The room was just so-so. The Beds are soft if you have a bad back like me then one night her else about al you can take. I need a firm bed. the first room we were in had no heat but they moved us to a new room right away.

We had to go to stay for a family member having surgery. It was close to the hospital. Had clean, comfortable beds, free parking, free breakfast and friendly staff. Just want we needed for this trip.

Very clean room and comfortable bed! Loved that it was only a few minutes drive from an Irish Pub with fabulous fish and chips!

The check-in service was pretty great. Speedy. The room was clean for the most part. However, the tub was not cleaned properly. It had some kind of green cream in it. The breakfast service was a different story. They ran out of plates. The food and juice were not kept full. Most containers were consistently empty. I found a hair in my egg omlet that did not belong to me. The breakfast employee seemed rude and smiled little.

My kids had fun in the pool but it was very noisy in my room, could hear kids screaming for hours, could hear the people above us as well. Definitely not enough seating in the eating space. Check in lady looked like she hated her job.

Staff was nice but we stayed 5 nights and our room was not cleaned once. We had to remove our own trash and used towels. We also had to ask for our toiletries as we ran out.

The condition of the bathroom was not well maintained or repaired. However, the shower water pressure was great!

Our stay was made much better by the great staff. No matter what time of the day or night the staff was always kind and willing to help. The area around the hotel was peaceful and clean. We never heard our fellow travelers through the walls. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast bar was well stocked and always more variety than I expected. Our next visit to Kentucky will include a stay at the Fairfield in Jeffersonville.

Friendly, accommodating staff and comfy room that was quiet! Only issue was they ran out of some items at breakfast but understandable as they were fully booked for our Music Fest. Definitely will stay again next time!

Stood at the front desk for 25 minutes waiting on staff to return, called the listed phone number several times, no answer, staff finally arrived and was rude stating she was on her break, my husband had watched her sitting in a vehicle in front of the hotel smoking and visiting with a friend who was there in the lobby when she returned and again when we were in the lobby another gentlemen asked about towels for the pool, told they were out, he asked how long before some would be available as she is sitting visiting with her friend… it would be a long time, not any this evening for hotel guests.

Terrible customer service at the front desk. I was yelled at by the general manager and called names by her. No matter her frustration, she should have NEVER treated me this way, in front of other desk and my children. Absolute the worst service I’ve ever experienced.

went to check in, rooms weren’t cleaned had to wait, weren’t actually cleaned. Food left in fridge from previous people. Cc machine was down so couldn’t pay seperate. Rooms were gross, cockroaches in the one. Every morning we went down to get coffee to bring back to our rooms there was none made and it was in the hours of breakfast. Will never be staying here again

The property is a bit dated as indicated by the decor and stained carpet in the hallways as well as other features. The breakfast was very minimal. We arrived an hour before it was to close and there was very little food left. The front desk was ok, but when calling for items needed that should have been in the room, we were told they could not bring them to the room, we had to go get them. Got in the hottub--water was not real hot--jets ran for about 10 minutes and it died. It would not restart.

Staff was friendly and helpful. It was clean enough. Elevator was not working a couple times during our stay. The hotel itself needs a little improvement. It seems like an older building that needs some TLC. But for the price, it’s fine.

The staff that performed the check in was bothered just to check us in. She did not greet anybody and talked to us with attitude saying we were not in the system even after I showed her my reservation. She asked me for my name again when she had my ID and credit card in her hand. Never friendly or even welcome. She should not be in the hospitality business.

Our sink plugged up had to have it fixed. Burnt out light bulb in bedside lamp. Bathroom old and not clean. Carpets not clean.

The toilet seat had melted plastic marks and just sat on the toilet rim. We were charged full price after 1st day. They told us our triple A applied to entire stay. NO it didn’t
Also, when we arrived for check in there was computer issues, so apparently our Triple A was never applied. The discount to 1st day was given fir booking my stay.
Very unhappy with the way charges were done it was just Thank you would you like your receipt? Disappointed i realized after we were in tiad to back home we did not het out triple A discount for overall visit

The lady at the front desk she was awesome! So friendly any issues I had she resolved them with a quickness! Only complaint I really had was that we were there for 3 days and they didn’t clean room which was not a problem but did have to go ask for clean towels.
