We rented the two bedroom suite for a girls getaway and it was perfection. The beds were so comfortable, complete with blackout curtains for optimal sleeping. A great size table and small kitchen were perfect for our dinners and also board games and puzzles. I’ve never seen a closet quite like this one, very spacious and both equipped with organizers. The primary bedroom had a great desk, making this a perfect stay for a business trip. Will definitely be staying here again.

Our hotel room was on the first floor, near the gym/pool, elevators, and the common area where breakfast was served. It was semi busy during our stay so it was a little loud (Fri and Sat night) but still okay. My partner is allergic to dust mites and she was a little uncomfortable here, so keep that in mind. But our room was clean with fresh towels, no stains on the sheets, clean kitchen. Bed was medium firmness, both of us liked it. Parking was always available. Toilet did clog once, the water pressure seemed kind of weak, but we were able to remedy that easily. Overall it was a decent stay.

Staff was friendly. Room was clea . We were hoping to hang out in the pool, which was the purpose for selecting this hotel. The pool was extremely dirty. No pump was running and they actually let people swim in it. We were disappointed

Room was very nice, excellent service, friendly helpful staff. The only negative was when we entered the room it had a strong cigarette smoke smell. I did talk with the reception staff who contacted housekeeping staff. When we returned from supper the main area smelled better but the bathroom had a strong smoke odor yet. I was concerned because it suppose to be smoke free rooms and I didn’t want any charges due to odor and that you thought we were smoking as we do not smoke.

Wehad never stayed at a Town Place Suites
we were pleasantly surprised at the room style. Loved the separate sleeping quarters
The hotel was very clean and staff was accommodating. Breakfast was nothing fancy but adequate. Our only issue was the indoor pool was not heated.
We would stay again.

The hotel was in very good shape. The decor looked fairly new and was nicely done. The front desk people were very helpful and friendly. The shuttle service to the airport picked me up promptly at 4:15 AM as they said and the driver was very nice.

The rooms are cleaned once a week and towels changed alternate days. Water flow is poor. Cant see me using this hotel again

The property is conveniently located off the highway. The 2 bedroom suite was great! Comfortable and had everything we needed. Breakfast was sausage Pattie’s, sliced potatoes and fried eggs plus carbs. Only complaint was the shower had hair on the wall and 2 of the bath towels we dirty (one had a black smear on it and the other had a curly, what seemed to be, public hair). Tossed those aside and everything was fine. Will stay again.

My suite was very clean, comfortable and well-designed! I appreciated that they offered a healthy breakfast. The only negative was a very tiny breakfast room.

We were very pleased with our stay here. We used Manchester as our home base while we explored the surrounding area on our fall vacation. Would stay here again (if for 5 days or longer as a $100 pet fee regardless of length of stay is ridiculous for one or two nights)

The service was friendly but we needed to call for towels and room cleaning no cleaning was done for three days and the bathroom door would not close trash was stored in the stair case giving of a terrible odor throughout the hotel the breakfast staff were fantastic food was hot and very appetizing and the breakfast area was kept spotless

Pros: 2-bedroom suite had a nice layout and felt roomy. Closets were a bonus with upgraded pull-out bins and mirrors inside. A door separating the toilet/shower from the sink area made the bathroom more useful for multiple family members.
Cons: This is an older hotel (typical to the area) and shows its age. Doors (both accessing the room and interior bedrooms) were difficult to close and very loud when opening and closing as a result. Shower water pressure was lacking.

My stay was pleasant enough. The room itself although clean and fresh had some renovation issues. Doors were super hard to close and mattress seemed to be on a slope. Otherwise for an overnight, it’s acceptable. Longer maybe different.

Although the staff was very friendly we had to wait to check in as no one was at the desk for a bit. The room was clean but the bed was very uncomfortable.

The TownePlace Suites is in close proximity to the attractions throughout Manchester. There are many attractions and opportunities to choose from. Some noise with light construction occurring during the day on this visit. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was pleasant. The morning breakfast was delicious and had a good selection.

There was a lot in the area, but really nothing at the property, and even what was there was very limited. The staff was extremely friendly. We stayed in a two bedroom, but the layout did not allow for us to even use pull out couch as an alternate sleeping space as advertised.

The common areas are dirty and unkept. The stairwell on the left side of building has carpeting that is shredding, the pool looks dirty, fitness room has half the lights out, drywall cut out of lobby bathroom ceiling not fixed, the elevator door looks like it had been painted several times, there was prostitute going in the building, the outside Ashley area were over filled. Over all the staff was nice , my room was clean but cleanliness and up keep of the building is very much less than desired and I will not be staying here again.

Hotel interior is worn and tired, would benefit from fresh coat of paint and patching. The staff was fantastic, and customer service was clearly a priority. Location worked well for our needs. Plenty of parking in lot in front of hotel. Quiet at night.

My daughter and I came for a quick getaway, the room was nice and clean. Upon arrival we felt welcomed and the check in was a breeze. I love the fact they offer breakfast and the variety of food was awesome. This is not my first stay and I know it will not be my last.

There was one thing that I would say was hard to get to work...in the bedrooms, the Closet doors only opened one side so that you had to reach into the other side to get clothes hangers. The other side was locked or was broken!
We were in Room 231, end of the Hall, last door on the Right. Other than that we had a good time.
Front Desk staff were very nice as was everyone that worked there.
