Only thing that was disappointing was that the pool was not open. They had a chlorine issue

Wasn’t the nicest Marriott I’ve stayed at or what I’ve come to expect from the brand. It was ok to stay at just a little run down. Room was clean and staff was pleasant. Breakfast was above average. Gym and pool facilities were below average.

Very old property. The intial perfume smell when you enter the room fades pretty quickly and old room smell kicks in. Beds are not comfortable.

Second time staying at this hotel. Chosen for value. Friendly reception staff. Room was comfortable. Small pillows, could be improved. Shower temperature very sensitive to regulate. Good AC. For the price it’s a decent stay.

Most of The staff was rude. There was popcorn trailed all through the hotel. Hair dryer was broken in the room. The elevator was by far the worst I’ve ever seen. Very old looking and very slow. You wait at least 5 mins every time. Staff spoke badly about over guests in front of guests. The fridge in the room was filthy and the shower.

This hotel was convenient and comfortable. Close to where I needed to be and the breakfast was good.

Hotel staff was extremely helpful with asking for floor preference and getting us extra linens. Some water dripping through light in bathroom on the first night but otherwise a clean room. Breakfast could use waffles to appease the kids.

We stayed there 2 nights, first day we arrived, checked in was ok. We got to our room, the carpet was dirty, there were big dirty dark spots near the entrance and the sink, bed was near the heater, and the heat blew to my face all night. Second day morning breakfast was terrible, turkey sausage was dried, oakmeal was super thick, that’s why I just skipped the breakfast the next day. We went out and came back to our room at 5pm, we couldn’t get into our paid room, because they didn’t update it, finally we got in our room, and the room was ‘untouched’ , no one cleaned the room, then we have to call the front desk and therky sent us someone to clean it. Finally we can sit down and thought we can watch some TV, but the tv was showing ‘no signal’ ! This is it, we had enough for the day! Anyway, this hotel is overpriced $170 CAD per night! I trusted the name Marriott, but the whole experience was awful!

When I arrived I was assigned a room and when I opened the door the smell of cat pee was overwhelming. I walked into the bathroom and there was snot on the tissue holder on the wall. The floors were grimy. I went to the desk and asked for a different room. The gentlemen at the desk was very friendly and apologized. He gave me another room. That room was cleaner by the floors were gross. Even found someone's eyelashes on the floor. By that point I was travel weary and decided to deal with it. I would not stay at this particular hotel again.

AC in the room didnt work when trying to adjust settings. The floor was dirty and there was what I can only assume was crunched leaves all over the sofa. Conditioner bottle in the shower was also empty. The bathroom ceiling was cracked and discolored from water damage. Overall this felt like a stay in an $50 a night motel as opposed to $120 per night hotel. Also, don't expect a quiet nights sleep as the trucks on the freeway entrance/exit use their engine brakes constantly. Quite disappointing Marriott, I expected better from you.

The bathroom shower and tub was leaking. the toilet was not flushing and we had extremely hard time at the stay.. When we tried to talk to the receptionist, they said to reach out to Expedia and there is no contact number to reach out to Expedia customer service as well.
I got into helpless situation and had to adjust in that room.

Room was ok but the beds are terrible and could not sleep for an hour the whole night. I am talking about the mattress. Looks like those are being used from last 100 years because i feel the springs below and i am only 150 lbs.

The only problem was a large group of youth hockey teams from out of town and the kids running the halls late night.

Most important things for me are the comfort of the bed, the quiet (ness) and the AC noise. All of these needs were met at this hotel. Staff were friendly. I would stay again if it’s competitively priced with neighboring hotels.

I loved the staff and the breakfast . The elevator was out entire 3 days with disabled mother ....the room was small and awkward design but was very clean even left snacks in lobby for free

The staff was very accommodating, professional, and pleasant. The hotel and room smelled good-very fresh. Everything is very out-dated. It takes 5 min. For the toilet to flush, a shelf was broken in the refrigerator, and the breakfast provided was tasteless.

we stayed 3 nights and the did not make our bed the whole stay. linens were replenished but i thought beds were made/refreshed daily. our room had a slight odor to it. breakfast buffet was very good.

It was an excellent stay in this hotel for 2 days with family.

At checkin I was greeted quickly and gave my name, but another guest walked past the fest and the staff told me to hold on while they helped that guest. I was then ignored for 5 minutes while towels, and water were given the that guest. Once I was helped I went up to my room, but it was either still occupied or had never been made up. Upon return to checking and explaining the situation a new room was assigned. The rooms are generally fine if a bit tired. Rooms are standard Springhill Suites decor, though the furniture was of an older variety and well worn. No USB charging outlets in the room, though the mattress was fine.

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel and we very happy both times. We travel to Monroeville for a bike race and we need to bring our bikes inside. This year they provided bike cleaning supplies and a place to clean the bikes. Breakfast is fantastic. We will definitely stay again.

It was clean and well maintained. The only downside was short supply of staff. I had to go to front desk to pick up linens and pillows for the Sofa bad as those were not in the room. Otherwise the stay was pleasant and met our expectation.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Property is well kept and clean. Great place to stay if you want to travel into Pittsburgh!

This hotel looks nice outside and is in a convenient location. The inside of the room is terrible. Food crumbs on the floor. After many attempts, an employee brought in a very old vacuum cleaner that could not clean properly. Cigarette smell in the bathroom. Front desk staff rudely refused to do anything about the smoking smell.
