This hotel should be an embarrassment to the chain. It is so filthy - inside and outside - that maybe the best way to clean it up would be to tear it down. If you think I'm exaggerating go look for yourself.

This motel has been updated and we found it to be clean and a pleasant place to stay. It’s pet friendly but they don’t tell you or advertise that there is a $40 fee for pets. We don’t mind that there’s a fee but they should list that on their booking site.

Room was very clean when we arrived, but no one asked if we needed extra towels or anything, and no cleaning of the room for our four day trip thankfully we always carry cleaning supplies on our trips so we kept it clean

The lobby area was dwcorated and looked nice. The desk clerk was not overly friendly. Got to room to fi d wet, uswd towels waddwd up intub and used bottles of shampoo and conditioner on vanity with lids flipped open. I went to front desk to ask for clean stuff and he told me to bring the dirty stuff to the officeand hed replace. REALLY? Ni other customers and he was totally unhelpful. Did hace a couple hot items for breakfast which was nice. Room carpet was stained and filthy.

Where to start…the pool photo is stock and looks nothing like what’s on site. The site advertised a gym, it was closed. The room reeked and it was slightly above bearable to sleep in. Mold in the bathroom. Although the staff was warm and welcoming, they are clearly overwhelmed. The reception area was unkempt. Breakfast was average at best. The hotel had no complimentary water nor a working water fountain. The only ice machine in the alleyway was inoperable. The hotel cost for 3 nights was relatively cheap, but the experience still wasn’t worth the price.

The beds were comfortable, air conditioning worked well. Despite being pet friendly it was quiet. The smell was an overwhelming use of air freshener or room deodorizer to mask the smell of a carpet that was stained and so dirty I wouldn't walk barefoot on it. But I guess you get what you pay for. All I needed was a place to sleep and shower, for that it was good.

Property is a little old but clean, staff extremely friendly. Could use some maintenance but overall great value for price. However we did find out they just hired a maintenance man and it was his first day so they did address that issue.

The location is very close to dining options. The environment is safe and easy to walk up and down the stairs. The room was clean, quiet and relaxing. However, the shower didn't have heated water. Otherwise, my stay was very positive.

Our cards kept being no good. We just looked at the breakfast and went out to eat. Room cards kept not working. Room clean, towels rough. The door to our room was open when we first came. I like motel 26 better

My check in was so simple and hassle-free. Also, I am impressed by how clean my room is! Pleasantly surprised by my stay here and if I ever have a need to be in the area again, I won’t hesitate to stay here once more.

Checked in at 11:15 pm on July 13. The rudest, most unprofessional person working the front desk. Bed was comfortable, towels were great, carpet was in rough shape, there was no shower curtain.

Room was decent for the price except that the carpet felt damp the whole time. It needed to be cleaned and aired out. We had a room away from the road so we did not hear any traffic at night. The breakfast did not have a lot of choices, but was extremely good and consistent each morning. Tammy was nice and LaKesha was extremely helpful and nice to talk with.

Requested a first floor room. Got the room but was a handicapped accessible room which we didn’t necessarily need. Could have been for a handicapped traveler. But we went with the flow anyway. The room was fine nothing special but the carpet was awful. And the fridge did not work.

I was surprised at how nice the room was, because they charged me such a low price I was not expecting much. But everything was very nice. I was very pleasantly surprised. The breakfast was good. And the Wi-Fi was much better than at most hotels I have stayed at. Another nice thing about their Wi-Fi was it didn’t automatically sign you off every day. So I could leave the motel and when I came back, it would automatically leave me signed in. I don’t know why other hotels can’t follow their example.

Roach motel! We were traveling and got the room online, we checked in, it was late and we were very tired, we walked in and it looked ok but when we turned the bathroom light on **ROACHES** ran rampant! -we left immediately and went to another hotel with no ROACHES!
