The staff here were absolutely fantastic. The only things I would change is the fact that I got a parking ticket for where i was told to park(26ft box truck) and I wish the windows in the rooms opened a bit as its pretty stuffy in there. Otherwise, good place for a decent price!

Was disturbed as to how the shower was a mess if the room was cleaned and ready for a guest.

The stay was fine and the room was clean and comfortable, although the kitchen area had a "dated" feel and the TV was very small. The staff were very welcoming and courteous.
My main concern was that the parking in the back did not feel secure and the back entry door from that area had a broken room card reader so anyone could walk in off the street and get on the elevator out of view of the front desk.

The front desk staff was extremely courteous and accommodating and the beds were comfortable. That being said, the room left a bit to be desired.
1. The room had a weird odor--like a mix of curry and patchouli. We were only spending one night, and limited time in our room, so we did not ask to move.
2. The sink in the bathroom kept clogging/backing up Everytime we washed out hands/brushed our teeth.
3. The water pressure was low and the temperature of the water kept fluctuating while showering.
4. The windows opened (minimally) which was nice, but there are no screens so there's the opportunity to let in bugs.

Stay cut one day short but they got no help. Cold coffee. No coffee in the room. No cup. Place have full kitchen but no cooking ware.

Hotel was fine but advertised as having free breakfast. After booking room received notice that breakfast was grab and go. Breakfast was 6 to9, at 8:20, only 1 granola bar and 2 envelopes of instant oat meal available, no coffee. Will never stay at extended stay again. Breakfast near by cost $60 for the 3 of us with tax and tip besides costing us 45 minutes in travel time

Hotel is ok, I believe it said breakfast but I didn't see that. It says non smoking but the bathrooms and room smelled like smoke, seemingly coming thru the vents. The kitchen is convenient. My main issue was the bed. When you sit on the end of the bed, the top lift up. There isnt any real comforter on the bed, very thin throw type bedding. Heat worked well though. if you are checking out on a Sunday and want late check out, according to front desk they dont offer it on Sundays?. Overall it was ok for the pricing. There is also a gas station with a dunking donuts right next door.

Got to our room and it smelled like cigarettes . uncalled for, called down to the desk and he said they were full and couldn’t move us.. horrible customer service

First room given was filthy. No bedding, teak not emptied, no cleaning done, room smelled.
Immediately given another clean room. Bathroom sink clogged. Had to report 2 times before addressed.

Probably one of the nicest stays I ever had. Hotel staff helpful and courteous. The room and bathroom immaculately clean. Would definitely recommend to anyone for an extended stay.

The front desk employees were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, there is no restroom in the lobby area, so after a long drive it is especially inconvenient. The hallway leading to our room had a musky smell & the breakfast was a granola bar with coffee... Definitely not what I anticipated breakfast to be...

Great staff, sweet and friendly everyone one of them. However, the property rooms could use some updating. The doors are all very loud, and in the morning the male cleaner was going from room to room really fast getting sheets and blankets. The doors were BANGING over and over for about 20 minutes. The parking is a little strange with a parking structure behind the building, but there is plenty of room.
You have quick access to the freeway and there is Sleepy Hollow and Rockefeller park nearby. Dunkin Donuts is next door and a great diner is a block away.

Overall the room is nice as well has the hotel but in the bathroom there were 2 roaches that we saw crawling on the wall. If we weren’t so tired we would have left suitcase went back in the car and we shoo out clothes to be on the safe side. I’ve stayed here before and it has always been lovely! Was shocked to see roaches this time!

Apparently all remaining smokers stay at this hotel. The fire alarms went off at 2 am- someone pulled it in the lobby, which was unstaffed.

On the first day of a 2-day stay I had no hot water. Also, someone from the cleaning staff carried on a conversation with a guest in a room across the hall from mine for a half hour while I was trying to sleep. It only ended when I opened my door and asked them to talk somewhere else! Ànd I had to ask them twice! Another problem I had was that my room had no microwave oven, and every room has to have one. The front desk clerk didn't even know that! I had to switch rooms after check-in. Finally, beware of the fact that this hotel allows pets. I heard a dog barking every time I opened and closed my door. I can't recommend this hotel.

Everything was ok but the smoke alarm battery went dead at midnight and beeped every few minutes. Also someone was playing music until 9 am on the floor.

Basic non luxurious accommodations. Kitchen in suite but have to ask for plates and utensils. Very minimal breakfast - coffee and a wrapped muffin, nothing else. Diner across the street.

The staff is fantastic, the manager is very communicative and attentive. but the rooms have a lot of smell of food, the sink was covered, there are also very strange people around the hotel. Also be very careful with children. DO NOT LEAVE THEM ALONE AT ANY TIME.

It was just a night stay to catch flight from JFK. The rooms are pretty dirty, the bed is very very uncomfortable, I could hear springs making noise when I toss and turn. I could not sleep properly. Shower water flow is like just dripping.
I will never ever stay in this hotel again...

For the price!! They should not advertise breakfast ! Pre packaged cereal bars! Watered down coffee! Stay next door , I think would be better! Parking area inconvenient ! Could be dangerous ?! Not sure ?

I’m sorry to say that I was disappointed to find that the rooms were not supplied with the kitchen utensils. I only choose the hotel because I was going to cook for my daughter that is at a college nearby. Ultimately the person at the front desk gave me some things but they were not what you need to make a normal meal. No knives, 1 pot that was run down and one pan that almost was not available. Forget about dish soap or dish pads. I managed to make it work but will not recommend this hotel if you need a kitchen. I definitely have stayed at others that provide all the essentials for a kitchen.

There was a Lotta homeless people it appear to be living in their car in the parking garage? A lot of people were just spending a lot of time in cars loitering at all hours of the night.

The employees were very helpful, respectful and caring. I have to use a machine at night and Renee and her team mate went on a search for a surge protector for me as I had forgotten one with a cord
I chose this hotel because of the kitchenette. Both myself and my friend have food allergies and it really helped to be able to bring and make what we needed.
