The property wasn’t bad but there was a huge problem with the service I received once I got there I was paying with my chime card which I have always used including a time i stayed last month but the clerk stated the hotel wasn’t taking chime or cashapp and hadn’t done so in five years which I know to be false because i just used it but anyway due to this I had to cancel my reservation as instructed and rebook the room for $45 more dollars than the original price when I asked about having the incident fee waived due to this they stated they couldn’t do it even though it was not my fault I talked to two different women and they both refused to take my number to have the manager call me and they also stated there wasn’t a corporate number I could call overall the experience was okay but it should not have cost be $85 more dollars when nothing I did was wrong

The hotel is old and under remodeling. Dirty and unsafe should be closed to the public. Huge renovation project shouldn't have guests.

Was up-front with water issues last week and the condition of the property. Offered to cancel our reservations if we wanted (which we didn't do).

I was looking for a convenient and economical place to stay for a family visit in Little Rock. This hotel met those needs. At check in I was told that the room service occurs every other day, but if I should need anything to call the desk. I did not ever call the desk except to leave a wake up call that I did not get. I arrived on Wed, no room service on Thurs (as expected) and I was sick on Fri so stayed in my room the entire day with a notice on the door. I did leave the room Sat and anticipated that room service might come since I did not get it on Fri, but it did not. When I returned it was too late to call for room service. I left very early Sun morning. All in all the experience here was good. Breakfast was not much to describe, but overall it was an adequate experience.

Staff was rude and they ended up asking us to leave early when my travel companion fell in the shower and cut their elbow. And then wouldn’t refund my money for the stay that I had just paid just a few hours before.

I love this hotel but did not arrive this night because my flight into Chicago from Newark on American was delayed and I missed th eflight to Little Rock. Had to pay twice as much to stay in Chicago. I was so exhausted, then when I arrived at the hotel, it took almost 2 hrs to get checked in due to the way my reservation was made by a third party recommended by the airport.
Not good business for your industry. When we make reservations, we do not want third parties, but sometimes it slips by.

While sitting on the couch, i had a bug crawl on me. After killing it, i identified it as a bed bug. I pulled up the cushions of the couch and took pictures of the ones that ran. Staff was notified and they immediately moved us to a different floor and room. I examined this room thoroughly and did not find anything. Other than that, it was all great!

We booked a room based off of reviews as we were driving through from Georgia to California. The reviews said it was clean and decent even dog rooms. Ours was not the case we opened the door to a terrible odor. The heater was t turned on and now we know why. Not only did the room smell like pet but so did the heater. Other then that it is just a really old run downed hotel chain definitely due for an upgrade. As for front desk there was only one person on and about 10 families trying to check in. While she did her best she should have had some support it took about an hour to get into our room at 10pm at night. We had a long day the next day and after checking in and getting g settled only for about 5 1/2 hours of sleep. As for the surrounding area it was fine nothing great no where close to the hotel to rest walk your pet and in the small strips of grass lots of dog poo due to no where else to really walk you dog. Also no access to pet baggies to pick up the waste. Since this is a pet friendly hotel I would assume they had these items. We checked out at 6:15 and breakfast was suppose to be available but nothing was out or ready to go so we also skipped that. Which with three kids was another reason we booked there. Overall the hotel served its purpose for us to sleep and get back on the road but I would not recommend it to anyone unless it’s all that was available and in your price point.

The front desk was super friendly and helpful. We came to town for a funeral and they were so nice and checked us in a little early with no issues so we were able to get ready. The entire weekend was lovely and every employee I spoke too was very nice and helpful.

Staff was untrained when we checked in.
We chose this hotel because they had a pool, and after checking in she said the pool was closed because the night before the party put a table in the pool. So it was there all night and all day without them attempting to pull it out and service it. They decided to get on the ball and do their work and opened the pool for us.

Friendly staff and clean hotel but facilities have seen better days and not to other Spring Hills Suites standards,, breakfast OK but could provide better options for hot dishes, was a little concern about the area as seem a little rough with people wondering around in nearby streets but didn't have any problems myself, no housekeeping during 3 night stay and clean towels need to be requested at front desk as well as toilet paper, these are basic things that they should provide daily without guest having to ask for them, overall the hotel served our purpose of having a place to sleep

First off, this was an extremely friendly and service oriented staff! The hotel was very neat and tidy. However, the facility is tired looking and could use a refresh, especially clean and/or new carpeting in the rooms and hallways. We are in hotels quite often, and have stayed at Springhill Suites before, but this does not meet brand standards.

When we arrived at SpringHill Suites in Little Rock, AR after traveling for 10 hours with 3 adults and 5 children, they had no electricity due to lightening striking their transformer. Barbara the desk clerk and Christian the owner/manager seemed nice at first, writing our names on the paper spreadsheet of the reservations printout they had, stating as soon at the electricity came back on, our reservation would be cancelled and we would receive a refund. It has been 13 days and multiple phone calls and conversations with hotels.com and SpringHill, no results even though both have repeatedly said we would be receiving a refund and emails with info. On 7/21/22 the owner/manager Christian told me he added notes to his computer reservation system and was having his agent process our refund which is $249! However yesterday, hotels.com was informed Christian marked us as a no show. We had to drive an additional 45 minutes, stopping at 5-6 other hotels to find lodging, dragging the poor 5 kids along and spending an additional $240, rest assured we were NOT ‘no shows’. Very disappointed in hotels.com process of handling situations like this with apparently dishonest personnel.

Quite a decent place to stay overnight. We had our fur baby with us and we were assigned a room on the first floor and close to an exit door, convenient for breaks and carrying luggage.

Nice room very well thought out floor plan except for where the tv was at. Overall hotel was dirty. The carpet in our hallway was covered in stains and dead bugs. Our shower had two pubic hairs in it. The room smelled like urine when we walked in every time. The carpet in the room could use a good cleaning as well. Has the potential to be a very nice hotel but lacked the cleanliness.

The staff were amazing! Unfortunately, when I booked the room, I was expecting the room to be nice... IT WAS NOT! There were grease stains from hands on the door. Stains of liquid running down on the fogged window that separates the bedroom and couch area. The headboard to the bed looked like it was stressed from dents in it. The bathroom tub had big yellow stains. The pictures will deceive you for sure... Also, the bathroom didn't look like the one in the photos.

The room itself was okay but our shower water never got hot and we had to take a very cold shower. We asked the front desk clerk Barbara what could she do about the cold water and she said she would speak with her manager about getting us a partial refund. Upon check out we spoke with Mary at the front desk and she was very rude about getting the discount and her customer service was terrible. I had to wait a while to talk to Christian the manager and he was very helpful and assured us on the refund . Once we left I then received another charge on my debit card for an unknown reason. I went back to the hotel to reach Christian to get answers on the recent charges. I spoke with Mary again at the front desk to talk to him and she said he was on call and that she would call him in a minute. I then waited a while and was told that he was off campus and on his lunch break and he would be back within an hour.
