By mistake I left behind two jackets in the room wardrobe and checked out. I called up the reception today and to my surprise they mentioned that the housekeeping did not find any jackets in the room. I requested them to check the wardrobe once as there is a possibility that the staff didnt open the wardrobe during service I was told that another guest has occupied the room and that they cant do much now. The reluctance to help is absolutely uncalled for.

Exhibiting at the S.F. Bay Area Flower & Garden Show, and needing a quiet place to spend the week, I chose the Residence Inn. The suite was comfortable, modern, and exceptionally clean. The full kitchen was a great convenience, and the complementary breakfast quite good. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I will stay there again.

My stay was good, but there was an issue with my room assignment. There was a mix up with my room and it was frustrating to carry all my luggage up stairs, go to the lobby, and go back to my (wrong) room to try to get inside. Very inconvenient.

This place is nice they have some construction going on but it’s OK. The room is really nice we did enjoy the kitchen. The bathroom was very strange because there was no door only one door to enter the restroom but no door to close when going to the restroom. And it was a sliding door with no lock, which is OK but not OK when you need privacy in the restroom. The water pressure was very low in the sink. The bed was comfortable, but there was some stains on the bed which was unfortunate. The staff was really nice checking in. Answered questions. It was a little confusing. Trying to find our room because there are no numbers on the building even though they give you a map it did take us about 15 minutes to find our room. They did provide a map, but we still couldn’t find it. Haha breakfast was great! and our coffee in our room was actually one of the best I’ve had for hotel room coffee! overall the area is really nice and we would probably stay here again.

10/10 customer service; check in/out was a smooth transaction. Buffet breakfast, great amenities such as the fitness center &. Basketball court. The room was clean and comfortable. Free parking onsite which is really convenient as most places charge for parking. Did not have time to use the pool, but it was well maintained and clean. Mall & outlet to shop was across the street, along with dining options that were all within a 4 minute drive. Will definitely be here again for any future trips that is near this hotel.

It was a okay stay. The outside doors kept slamming. The inside doors needs work on the hinges because it kept making annoying noises. Breakfast was probably the best.

Great location and safe area to park your car. The units are clean and comfortable. The space is well organized and roomy. Not excellent but definitely well worth the money. Even though it is close to the freeway the noise level was Ok. The person on the front desk was very friendly and helpful. All around a very nice place if you are looking for a decent room to stay for a short time.

We had a fantastic stay! Our room was very clean and well appointed, we had everything we needed. The bed was VERY comfortable, dresser drawers were spacious, the soap, shampoo and conditioner were very nice. The breakfast was REALLY good, it was cold while we were there and I especially enjoyed the oatmeal bar, while my husband’s favorites were the quiche and breakfast burritos. The coffee was always hot, fresh and delicious. Staff were very friendly and helpful, from check in, needing a wine opener and check out, everyone was so nice. We will definitely be back!

My stay was great. The staff was friendly and attentive. My room was excellent. Modern furniture and decor, many USB ports, comfortable bed. The room was so clean, it looked like it had never been occupied.

It was a nice stay, I stayed for a month. I asked to move to a quiter room after the first night and it was done within the same day. The hotel is nice, clean, the rooms have everything an apartment can need, the breakfast is good with enough variety, the gym has also good equipments, parking is easy - I would definitely go back to this residdenc inn

Only complaint is the room key maker machine was down when i checked in and i had to be escorted to my room. I signed up for mobile key but apparently that only works if you purchase room through marriott and not third party.

Booked King suite. Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast bar was good with many options. Definitely worth it to book this hotel. Area is pretty safe and accessible to many shops and restaurants.

The staff we great nice places overall only thing I didn’t like is my roff starts licking and we had to live rooms and all or stuff the the next room was a little dirty and the bathroom door wouldn’t close. Other then that is was nice

I loved my stay here. The rooms are spacious and have been nicely remodeled. Huge vanity and nice kitchen space. The bed was nothing special, but I slept well. The reason I chose this hotel was for the complimentary breakfast and it did not disappoint! Lots of hot and cold options and you can make your own waffles! I would come back just for the brekkie. My only complaint was that the back of the building is literally right next to the freeway and it sounded like constant thunder with trucks rolling by. I got used to it so it wasn't a problem, but light sleepers will want to request a room at the front of the building. I recommend!

Bed sheet was not changed upon arrival. Found multiple hairs on the wrinkle sheet... Unacceptable! Room was being changed after talk to the staff which I was told all rooms were fully booked prior when I request the room on first floor... Won't stay here again the next time. Dishonest personnel and house keeping service!
