 2 rooms and both rooms had TV problems. The nighttime staff couldn't fix the TV issues.

Very accommodating to an early check in. Very accommodating of a reservation change because of a storm coming in. Everything was clean, staff was nice.

The hotel is tired and worn. Bedding didn't stay on the bed while we slept. Uncomfortable and lumpy bed. Would not return.

Maid never came in 4 days. NEVER. NOT ONCE. LOYAL MARRIOTT CUSTOMER. Never have had a bad experience. Rooms always clean. Awesome customer service. Never a billing issue.. This Towne place Suites wasn't originally a Marriott property and it showed but you shouldn't be able to tell.

The only negative was the pull out futon. Very uncomfortable. My adult daughter shared a room with us and couldn't sleep all night. The futon was hard as a rock and only 1 sheet , 1 pillow and a scratchy blanket provided. We checked in late so didn't bother to get better linens from front desk. We would have tried had we known it would so negatively affect her sleep. Everything else was very good.

Had a 2 bedroom suite with kitchen.
Furniture outdated, 1 bathroom with 2 doors, a very tight fit. My mother was claustrophobic.
Daily breakfast had warmed up individual quiche and breakfast sandwiches. Not bad.

The area is very quiet at night rooms well maintained. Breakfast in the morning is a nice option

The room had a slight odor when we first arrived but overall the room was clean and nice. When i had to use the toilet at 3:00 am, it did not flush and almost overflowed. I went downstairs at 6:00 am to report the issue, i was told that it could not be repaired until at least 8 or 9 am. I asked if there was a plunger but none was found so i drove to Walmart to purchase one. It did not resolve the issue. My fiancée and i had to use the toilet near the front desk. Unacceptable! Perhaps the odor we observed was that the toilet that was thought to be repaired was not. It was noted that there were metal scratch marks at the bottom of the bowl.

The hotel was nice, clean, and comfortable. The staff was friendly, and helpful. The breakfast was just ok, but good enough.

The toilet flooded the second we got there and then overflowed onto the breakfast nook. They couldn’t offer us a room or sanitization for we had to leave and find somewhere else

Easy parking, good location, and staff are nice.

For the most it was nice. I wished though they had more trash cans instead of just one in the kitchen and soap by kitchen sink to was hands. All in all though, it was nice and all went well.
