We checked in on Tuesday and stayed the night for a four night stay, Wednesday we were gone on a tour all day and upon returning our room keys did not work, the front desk said that we were checked out, but had no idea why and couldn't seem to be able to find our prepaid reservations. Their computer wouldn't let them book us, so the clerk finally just skipped the whole thing and gave us our new key cards for the room and placed the room in an occupied status. Mind you, all of our stuff was still in the room.

The staff was super friendly and accommodating. They made check in easy for our large group. Bad weather forced us to alter our travel plans the day of. We called ahead and they got us into our rooms a little bit early- despite having been fully booked the night before. Great experience here.

I was in town for the Great American Guitar Show. Hampton Inn was very conveniently located. My room was quiet and comfortable. It had everything I needed. The staff was kind and accommodating.

The roof had collapsed the night ahead of our check in, collapsing right in our room. I wasnt informed ahead of my check in and had to move to another hotel. Terrible experience - worst I have ever had in fact.

I wish that they had been able to find the Kindle that I left in the room...probably wrapped up in sheets and in the laundry by the time I called.
Was entirely my fault -> but them finding it would have saved me $200 to replace.

This hotel is getting some construction, but I did not hear an noise from that. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly. The area is nice. Very close to Valley Forge National Historical Park.

Staff is very friendly and over all a pretty clean hotel. Hotel is pretty close to the expo center and isn't overpriced. Only downside is that the parking is kinda limited and you'll usually be forced to park by the Bob and Evan's parking lot.

The room was very clean, the bed super-comfortable, and the bathroom had all the amenities we needed. However, the best part of this Hampton Inn was Paulette, who was a one-woman show handlling the breakfast as well as our checkout with such a warm friendliness that it made our trip. She needs to be recognized. We have been using Airbnb in the past, but this Hampton Inn experience is making us reconsider using Hampton Inn in the future. Thank you!

We stayed at the Phoenixville location for one night. We were welcomed immediately upon arriving and they even had snacks after our long journey . Our room was ready--up to date and very clean. The bedding was wonderful and it was very quiet so easy for sleeping. Check out was just as friendly. A great experience and excellent staff.

This was my best check in experience at a hotel anywhere I have been! The man working the front desk Saturday around 5pm was wonderful. I go away to a different hotel every weekend for the past 5 years and high end casino rooms as well as a get-away and this hotel exceeded my expectations. I will be back to stay here again in the future.

The room was clean and the hotel is in a good location. However, heat/air conditioner was extremely noisy and sounded like a jet engine when it came on in the middle of the night. The breakfast was not up to the standards of other Hampton Inns that I've stayed at. In the afternoon and evenings, the coffee and hot water dispensers were very cold. The staff said they'd make it fresh and refill them, but never did.
