The King room with balcony that we booked dies not exist at the property. The room we were given had 2 Queen beds in it. Check in time was until 8pm but at 7.45pm reception was closed, so it was by phone and key box.
The property is old and tired and didn't look anything like the picture.
The sink had cracks, the bath had chips in it and the shower was hopeless for anyone tall. There was a kettle and toaster with dust on them, coffee and tea but no milk and no cups or teaspoons.
The room wasn't clean and the quilt had blood stains on it. Glad it was only for one night

Nice stroll to town centre from motel. There’s a fantastic local goods store a few doors up towards the bridge. Great place to stay.

Stairs to the rooms and the whole place is somewhat s sleepy town. People are very nice though. Staffs are excellent.

Noisy showers, high pitched squeal until 9pm.
Reception called me asking when i would arrive, informing me they would be closing at 5pm. A solution was made although
My confirmation email stated Reception would be open until 8pm daily.

For an inexpensive property the room was very clean even if it was a little dated, however there was a dripping shower that wouldn’t stop which was annoying.

Large clean rooms recently renovated convenient to Thirsty Crow for dinner. Plenty of parking. Highly recommended.

The host was very accommodating. The beds were great, soft and comfortable. The hotel is on a major thoroughfare in Wagga but there was no road noise. If you are fit you can walk into the main shopping area of Wagga. There are some eateries close by.

This is a basic motel, but clean, quiet and quite comfortable. Everything worked including the wifi.

I was flying an aircraft for flood relief in the Wagga area, and my Operations Manager booked this accommodation.
I was subsequently tasked to fly to Tamworth that evening and when I spoke with Greg at the Prince of Wales Motor Inn to inform him that I would not be staying that evening, and he could now rent the room, and asked if a refund was possible, he told me that as I did not book direct, to speak with Expedia (Wotif), and he stated that Expedia would not give me a refund.
When Expedia rang him about giving me a refund, he then refused to give me the refund as "I had made the mistake"
Why didn't the hotel tell me when I rang them that they would not be given me a refund, instead of allowing me to waste an hour contacting Expedia

Great value motel in the heart of town. Walking distance to everything really, and the staff are lovely.

Not as big room as thought booked but very tidy
Shower didn’t drain so puddle left outside of it in morning
Not happy not enough parking-owner said it’s 1st in. When came back from show car park full so had to park in street.

Love this place, the lady at reception was extremely friendly made us feel so welcome, rooms were clean and big enough for the 5 of us, even had some car spot undercover which was great with the horrible weather that was about definitely stay there again
