The hotel is located on US 1 which is a divided highway in that area. It was difficult to access the hotel when driving south from New Hampshire. The only option for nearby dining was a sandwich shop adjacent to the hotel. It was difficult to get back on US 1 when we left. There was no hot water in the sink. We used hot water from the shower.

Room faced the street and I could hear all the road noise. Trouble sleeping as a result. I checked all windows, couldn’t get it quieter.

Bed sheets were clean but the chair in room was filthy and stained, beds were old and sagging in the middle

One of the worst Broken Hvac, no mattress pad. Smelly

at first I was fine. upon entering the room it seemed just like other experiences until you actually spent some time in there. The water backed up in both the sink and the bath tub.. the hairdryer was broken.. and the worst of all was that air conditioning. It sounded as if there was a jet taking off every time it turned on. it disturbed everyone in there sleeping and I was unable to feel rested. I definitely will be going else where when in that area.

Room was clean but there was no front desk staff or breakfast as included in the rate.

Basic looking hotel. Very clean and the beds were so comfy. My friend was ill on this day and wanted to take a bath. The bath was very shallow, and ideal. However, it was better then nothing. Bonus free parking on site and right off the HWY. There was a free breakfast, with eggs, bacon, bagels, waffels, cereal and fruit. They had juice (Apple and Organe) with Coffee and Tea.

Key cards never worked.

When i went to the desk nobody was there so i waited 10 minutes and someone finally came. When i was given a room number the room smelled like Marijuana, the tv remote had no batteries, and the room looked horrible. I should have not come to this hotel.

There wasnt as many amenities in the room. I enjoyed that they have free coffee 24/7.

We checked in on Friday afternoon and they never told us that the TV and the Internet was out. We found out about four hours later that the entire system was down no TV or Internet until Monday so we spent Friday and Saturday in the hotel looking at the walls when we were in our room

No tv for the whole length of stay without discount. construction woke up kids before AM as they were drilling on other side of bedroom wall.

Stuff and service were good, transportation not convenient, a bit noise due to the high way traffic.

1) We came down to breakfast @ 8:45 am; food had run out. Serving area and counters were filthy as were the tables and chairs to eat. No one was there to manage. Next day we came down earlier and it was the same. Eggs were microwaved and as soon as they were appeared, they were GONE. Sausage was served on a paper towel vs a serving dish with a tongs. Really unappetizing! 2) Room was ok. Bed not real comfortable - just ok.

Hotel could be updated but was nice. We couldn’t tell what elevators going up/down. Nice breakfast

We arrived on a Thursday evening and found no shampoo in our room and the toilet running. The first morning during breakfast there were no eggs just sauce links. We returned Friday night and found our room was not cleaned and had to ask for more towels and shampoo mini bottles with the toilet still running. The final morning we had no juice, no yogurt, no hard-boiled eggs for breakfast. We had to go out for breakfast each morning as there was not enough with the other guest staying and we paid for this hotel that included breakfast. We were also overcharged based on the receipt and credit card charge.

It was ok, breakfast could have been better, kinda skimpy for a big hotel chain.beds were fine and cleaning service could’ve been better

I booked this property based on proximity to Logan Airport and the availability of a hotel shuttle per Expedia. When I checked in I was told there was NO airport shuttle service. Needs to be corrected on Expedia. I found the floors very "sticky" in particular the elevator. Overall cleanliness of the hotel was not what I would have expected.

Staff very pleasant and accommodating.

When we arrived the front desk staff chose to talk amongst themselves and pretty much only asked our last name to check us in. When we arrived to our room it was not very clean at all especially in the bathroom where it matters. The beds were so hard I woke up with sore shoulders. Also the air conditioner did not work to cool the room down just the fan. We chose not to say anything as we were literally only there for 15 hours to get close to the airport the next morning.

I will definitely be coming back. Location is very safe and quick 15-20 min drive to Boston. The rooms were clean and staff was nice. Definitely stay here if you want an affordable nice hotel. There was also hot breakfast!

It’s a nice place to stay for a short period of time. Unfortunately it’s a little bit far from the transportation and by extension from the city centre. However the breakfast is nice 😃.

Pros: Good price, friendly staff, good breakfast, room was clean, Con: I was given an adjoining room which I wasn’t a fan of and I can hear the people next door, and my key card stopped working mutiple times ,

My only complaint would be that the room was reserved for two people and only one large towel was available. And when asked in front desk. They that tomorrow morning they’ll have more. The breakfast could have offered fruit. But arrived a half hour before breakfast was done.

Room key did not work at first, had to go back downstairs to have reprogrammed. Not ideal when checking in at midnight. Bathroom was very small and condensed and had to go to different floors for ice. Not a bad place for a money saver hotel, however they are charging premium rates for a sub-premium hotel

Stay was so so, one of our gift bags went missing and we have had no follow up.

We’ve had a nice time in Boston and stayed in this hotel. Good , nothing spectacular, but staff is very polite and breakfast is good
