Generally ok but cleanliness needs improvement! I had skin irritations with rashes and itchy skin on my feet / ankle.

Decent option for staying in Beijing. Staying one night only so did not have the time to explore the amenities. Room is a dated and would need to be refurnished. Breakfast had plenty of good options and was very nice.

Great location in the CBD area. Walking distance to restaurants and bars like Jing A and Beersmith as well as mall shopping. The Kerry has an amazing gym and we like the connected Kerry Center with an April Gourmet grocery store, several healthy lunch or snack options, and other convenient shopping. Hotel room is comfortable.

I have worked at Kerry Center for many years, and have been at the Kerry Hotel many times although never stayed there. Everything about it was excellent and I could not have asked for better service.

Fitness is world class for a Hotel. This we’ll bea reason why i go back. Service room and everything else was great. The only one minor thing is that they do not give golden circle points for starting through third party booking.

Eventhough we paid gor executive club level, some of the staff was rude and looked at us as if we are there for free!

Very nice hotel. Quite large rooms and very clean. Offers access to a large well-equiped gym. Excellent breakfast. Complementary water, softdrinks and beers in the minibar.
Only downside was that drinks (incl bottled water) in restaurant and bar were outrageously expensive. Around 17USD for 0.75 l sparkling water and 9 USD for a coke.

This is a very good business hotel, clean and efficient. The service was great, all the staff were very helpful, the breakfast had lots of choice and tasted very good.

Thoroughly gorgeous spacious facility, room the same and restaurant/breakfast buffet delicious, varied, opulent. Fitness center excellent and huge. Next door mall a bonus. Concierge service fabulous. Location in Central bus. District but not far from Forbidden City and other sites.

The currency exchange at the Kerry hotel Beijing gave us counterfeit RMB, when we tried reporting to the front desk staff (Jackie) he blamed us. several theory he shoved down out throat 1. the taxi driver switched our money, someone else gave it to us. It was very scary the level of blame they put on us. As Canadian in China we did not want to push the issue and end up losing most of the money we travelled with. No reasonable attempt to help us. Just told us the money did not come from them. This is the only place we exchanged money, and at no other time did anyone else had contact with our money.

It's an older building but well maintained. Rooms are large. Service is great. Connected to a mall that has small grocery store on basement level and Starbucks on main level.
