I think they’re still remodeling. Hallways and lobby smell like paint. However, the room did not. It was not over the top fancy or anything but an overall nice hotel. The indoor pool was a plus.

Nice beds, warm pool, large room.
Room lacked furniture, terrible cable reception for the tv. Fridge didn’t get cold, only one ice machine and elevator.
Staff was fine but didn’t notice 8 girls screaming in the pool while dumping liquid soap in the pool. And then running the halls of the hotel pounding on doors for hours late at night.

The beds were fine except for some stains on one of the bedsheets. The breakfast was not good. The biscuits were microwaved and rubbery. The worst part of breakfast was when my daughters poored milk in cups there was a tiny dead roach floating it one of thier cups that came out with the milk. We threw all our food away at that moment. The front desk was nice and helpful. The place was very quiet which was good. The hotel was pretty full and I never heard anyone else from their rooms or in the hallway. We slept good. I would stay there again but won't eat the breakfast!

The room was a bit shabby, especially the vanity in the bathroom.

The hotel entry is very sparse and dark, not welcoming. The hallway and the room had a musty smell, with a slight disinfectant odor. The old carpet did not look clean. The only good thing was the soft bed and decent breakfast. Felt it was overrated on Hotels, and overpriced for overall quality. I would not stay again.

Hotel smelled terrible…carpet in the room was filthy and stained and smelled acrid! The shower was scum by and dirt and the toilet seat was broken. Obviously no one inspected it. Lamps were dusty to price it had not been well cleaned nor had the filters in the AC unit. Hugely disappointed and I will not recommend to my colleagues. An indication of Managenent or lack of. What happened to the Comfort Inn & Suites I have always known?

The room smelled clean and fresh. Bathroom was also very clean. The only thing that wasn’t that great was no breakfast include, price for breakfast are high. But the good side is they have Starbucks 😊, the girl that helped also at Starbucks wasn’t to great. Don’t tell Starbucks 😳

Expedia advertised a buffet breakfast. When we went to eat breakfast there was a sign that said sorry no breakfast.

It was an adequate hotel.
We were on the backside of the hotel and the noise from the traffic was awful…sounded like the window was open it was so noisy.
Also there was only VERY WEAK coffee available and no one to ask for help

We only used the bed and the bathroom on a quick overnight. The road noise from the interstate was persistent. Noisy guest in our hallway.
Parking was a bit awkward.
Didn't have time for the shower or continental bfast.
Desk clerks were nice.

Our room smelled wet and musty like it had been flooded and never aired out. The bottom of the bathroom door had water damage. The bathroom tub stopper didn’t work and the water slowly drained out. The caulking around the tub had gross black slimy mold and the surface of the tub was slippery and didn’t feel clean. There was limited parking available. For the price, I didn’t feel this was a good value at all.
The only real positive was that the biscuits and gravy tasted good, but the waffle batter was so thin and the provided cups for it were too small so the waffles were hollow.

Ring was left at the pool and was gone just minutes later and not found. Front desk did try to help though.

Bathroom sink area is too small and nowhere to hang towels.
