Hotel itself was in a good location. Room was spacious and clean. However when I checked in I was told that I’d have no issues with late checkout and was given a checkout time an hour later as a courtesy. The next morning, I was told that I wouldn’t be able to get late checkout in the end despite planning my day around this. I also got locked out of my room at 11:30 after being told my new checkout time was noon. Also, I paid for the breakfast which left a lot to be desired. I cannot imagine there are so many tourists visiting now that they couldn’t have shifted things around for me.

Comfortable stay. Staff were very good, though I thought that the breakfast was a little minimalist (compared to other Israeli hotels). The room was okay, again, perhaps a little smaller than expected.

I have stayed at the Savoy for many visits over the years, both for business and pleasure. Always great value and location. The staff is always helpful.

Safe place and clean. Good breakfast. Good location.

I stayed in 4 hotels while in Israel, The Savoy was my favourite for 3 reasons.
The location is unbeatable, the beach is a stones throw away.
The team were fantastic, very friendly and accommodating, especially Raphael (apologies if misspelled).
The breakfast was epic. I’m of Turkish origin so am used to a big, varied breakfast. The Israeli breakfast by The Savoy did not disappoint. Loved the tahini and challah.
I can’t wait to return to Tel Aviv and hope to stay here again.

Nice to be so close to the beach.

Great location, great service. We will definitely be back.

Nice and close to the beach. Air conditioner turns off automatically at night so you go to bed cool, and wake up hot and sweaty. They could not fix it! Room is nice, but small. Breakfast was nice, but extra charge. Staff were very nice and helpful. When i booked it, i didn't realize there was no parking on site. But there is a lot across the street.

PROS: The staff was wonderful: friendly, helpful & efficient. We were able to check in early, which was much appreciated after our long flight. The breakfast was made to order, as well as a small buffet, & tasty. We had an excursion one day and they prepared breakfast boxes to go for us that were quite impressive. They also provided us a beach bag, water & sunscreen. Top notch service!
CONS:The room was small, but serviceable. The balcony was so tiny as to be unusable (and it faced a parking garage, so there was no desire to).

Accurate description on Orbitz. Nice place a half block off the beach. Breakfast is included. Not the best breakfast I've ever had but a bigger range than I might have expected. Staff in lobby are nice and helpful. Reasonably priced parking across the street in a separate lot. Would definitely stay here again. Room pretty small but was fine for my teenage son and me

My wife and I stayed 10 nights at The Savoy. First the positive points. The front desk team was absolutely amazing. Special thanks to Natali. Very conveniently located 1 minute walking from the beach and 15 minutes walk from King George street.
Now the negative. Please note that this is not an inexpensive hotel. The corridors to the rooms on the two floors we stayed (2nd and 6th) had dirty carpets, dishes and glasses left outside for days. We stayed in the first room 204 for 4 nights. The door of the room had to be forced opened and slammed in order to close. The room was dirty and rundown. The closet had a foul smell and the shower was leaking water everywhere. shower handles and towel racks were all loose. The bath and hand towels are old and rough. My wife had to argue with the hotel and the maintenance managers to move us to another room which they refused. Very disappointing interaction with those two. They offered to fix the shower glass which didn’t work. On the fourth night we came back from dinner and the AC started to leak water from the ceiling. Only then they finally moved us to a “better” and cleaner room on the 6 floor. If management treat their patrons with respect, keep up the general areas clean and update/ maintain the rooms The Savoy has potential to be a great hotel.
My wife and I would not stay there again.

Right on the beach! Walkable to Jaffa and other cool places. Amazing staff and tasty breakfast.

The service was good ,but the room was to small and bathroom was old ,and very very small.

Right next to the beach!!! Breakfast was delicious and made to order. A ton of different Coffee options.
The room is nice. The balconies are very small but you can stand out there to see the Ocean.
The bathroom was tiny. The stand up tub shower was very thin and a glass pane only covered half the tub so water goes all over the bathroom floor.
If you can get past the bathroom the rest of the room is great and the AC was awesome given the heatwave we had in July.
Also very close to the Carmel Shuk (market) for tourists shopping. Remember to NEGOTIATE!!!!!

The rooms are smaller than they appear in the photographs, which was slightly disappointing. Mine was a superior room but it was actually quite basic. That said the bed was VERY comfortable and there were plenty of good quality pillows. The staff were fabulously helpful. The roof terrace was pleasant enough but it could have been a bit More comfortable. Location is fantastic. Nice breakfast. Didn’t really understand it but I guess it was traditional Israeli. Coffee available all day and tea and coffee facilities in room. Perfect. English people need to take their own tea bags of course.

This was our second visit ( previous one 5 years ago) and the overall quality was good. Staff were all helpful and the hotel was clean. It was great to have the terrace and drinks available every afternoon. Our only slight negative was that the rooms haven’t really been updated since we visited - small items like chipped doors etc. overall though we were happy with our choice

Great location and very comfortable and practical rooms. Good breakfasts and the complimentary evening wine was a nice touch. Helpful staff.

The room was not great and even after mentioning every night nothing was done - the shower water just leaked over the entire bathroom

Our favorite hotel in Israel! The staff were always friendly , helpful and efficient. Maintenance was available within minutes. Great breakfast in relaxing surroundings. Beautiful views from the roof terrace. All day drinks and snacks. Perfect location for the beach 1 minute walk and close to all the best things Tel Aviv has to offer. Everything perfect about the hotel and it’s staff

The savoy was a great experience! Nice lobby and breakfast area! Had afternoon happy hours a few times!
We were on tours, so we had a box breakfast a couple of mornings , then breakfast there! The breakfast was wow, fabulous and service!
The people at front desks were so helpful and kind!!!
Alittle noise by beach and parties going on! I highly recommend! Will go back💕

Fantastic location. Beach within 2 min walk plus Carmel market less than 10 min walk. The rooms are small and tired.
Staff were friendly and very helpful

Great location …Close to beach, the old city market, and the Jaffa.

Front desk staff were really nice and helpful. However, the facilities and the rooms were terrible for the following reasons: 1) bathroom - bathtub glass screen would not prevent water from entering the floor. After a shower, there would be a pool of water on the floor; 2) the air conditioner does not work well; 3) the TV did not function on initial check in; 4) the room itself is quite small. However, I did mention these things to the front desk and they responded very kindly.

We were very disappointed in this hotel. The room was not clean and we had to ask twice to have it cleaned - the floor was gritty and dirty. The breakfast, for which we paid extra, was very limited in the selection and nothing like other boutique hotels that we have stayed in in Tel Aviv.
We will never stay there again.

I had a great stay at the Savoy. The staff were really friendly and ready to give advice, and the breakfast is amazing! The hotel is only one minute from the beach and about 10 minutes from Carmel Market. I also appreciated that there were drinks available in the lounge throughout the day, and people were often hanging out there, which created a nice ambience.

Great location. Helpful staff,
Rooms a bit small.
Found an insect crawling on the bathroom floor.. shower door needs adjustments as it doesn’t close properly & water 💦 leaks out onto floor.

I didn’t like that we had to pay $65 a night to park in a nearby lot and breakfast was continental and an additional 80 shekels but the hotel was beautiful, clean and comfortable otherwise.

Great location and cozy small room!
