This hotel is cost effective, in a nice area and the staff overall is helpful. My biggest problem with this hotel is the cleanliness. The carpets were stained throughout and I didn't feel comfortable even using the restroom.

Room is very spacious with a full kitchen, wifi speed pretty good too. It’s a good place for the price.

I’ve stayed here for about 10 months back to back and some rooms are much cleaner than others. Beyond filthy in some rooms. I starting bring my own multi purpose cleaner to spot clean. This place has a full kitchen feature in all units so its also a place where the LOW INCOME come to stay when they are inbetween housing. I’ve seen the same dirty butt people here for months on in leaving there doors open letting their filthy room smells permeate the hallways. A month ago there was a huge ghetto fight between 15-20 people at 7:00 AM which forced me to be late for work because I wasn’t about to walk inbetween this confrontation that lasted about an hour with NO staff calling the police. I stay here because they never report me for smoking in their facilities. Don’t get me wrong, I’m a clean smoker; I don’t live here and smoke 2 packs of cigs a day for 3 months and then leave to have the same room not even cleaned and rented out to someone to deal with (aka ME). I’ve dealt with dirty sheets (stained), pillow cases, blood on the wall next to the toilet, fridges sssssooooo dirty I do more than spot clean. I’ve been rented occupied rooms and walked in on women by accident. Some rooms are missing furniture because they let a lower class of civilization stay here. Chunks of coffee tables gone because this place is “pet friendly”. Some people have smoked soooo much in these rooms when you turn on the AC chunks of resin fly out on occasion leaving your bedding ruined. I could keep goin

Unit was very clean. I had trouble parking. I had a u haul truck with car hauler. Receptionist gave me a hard time. It would be nice if sites gave parking accommodations that accept vehicles with trailers.

The staff was very friendly. The beds where comfortable. We had a t.v. issue. The the gentleman at the front desk came up right away and offered us a different room. Buut he fixed the issue and kept apologizing.

The heat/ac was really loud while on and he walls were super thin. The room next door blasted their tv both nights until I called the front desk to complain.

The grounds were very clean and well lit.

The bunk bed had red marks on it ... lot of dust on tables and tv stand , bath tub not working ...

breakfast could have more choices. juice would of been nice

Great Stay!

Would not recommend you stay here. Whole place smelled terrible, room wasn’t that clean, front desk staff wasn’t rude but was less than friendly. Thin walls. If we had more time, probably would have found a new place to stay.

They overbooked the hotel and didn’t have our room available. So they sent us to the Extended Stay down the road saying they had rooms but when we got there they didn’t have rooms either. And struggled to find a room at a different hotel since the city is booked up tonight. We found one but paid much more than we originally intended.

Originally I loved my stay and planned on booking here again however when I went over my credit card statement I noticed I was charged for the room again. I had already prepaid on Expedia and I was told when I left my credit card at the desk it was just for incidentals. When I called to straighten it out the man working the desk was rude claimed I was yelling at him and hung up on me. I attempted to deal with the hotel and their customer service several more times unsuccessfully before I ended up calling corporate to make a dispute.

This was a no frills just a place to sleep kind of place. Room had an odor to it but the bed was clean and the shower was hot. Basic breakfast. Front desk personnel were friendly and helpful.

Very basic accommodations. Flooring had tape on it because it was coming apart. Not very clean. Bad pillows. There was trash and someone's shirt left over under one of the beds. No ice on premises. Kitchen was empty of any utensils or dish of any kind.

it was like a bad, teen marijuana comedy and not in a good way either. Our stay started off with a young man slowly emerging from a back office, providing me with "what's up?" as a hotel customer. Now I did not expect him to sprint out but I did expect him to act as an ambassador of the property, a proper customer facing professional. He failed in that regard despite what I would hope would have been some suitable amount of training. I know times are hard for employers but when your employee is greeting someone like cheap marijuana dealer from a bad movie, your property has problems. Of course, he continued using this greeting in every interaction I had with him during our stay. I encountered him on three separate occasions. The room - bed was uncomfortable, the bath mat did not look like it had been changed (someone else's hairs were present), the carpet had not been vacuumed, one of the lock bolts did not fit enter the slot it was meant to enter for the door bolt to be effective and there was the obvious aroma of marijuana entering our room.

Eric at the front desk was great! He was helpful and friendly the few times I needed help. All the staff have been friendly! The beds were comfortable and we slept well. Unfortunately, that's about all I can say about the place. The floors were unswept, and who knows the last time they were mopped--I walked around the first night without socks and the soles of my feet were black. One bed had a stained bed skirt, the other bed didn't have a bedskirt at all. There isn't any housekeeping, which might be how it is at Extended Stay, but trash wasn't even picked up if it was left outside in the hall. Wiifi wasn't working the entire length of our stay. Overall, other than the staff it was a disappointment. This will be the first and last time we stay at an Extended Stay.

The outside look well taken care of, however when checking in there was no one at the desk. I was greeted with, “what’s up”? The first room I was given was filthy. Had the bed not been made I would have assumed it was a true mistake. There was feces on the wall in the bathroom, the towel in the kitchen was dirty and hair was all over the bathroom sink. I went downstairs to see if my room could be changed. I had to provide photos to show them.

The location and area for the property was fine. However, the room was not what I requested and had received a confirmation for. Instead of getting the deluxe studio room with a sofa bed and separator, I was told at check-in that my room was not available and that the hotel was completely booked. They then said the only room available was a standard room. It did not have the sofa sleeper which I needed to accommodate my entire family travelling to our family reunion. When I entered the room I was shocked to see the smoke detector hanging on an angle. In addition, I was even more shocked to see three of the four stove top burners totally rusted. I was afraid to turn on the stove. To add insult to injury, it didn't matter as there was no cooking/eating utensils, glasses or plateware available. I My family and I were very disappointed as we made the decision to stay here based on the room we booked.

Clean , big room. Quick check in process. All around great environment! Will be back

I liked the staff, the layout of my room, generally it was quiet. There were coffee stains in the elevator for 4 days, the carpet in the hall was not vacuumed for four days, the building had a little bit of a "smell". The coffee maker dripped no matter how carefully I tried to pour. Someone came through my room (lights turned off, ac settings changed) but it wasn't cleaned etc. Maybe this was all self service but it wasn't clear to me. Overall I would stay again but these things are important.
