I booked through hotels.com they charged me and so did econo lodge. I told them i already paid. It was dirty. Cigarettes holes in the sheets. Used soap in the bathroom.

Very noise! People going in and out all night,smell of pot very strong near front rooms...STAFF ARGUING IN EVENING....breakfast very lacking(choices were instant oatmeal or bread) asked for water told had to buy.....morning staff not at all welcoming, when asked when rest of breakfast was coming out, told thats it and walked away....DEFINITELY NOT LIKE PICTURES ON WEB SITE

I liked having a room with outdoor and indoor access. The outdoor access was nice for taking our luggage in and out of the room. I would have liked a small broom, since the floor was not carpeted, to take care of the dirt that came in on our shoes. Also, there was a long black hair on the shower wall.
The second room used by family members didn't have any batteries in the remote and none available at the front desk.

There was urine smell and visible staining, what looked like a dried booger, food on the floor, a half eaten gummy worm, suspicious drips all over the bed skirt.

Check-in went well, the room had very few lights that worked, room was very hot and heater could not be adjusted. When we had breakfast there was no coffee and they refused to make more. It was not even 7:00 and breakfast goes till 9:00. I was thinking about staying another night, but will find a different place.

The staff at the front desk was very nice. Clean. Next to the freeway so a little noisy, but not bad. had a fire alarm that keep beeping.

Nice and quiet. Lobby and other areas are under renovation so it is a bit messy.
My key never worked on the rear entrance, so I had to walk around if I went out to my vehicle

The tub and shower didn’t work, beds were very uncomfortable and the only heat was on high!

Although the staff was kind, there were
People yelling at each other all through the night, inside and outside, both nights we were there.
Children crying all hours of the night in multiple rooms upstairs and down.
The whole atmosphere of the place felt off and uncomfortable.
We won't stay there again.

Had way too much trouble getting a room key to work in the back door and my room. Smoke detector in the hall was beeping low battery. Would it even sound off if smoke was present? My smoke detector in my room was missing. No cups or ice bucket liner in my room. No fresh fruit at the breakfast.

The lady at check it was great! The first room, lights and fan didn’t work in the restroom, the second room, the toilet was broken, and room needed painted, the window was stuck open, and third and final room, (only for one night) the flap in the toilet did not auto close. The rooms are in rough shape, not what it was 4 years ago for sure. This will be my last time staying here.

Convenient and fine for just staying a night traveling through. Seemed clean and mostly quiet. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was basic but was better than nothing. But they were out of coffee! That was very disappointing. Also when we came in the room, the heat was going. It was in the upper 70s that day. So we turned on the ac but it had to run all night just to cool the room. Seemed overpriced for the value.

We had a very pleasant afternoon in the outside pool beating the heat, even found some shade! The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Bonus for little refrig
Will probably stay again if ever back to Billings. The staff, although new to the job, were very helpful and kind.Thanks Econolodge, and the coffee wasn't terrible!

Rates are good but you get what you pay for!
The front desk guys and housekeeper and laundry lady were very nice. And didn’t seem bothered by my big family so that was a plus.
Hotel lounge needs major upkeep and guest dryers didn’t work.

Pretty dirty area also pictures online didn’t match the property. Also rented cause they had a hot tub but got there and they didn’t have it up and running. Also dirt pool. And one of the beds had dirty blankets

After traveling 9 hours with my family, we were ready to just settle in and get a good night’s sleep before heading out the next day. We were shocked when we got to the room. There were holes in the walls, the smoke detector was hanging by its wires from the ceiling, there wasn’t a toilet paper holder, the headboard was missing but the sharp wall hangers were still attached to the all by our heads. Overall, this was the worst hotel we’ve ever stayed at and that’s saying a lot since I’m retired military and we’ve traveled quite extensively. The rooms, grounds, pool and hotel in general do not even look like the pics online. Avoid this hotel at all costs!

I thought someone was breaking in the room but it was the compressor in the ac unit.
Bathroom door would not shut.
No trash can.
I asked to be moved to another room.
Clerk did agree to move us.

Grubby lobby - breakfast cheerios ground into carpet, loud airconditioner cant be adjusted, Police came for a tenant, pizza delivered to front desk never brought to room - even when asked for. Room was OK

This place reeks of cigaret smoke. It needs paint, fixture repair. The tub has stuck on non stick sheet that looks like plastic wallpaper that’s popping up.
Could be a nice place with a little maintenance.
It’s livable, but it could be way better.

It was what you expect for the price. It was clean and the staff was helpful.

The room was clean and quiet, The down side is that the breakfast is minimal at best. There was bread for toast and coffee but no milk for cereal and the juice machine was not on at 6:20 am. Other than the lack of breakfast, the stay was good for the price. The access to the motel is good as it is easy access off the main roads. I would stay at this motel again.
