Terrible service, terrible room conditions, not updated at all, too expensive for what you get. Service was sub-par.

This was the most dirty hotel I have stayed in. The carpet in the hallways, stairwell and the room had not been vacuumed in quite awhile, there was dirt and other debris everywhere. Once in the room it smelled as if it were freshly smoked in, the toilet had urine in it from the last guest, and the TV remote had dead batteries. I generally don't make complaints, coming from a customer service background myself I know we all try to do our best but this hotel seemed to put forth very minimal effort for the price of the stay.

Close to the college and easy access to gas and food and Highway

The property was a convenient location. I was disappointed in the cleanliness of the halls. The room was clean. Property needs a little upkeep.

Well maintained, clean room, but no regular coffee in the room or at the breakfast buffet, which was almost non existant (toast & almost empty cold cereal Or fruit & cream instant ostmeal) Refrigerator for milk and juice holding at 41 degrees.

There was not enough breakfast as they ran out of bread before 8:30am

This property has the potential to be so much better. The building and common areas are all nice and it's in a good location. The room was clean and nicely decorated. However, the grounds and maintenance really need attention. There is trash strewn all over the parking and landscape areas, the light in the bathroom is far too dim, the tub barely drains, and the AC rattles so loud you cannot hear the TV and took over four hours to cool down the room.

The hotel was quiet, even next to a truck stop, and staff friendly. Bed was worn out and not the best. No alarm clock, nor iron in room. Breakfast was limited to cereal toast, coffee and water. Just very stripped down. I dont ask for much, but even this was below standards to me.

The smell was terrible! My dog didn't even want to go in the room. The bed had dog hair all over the bottom sheet and people hair on both beds. There wasn't a pillow case on one of the pillows and dog hair all over it. The floor wasn't vacuumed. Good thing we packed a blanket, because I pulled back the bedding and used the blanket to roll up in with all our clothes on! I told my boyfriend it would have been safer sleeping in the truck! Glad we didn't get bed bugs!

Linen was stained and dirty, other peoples hair on pillows and linen. Everything was Very dirty. Tv was not on a stand just leaning against wall. Very dangerous if you have small ones.

Check-in was very easy. The person checking us in was very nice and professional. Room was clean but had a weird smell upon entering. Wasn't bad enough to complain about. Freezer in the little fridge needed cleaning as it was full of ice build-up. Bed and pillows were comfy. All in all, it was a nice place and very quiet.

If you just need somewhere to sleep, this is good. Its not a vacation hotel. I didnt have any issues. The only thing that caught my attention was it smelt like animal urine ouside the entrance doors. Would I stay again? Certianly.

You get what you pay for. Room needs paint. No bugs and the shower was good enough.

Hallways and room smelled like cigarettes

The staff was very friendly. The hotel had some very unpleasant odors on each floor as we went up the stairs to our room. When we entered our room we were overwhelmed by the smell of pinesol which at least made it feel like they had cleaned the room. When we woke up the next morning found a few ants in bed with us. Overall for the price the hotel did fine. I just will not likely be staying again.

The room was dirty. Spider webs and nests. Road noise. Room on the third floor with no elevator.

DISCUSTING!!!!!! THIS IS ONE OF THE MOST FILTHY HOTELS THAT I HAVE STAYED IN. I THINK THEY DON'T CLEAN THE ROOMS, THEY JUST MAKE THE BEDS. THE FIRST THING I NOTICED WAS THERE WAS ONLY ONE COMPLIMENTARY SHAMPOO BOTTLE AND IT WAS EMPTY. THERE WERE HAIRS ON THE BATHROOM COUNTER TOP. THE TOILET WAS THE MOST DISCUSTING FILTHY THING. IT LOOKED LIKE IT HAD NOT BEEN CLEANED FOR YEARS. THERE WAS URINE ALL OVER IT. THERE WERE DOZENS OF LITTLE SPIDERS IN THE CEILING WHERE IT MEETS THE WALLS. THERE WERE SMASHED INSECT MARKS ACROSS THE CEILING WHERE PEOPLE HAD BEEN KILLING THEM. THERE WERE OTHER INSECTS IN THE ROOM TOO. I SHOULD HAVE READ THE REVIEWS OF THIS HOTEL BEFORE I BOOKED IT. I DID READ THE REVIEWS AFTER I WAS IN THE ROOM AND PEOPLE HAVE COMPLAINED ABOUT THE SAME THINGS FOR A LONG TIME. ISN'T THERE SOMEONE WHO INSPECTS HOTELS AND MOTELS LIKE THEY DO WITH RESTAURANTS? HOW CAN PLACES LIKE YHIS BE ALLOWED TO STAY IN BUSINESS IN AMERICA? SUPER 8 IS A LARGE CHAIN OWNED BY WYNDHAM SO I WOULD NOT EXPECT SUCH A DIRTY PLACE. I WILL NEVER STAY AT A SUPER 8 OR ANY HOTEL OWNED BY OR AFFILIATED WITH WYNDHAM AGAIN.

Don't waste your money here, no breakfast....because of covid...though every other hotel is doing breakfast...seems like an excuse to offer less service for the same money. Run down. No food close by. Couldn't even give me change for their laundry machines, as had none.

The staff were super friendly and sweet, but the facility itself is old and in need of deep cleaning and repair. Our smoke detector had been ripped out of the ceiling, there were several baby spiders in our room, and the sheets on the bed were so threadbare you could see your hand through them.

No breakfast although advertised as providing breakfast. Bathroom and toilet were dirty.

The bed was stiffer then a board both myself and my girlfriend have sore bodies now. The curtain fell off when we closed it so we had to use tape to keep it on. There was no breakfast of any sort even though the website says there is. If i had known that i would have gone elsewhere.

You get what you paid for

My room was not as clean as it should have been. Dust on the coffee maker, lamps and in room fridge and microwave. Dirt on the desk chair as if someone had dustily shoes and stood on the chair and the bathroom smelled like a porta potty.

Flea bag hotel,bed very hard, nit enough pillow, room was not cleaned while we were out, had to ask for extra towels,,will not. Go there againthere as gain

We stayed here for one night. The desk staff were great. In my room I had a pillow with hair all over it- definitely had not been cleaned since the last stay. The tub was super moldy under the mat that is supposed to be attached to the tub so you don’t slip, so my husband cleaned it and some off of the walls. This is the only place in the last year that I have stayed that did not offer a breakfast (when advertised) due to Covid. Every other place has offered something, even if it is less than their usual, including other Wyndham hotels that we stayed at on this trip. I work in healthcare and we’ve gone back to serving food, so not sure why a hotel can not.
