My daughter and I arrived around 11:30 at night and were greeted by two individuals that had little to no personality. One of them was extremely unfriendly and even made me a bit uncomfortable. We got into our room and found one of the beds was not clean, showed signs of having been slept in and the other bed had hair through it. The room had a horrible odor and was in bad condition and not clean. We actually left to go to another hotel.

Amazing stay after I cha fed rooms due to a bad bed ! No worries as I was informed that all beds are being replaced !!
Now this makes this a great place - breakfast was great ! Close to FAU conference I was attending.
Disappointed price was not less and I couldn’t get by n voy points ! For the price point I would not have used hotels .com and taken points . You didn’t save me that much

Hotel was clean, good breakfast. Rooms were outdated but the water pressure was amazing.

There was almost no water pressure in the bathroom sink and it took 5 minutes to get hot water from it. I was on the 1st floor!
The syaff was friendly and helpful, facilities were ok and breakfast was the usual fare. Also my room didn't get cleaned after the first night, so I didn't have regular coffee for the morning. The front desk only had decaf.

Room had a horrible smell, bathroom appeared to be dirty, dirty floors, dirty shower curtain… unfortunately too late to find an alternative while traveling with small children.

The day shift is very dry and unwelcoming. You would think you would be enthusiastic to welcome guest checking in and out. Then the fan in my room was broke. I spoke to the front desk who informed me that he couldn’t do anything about it. Engineering wasn’t available and he only had 7 rooms available with 7 people still supposed to be checking in. I definitely would not recommend staying here, nor would I stay here again.

Check in was quick. Room clean and comfortable. Breakfast hostess exceptional. There was no freezer in room and we needed to get an icepack re-frozen for medication storage for the next days 23 hr airplane trip
Staff was not allowed to put a commercially made plastic gel pack in any freezer on site. Ice cubes in machine were too small to stay cold for a long trip. A thank you to the night staff for assisting with a solution. A little more flexible for medical accommodations would be nice.

I was very disappointed when I arrived at the hotel, and saw the lobby, elevator, hallway to my room, which looked very dated, and dirty. There's a smell of humidity and dust (i think it comes from the carpet) the bathroom is dated and the tiles kind of yellowish. I do not understand how is it possible for this hotel to have such high reviews! I am very disappointed!

I suffer from severe asthma. Room was cleaned accordingly and as requested, however, to 9ur surprise the AC did not worked and the temperature remained at 76 degrees all through the night, which caused me breathing problems and discomfort. I did not rest nor sleep well due to heat issues.

Our room was on the 4th floor and smelled a little funny. Not sure if it was fresh spackle or paint but it smelled like it was musty. We were able to overlook that, it was not overwhelming. Other than that the room was a typical room. beds were very clean and comfortable.

Room was smaller than expected. Very crammed w/the sofa bed pulled out. Had to climb over it to get to bathroom at night.

The staff was friendly and helpful. They let us check in early. Our suite was clean. The breakfast was good. The location is close to everything but very quiet amd felt safe. I highly recommend this place.

My only complaint is that the air conditioning unit in our room was very, very loud. So loud, in fact, that when I was on the phone with someone from back home, they said they could barely hear me and it sounded like I was driving on the highway with my windows down. I like a little noise when I sleep (like the sound of a fan) but this was beyond any noise I’ve ever experienced in a hotel. There was no way I could just turn it off and go without AC as the outside temps were still in the mid-80s, even at night. I would have asked to switch rooms but I got in very late and was exhausted, and I knew I was leaving early the next day. I also wasn’t confident that the ACs in other rooms would have been better, so I decided to just deal with it for one night. My advice to guests experiencing this would be to ask for a room change. The hotel is so nice otherwise, so hopefully this is just one minor mechanical blunder. I would stay there again and hope for a better working AC unit.

The hotel has an easy access from the highway, which was what we were looking for. It's just a normal average hotel. We got to our hotel room, it was missing towels, called customer service and had to go down to get them as they didn't have anyone to bring them to us. Asked for an extra blanket and they didn't have any. The breakfast was good. Better than I anticipated. Overall it was ok. But will probably look for something else next time.

The receptionist at check in was very friendly and helpful! Nice and comfortable room. Really appreciated the laundry room and reasonable prices to wash/dry laundry. Breakfast was good with a nice selection too.

We were put in a room for handicapped people although neither my wife nor I are handicapped. The shower head is low for a person in a wheelchair. The water went all over the bathroom floor. My wife slipped and injured her shoulder and head. Staff did not provide medical assistance. I had to rush my wife to the hospital emergency room for treatment. This is unacceptable and a major inconvenience. I was neither compensated or offered an apology for our experience. I will never go to another one of these hotels.

We had 2 rooms TV did not work in either room and maintenance was gone for the day. That is terrible. Air conditioners were very load wake us up when came on.
